Excellent customer service and work. Had 2 of my cars repaired here, one needed a new clutch, and flywheel installed and they did it in a day or two. The other one was also repaired in good time. They give good diagnostics of the vehicle which will tell you everything that it needs. Will come here for any of my car needs for sure.

I came to Eagle to get my valve body replaced on my 2014 infiniti q50. Initially when I stepped in, Jeff was very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. Both him and Brian (i believe was his name) we very communicative about what was happening with my car during the repair. This shop definitely seems more for their customers rather than for the money. They cut me a really good deal fixing my valve body, I would recommend going here for any issues.Thanks to Jeff, Brian(?), and all of the techs/mechanics that worked on my car! I'll be coming back for maintenance when needed. :)

We experienced some of the most professional employees in the automotive repair industry, and they handled our issues very timely. Steve was very easy to work with and very informative throughout the process. They found another issue unrelated that BMW couldn't figure out and fixed it.

Came in with issues with my Oil Gasket Pans on my Chevy Colorado and went to a few different shops.All of the other shops mentioned I have to get a new high and low oil pan and even one shop mentioned I need to get a new radiator hose and coolant flush and quoted me at $2800!Eagle Automotive did the exact opposite and truly looked into the problem. My oil pan was completely fine and wasn't leaking at all. The team just cleaned up the excess oil from the last change I had on it about a year ago and even test drove and ran the truck and spotted no leaks. Steven and Jeff were great and kept it real with me about what I needed on the truck.Highly recommend this place for all automotive and transmission issues. They will save you so much money and keep it a buck with you!

This is the place to go for your repairs! They give a fair price and do A+ work. The customer service is exceptional! Please don t waste your time going anywhere else. They will run a diagnostic test and tell you what work is needed. Very transparent with videos and they wait for customer approval before doing the work. Very satisfied customer who will never go anywhere else!

I brought my truck for transmission repair. All was handled thoroughly and professionally and ended up requiring rebuild. After picking up, initial issue was resolved but noticed some weird action between 1st and 2nd, so I brought back. After picking up 2nd time, all was working well! Would recommend to others!

Excellent Service! I had a complete transmission rebuild along with oil pan gasket and rear main seal replacement. There was a miscommunication about a part that needed to be replaced prior to the work being done - it ended up causing problems with gears after the rebuild. After discovering what was causing the problem, they happily ordered the part and replaced it. They even waived the labor and just charged me for the additional replacement part. Overall these are great guys that will strive to make sure you get quality products and service. I'm happy that my truck runs great! popped in on a Saturday (they're closed) with a slight emergency and although they were technically closed, Omar was nice enough to take a look at my car and get me back on my trek back home without any issues. Great customer service, and although I don't live close by, I'd definitely bring my car back here for service again.

I was truely bumed out when my Mercedes C240 had for over a year, uncontrolled vibration and then the transmission began to slip. Other shops were not able to figure it out selling me struts etc. Spoke with Steve over the phone and he gave us the straight technical information needed to make the decision to bring it in. He first checked the trans level, conducte anaylysis of the fluid and gave options of in shop rebuild verses a new purchase of a refurbished transmission. I decided to have him check the car A-Z. The quoted cost to actual was hundreds less by passing on buyer discounts.The car runs like new, with no vibration.Never been happier to spend the money for the results in return.Honest, straight forward, quality of workmanship and price.A new loyal customer for future service.

I was working in Houston,TX last week when my front right brake started grinding. I called Eagle Auto and talked with the owner. He told me to bring it right in, so I did. They looked at my car and told me I needed to replace my front brakes. They did a great job while I waited and had me out in a couple of hours. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for helping me to get back to helping my customers.

Really enjoyed working with the owner. Transmission ended up needing to be completely rebuilt and they did a great job. Kept me informed the whole time with the progress and finished the car when they said they would. Great communication, no high pressure situations, customer service was top notch. Came to Eagle Automotive to fix my transmission after researching a ton of options... Ultimately felt that the positive reviews should guide my decision - and I'm so glad I did! These folks are great at what they do. My car is fixed and running smoothly. Cost of the fix was nearly half of what the dealership quoted, and was comparable with estimates from other transmission shops where I had shopped around - but no one came close to the professionalism and great communication that I got from Alex at Eagle Automotive. He was on top of all the details and helped me trust their work - which is paramount in this field...For background: my Toyota(!!) transmission had failed at just 51k(!!!) miles. Yea - everyone is just as shocked that it's a Toyota... This shouldn't happen... At first I had my car towed from the highway to the nearest Toyota dealership. Powertrain warranty was 5yr/60k miles. Even though I was still 9k miles within warranty, Toyota quoted me an insane bill to put in a new transmission, claiming the car was out of warranty because the clock had run out on from a time perspective (5.5yrs since purchase!). After several wasted days of diagnostics at the dealership and an insanely expensive quote to replace the transmission - I shopped around 5 different transmission shops and ended up having my car towed from the dealership to Eagle Automotive to get the job done. I was having engine problems with my car. I Googled "auto mechanic near me" and Eagle Automotive & Transmission came up. I called them and they told me to bring my vehicle which I did.I was so impressed with their interactions with me. It is not just their expertise and professionalism that impressed me but the human aspect as well.Jeff is such a pleasant person. I understood that they are more concerned with the interest and satisfaction of their clients rather than their profit. I rarely came across this kind of approach in all my dealings with service providers whether auto mechanics or others.I have decided to stay in touch with them whether I have car problems or not.On a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is the best, I will rate them 12.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great staff and great customer service, but they unfortunately could not diagnose and fix my problem. I kept having the same issue until I went to the dealership and they were able to tell me what was going on. In a of many car shops... you pay for what you get. After having issues with my car and it never being reliably fixed...I am confident to say that Eagle has completed the job and fixed my vehicle. The fixed the issue and not the symptoms. They were very thorough and did excellent work. The price is worth the work. Alex was a great communicator throughout the repair. I highly recommend if you are looking for a complete car repair shop that will get it done!

This is by far one of the most honest auto shops in the north Houston area. They were well priced and got the job done in the allotted time provided. The shop was extremely clean and the techs were very thorough. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of any diagnostics or repairs. They replaced my transmission in 2021. It failed after a couple of weeks and they replaced it with another one. Over all they were fair to me and my transmission still seems to be working just fine after 1 year. They gave me a 3 year warranty so I like that. I did paid about four thousand five hundred and that is about the going rate for my transmission at the time. They were friendly and communicative. I would consider them for future major repairs.

So happy to have found this wonderful place of business, I have so much confidence in my new found mechanic. Honest and reliable I had my car returned to me same day, oil change new spark plugs gasket head replaced as well as the ignition coil.
