Long story short ahhh . After some shade tree mechanic work over the weekend I was at Witt s end baffled and stuck over a simple spark plug change.Car ran like poop and I was scared to death after reading the codes.Decided to go another direction and limped into their shop.In a nutshell Matt diagnosed and fix a fault I would have been chasing for weeks or more.At an extremely reasonable rate.Also took care of another issue I wasn t aware of.Synopsis: Honest, Reasonable rates ( below dealership for sure ) and fast ( same day.)I highly recommend Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys have done a fantastic job with my GLK350. They are very transparent and fair about costs. Matt and the office crew are always so kind and knowledgeable. Both times I ve gone here they were able to identify diagnose and repair the car in just one day. You won t find a better shop for your Benz in this area!!

Let me preface this with, I ve never written a negative review before.. I m not that guy!.I m somewhat new to the area and was looking for a local shop that was close by to service my Audi instead of always going to the dealership. This shop was recommended by a friend of a friend and the reviews were great. They told me to ask for Matt he is a good guy. I called and spoke to Matt and setup an appointment. I dropped my car off the following morning (Friday)but didn t deal with Matt but David instead. I told David I needed an oil change and ask if they can run a diagnostic on my air suspension because the light has been coming on periodically over the last few weeks. I told him it happened once before and a simple wheel alignment was all that was needed at that time. As I was leaving David told me the cost of the oil change. I was surprised because it was a few bucks more than I normally pay at the dealership but wasn t enough for me to make a big deal about it and I had already secure a ride to work. So later that day I got a call from David with what they found. 1. Issue with the thermostat.($1500) 2.I had a leak in my front driver side airbag on the suspension. ($2200). I questioned the findings about the thermostat so he quickly said if you re not having any heating or cooling issues pretty much don t worry about it but keep an eye on it. I said I ll just do the oil change for now because I wasn t expecting to hear anything about a leak because my car did not have any issues with the riding height. He offered a payment program for 90 days a few times but I refused because that wasn t the reason I didn t want to have the work done. I picked up my car that afternoon I live less than 5 miles from the shop. On the way home the air suspension light came on only this time it was red instead of yellow then about 5 minutes later I got a warning that the car was riding too low, something that has never happened before. I made it home just in time to witness the front of my car resting on the tires. Suspicious but I don t like accusing anyone of wrongdoing until I have the facts. I had my car towed a few days later because it was not drivable. I had the front suspension replaced and another diagnostic done. They found no issue with my thermostat and the air suspension light was due to a faulty ride level sensor not for a leak in my airbag which I feel was created by the shop. Yes I said it ..that s what I believe. Went in for an oil change on a Friday and had a undrivable car less than an hour after picking it up that day. I eventually got everything fixed but it was an expensive lesson to learn stick with the dealership !P.S I attempted to talk to someone 3 times the following Monday since they are closed on the weekend and the phone went unanswered all 3 times.

Best place I've found in area. Very knowledgeable, persistent, patient and reasonable. They don't price gouge you to the bank! They have always been by my side with my Cooper.

Matt and his team at Elite are the best! Matt goes out of his way to explain everything in great detail and never hesitates to my answer questions. They are our go-to shop to service/repair our Benz and Mini. They don't try to up-sale or push extra service/repair items onto you like the majority of other shops out there. They are super honest and provide great customer service!

We decided to try Elite Bmers and Benz in the spring of 2022 after a friend's suggestion. We took our less than new BMW in for a few repairs that we had been putting off due to finances. Matt and his team were incredible!! I was shocked at his honesty and true desire to fix our car right the first time, and do it at an affordable price. Most recently we took our car in on Friday March 3, 2023. Our son called in a panic the evening before and told us there was a major problem with the car. I immediately knew we would take it back to Matt and his guys the next morning since they were already closed for the day. I called Matt and explained the situation and had it towed over within the hour. I won't go into a lot of detail, but what I will say is we could have been taken for a lot of money because we thought we had a big problem on our hands. Because of Matt's integrity and the desire to run his business in an ethical way, we were told it was a minor repair. When I say we thought we had very big problem on our hands, I'm not exaggerating. Matt could have made a large amount of money telling us something that wasn't true and fixing a minor problem, but that isn't who he is. I'm not saying all mechanics and car repair places are dishonest, but so many are. How refreshing and nice it is to find someone you can trust, and a business you want to refer people to. Thank you, Matt!! You and Elite Bmers and Benz are a blessing to people who continue to drive cars that are paid for, but will need maintenance and repairs.

They did a great job diagnosing the problems on my 2017 750 and save me a whole bunch of money compared to what the dealership wanted to charge me, they also work with my extended warranty company. Matt was great and really knew what he was talking about.

We've come here for a few years for maintenance, never needing more. Recently, we had a complex problem with our BMW and Matt was great to work with in figuring it out.They're always busy, so be prepared to wait, but in our opinion, absolutely worth it because the job will be done well and at a fair price.

Great place. I used to goto the dealership. Now I only take all my Benzes to them only. Better quality of service. Awesome attention to detail. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have never had to return for the same concern twice. Thank you all so much for such wonderful service.

