Trevor answered and scheduled to come out the next day. He was on time and explained everything that needed to be done. He s well versed and skilled and will use his service again should I need to. Definitely recommend him if you need a mechanic.

I needed a new battery and found this awesome mobile service. I called today, and he was here within the hour. The entire process took less than an hour. The service was excellent, and the pricing was fair. Will definitely be my 1st call next time.

Had (Done right Moble) come to the house to repair my wife car and he was so fast and good I now have him working on my other car and truck. My neighbors is now having him work on their Car. It s hard to find great help and prices, but we have found it.

Referred from a relative, I was involved to translate/coordinate possible service for a neighbor due to a limited language barrier, there was immediate well communicated respectable arrival time, courtesy of waiting for part/battery exchange from store and very professional workmanship.

Trevor answered my call right away and told me he could see us that same day about the alternator. He quickly fixed the problem and even fixed the belt. Super polite and kept me up to date on when he would arrive and what he was doing. Will definitely use again. Trevor was highly recommended by someone we both know. I have been ripped off many of times by mechanics. Some of the mechanics did a terrible job to where I had to go back and have my vehicles check again. Not only did this man fix my son s car in a timely matter. He was very humble and respectful. Big business make lots of money by guaranteeing their mechanics are top notch, but are so expensive. Trevor has a small shop and still does a great job and doesn t charge an arm or leg to get your vehicle fixed! Job well done Trevor!! Thank you!!

Car wouldn't start and was afraid I'd have to replace the alternator. Trevor came out, took a look and said it was just the battery. Switched it out super quick, was very pleasant and friendly. I hate dealing with mechanics, but this man made the experience everything. He was Very respectable and Didn t Charge me an arm and a leg like most mechanics.! He met up with me in a timely manner and the convenience he provides was everything I needed today. Im a little difficult but only because I like my Stuff Done RIGHT.! & today DONE RIGHT Mechanics made sure it was.! I RECOMMEND

I had Trevor (the mechanic) look at my car. He wound up having it towed to his shop. He kept the car over a month. The car wouldn t start. When he did get it started he bought it back to me in even worse shape. Not even a week later the car cut off and wouldn t start. A mechanic who can t fix cars. I wouldn t recommend you to anyone.

Trevor Alton of Done Right Mobile Mechanic is great. Came to my home with less than 24hrs notice to replace my Alternator and Tensioner Pulley Assembly. Professional and very knowledgeable.He went above and beyond to get the job done. Highly recommend Tre either in shop or mobile. We will be using him as our go to mechanic.Highly recommend.

Called to set an appointment for a tech to come look at our dash AC. He said he would meet me there between 12pm and 1pm. I took half the day off work to be there all morning waiting. He was a no show and didn t call or text to let me know. I called him back after 1pm and he said he got held up and will be there at 3pm. Now it s after 3:30 and I ve left texts and voicemails with no reply.I m in the service business and fully understand getting busy and not making it to jobs on time. But I call my customers and communicate that to them. Much like I had to do today since I took the entire day off waiting for this guy. Very unprofessional.We have a fleet of vehicles and are partners with a couple other companies with fleet vehicles and I will be sure to pass the name of this company around as one to not do business with. A simple call or text would ve saved this company a negative review.

Looking for a quick Serpentine belt replacement this morning for my Daughters' vehicle that needed to be ready for them to take back to school this week. Got a hold of Trevor who came out promptly at the appointed time and kept in good communication with me about where he was in his schedule prior to arriving. Arrived with the parts (giving me the receipt for the belt).Took a little time to install as I already knew if was going to be a PITA job but he got the job done in a timely manner and was a pleasure to talk to. Professional work and mannerism which will definitely have me recommending his services to friends and family for future car needs.I had no idea that mobile mechanics existed until today but totally glad that this company is around! On 8/12/21 i visited this shop on a girls trip to Houston. Unfortunately we ended up having car trouble right before our return home and we met this gem Mr. Trevor at a gas station. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We ended up having some overheating problems and mr Trevor helped us to his shop and got right on the work and i can indeed say he went over and beyond and we are so grateful and i definitely can attest IT WAS DONE RIGHT so thank you so much Mr. Trevor for helping us get back home safely.

My guy Trevor was short and to the point with getting the job done. I had to get my serpentine belt replaced before I went to work and he came to me and died it in a timely manner. I definitely recommend his services

My truck is over heating and had to be put into the shop. Four bolt s left out and horn not working all of the water leaking out just six blocks from my house. So that money out my pocket and I now have to pay the other guy as well. And hears what you tell me. Not cool.The truck is overheating because you pierced a hole in the radiator with the water leaking of course it isn't going to cool and you already anticipated putting it in the shop anyway but oh well cant please everyone hope the other shop overcharges you and even after I went as far as picking the part up and giving you my discount and offering great service but I expected it have a happy new year and never call me again

I was in a parking lot and began to search for a mobile machanic, I came upon Done Right Mobile Machanic I called and explained my problem I was given directions to the shop because I wasn't far away from the shop.