I was looking for a good service shop to work on my 2011 Gl450 Benz and found Bmers and Benz after talk to two or three other shops i felt this was going to be the best place for me i needed a AC repair as well as other stuff i spoke with Matt i got me in that morning and the whole team was great pricing was very good compare to other places and i will be a customer for now on a can not say enough good things about them...ThanksService: Air conditioning

I am new customer to this shop and very much pleased with the work. They are friendly, caring, knowledgeable. I have two Mercedes that have been worked on at the dealer for years, and have been looking for shop that would do good work at reasonable prices. I have tried at least 3 other shops before Elite Bmers & Benz and have not found one as honest, fair priced and well knowledgeable as Elite Bmers & Benz. I highly recommend them for any and all your maintenance needs, Matt and his crew has already saved me thousands in repairs cost from other places

Good and honest service when you get there but impossible to speak to someone over the phone to get a quote. They answer and say to call back later because they're busy. Maybe a phone/customer service assistant would help?

Every once in a while you'll find an honest shop that really takes care of their customers. This is the shop for Benz and Bmer owners if that's what you're looking for. Matt's customer service is top notch and hard to beat. Highly recommend this place for your auto repair and maintenance needs. AAAAA+++++

Compared to other shops in area this was the best priced shop. Fortunate to find great customer service and even better auto technicians, Matt really knows what he's doing and understands the customer needs. Definitely would recommend.

I went there to get a diagnostic check on my vehicle and they spent nearly 2 hours on the problem and found that it was intermittent. Matt said, he could not charge me because the findings are inconclusive and I need to leave it another time to be sure about everything before he can charge me. I have never gone to any place that does this type of work and they let you leave without paying something let alone tell you the truth! I came to this place bringing my daughters older Benz with a botched alternator repair job . Another garage in Spring Texas area had fixed the alternator while causing 2 additional problems that they couldn't repair. I had spent weeks with the other garage trying to get them to fix their error to no avail. So, I began looking around for what I hoped to be a more reputable garage.I found Elite Bmrs & Benz on Louetta rd and read the online reviews. The reviews were 9 out of 10 five stars so I thought I'd try them. I was also very impressed with the owners customer service. This owner tried to help and address 1 less than positive review where the customer hadn't even answered their attempts to call . It's rare to find kind, professional customer service and I believe it's a true skill and gift . This location was also 3-5 minutes away from my home in Memorial Northwest so I advised my husband & daughter to "let's give these guys a try". We made an appointment over the phone for a $150 diagnostic test & possible flush.We arrived at our appointed time and met the kindest very professional mechanic at the front desk named Juan. He took the keys and told us not to worry. " I sweep the floors here" he said with a smile and an excellent sense of humor. He'd just made me smile after two weeks of driving in the Spring Texas heat without working AC. He made me drop my exhausted overheated feeling of desperation and smile. That was something... I felt a bit better just dropping it off . We spoke with the owner a bit as we realized that good nature started from the top and trickled on down with these guys.Later Matt who was handling our diagnostic test contacted my husband Kenneth. He found the problem and wanted to know if he should order the part. I expected an electrical problem with a Mercedes Benz to cost thousands for parts , not to mention labor. But when Matt told my husband he estimated $400 tops I was floored, shocked and feeling a bit racy like we should pay him before he changed his mind. On Friday morning Matt said " We'll get it done today, we don't want you to be without your car over the weekend". I thought " maybe I should get my hearing checked" , he was so thoughtful, so considerate of others. My hubby said in all his years of dealing with garages and repairs he's never ever dealt with someone like Matt. We've never met a collective gem like the owner and staff of Elite Bmrs and Benz. So, we paid over the phone, picked up the car and guess what ? Our little red Mercedes was running quieter , AC cooler, electrical panel perfectly better than ever, plus our electronic key was fixed.I asked them to fix one thing but they'd fixed 3 things for a small fraction of the cost I feared. Elite Bmrs and Benz has my whole family's loyalty for as long as we live in Houston. I was worn down and feeling at the end of my rope a bit, and you guys helped me more than you know. Went in for an oil leak and they did an amazing job. Matt informed me about everything that was done to my car and can't believe how well my car is running now. Just moved to the area and glad to have a reliable and awesome mechanic shop near by.A few years later and still the best shop ever... Honestly if it wasn't for this shop I would've sold me vehicle but Matt has made it affordable and easy to care for my car over the past 3 years.

Very fair mechanics. They will tell you exactly what s wrong with the vehicle. They do not try and up sell you any unnecessary services only the ones you need to get you vehicle repaired and out of the door fast! They stay busy so be prepared to make an appoint or leave the vehicle for them to work on.

I began having problems with my drivetrain system and had to take my car to Bmers and Benz multiple times before the problem was diagnosed. This was a very intermittent problem that only showed itself sometimes. Matt and the rest of the team were super diligent and helpful in getting this problem solved. Over the two months that I brought my car in to this shop, each time has been very professional and pleasant. Matt is very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything that is going on with your vehicle and everything that they plan to do. He offers a quote right away and it is reasonable for the work. I have gotten my rotors replaced here and my wheel alignment done here! He also installed some underglow lights on my car and I get so many compliments on them! They took care of our 450 GL... Extremely knowledgeable and skilled. We've even had them look at another luxury vehicle we were considering purchasing. They knew they would be the ones to make any repairs needed on the new purchase. They were still honest with my husband and steered us in the right direction. If you have a luxury vehicle they are your go to. Ask for Matt.

Hello everyone who is looking for a great mechanic then DO NOT wait, I wish I could give them 10 star. I couldn t be happier that this. The owner( Matt ) was very knowledgeable,professional.he knows what he s doing and his staff toomy bmw 650i was not drivable at all and he fixed my engine with REASONABLE PRICE plus that my car had too many errors which he fixed them all as well. Finding an amazing mechanic and honest person like Matt is very hard so if your car has any type of error, take it to him and you ll see what I m talking about. Thank you guys. I really appreciate you
