Great service! Sergio was a helpful and kind worker there who was my main contact. I had a screw or nail in my tire. Repaired for free, and quickly! Joshua pulled the car up to the front and gave me the keys. Thanks to the folks there!

I came here to get my WHEEL replaced. They replaced it and I drove it a few miles. My tire went FLAT. I pulled into another discount tire and turns out, it wasn t just flat, my tire had EXPLODED. This was due to the improper installation from the 2920 Discount tire employee. This is NEGLIGENCE on their end!!! They should ve made sure my wheel was properly installed. This was such a freaking inconvenience, this shouldn t have happened to begin with. I might just have to bring an action against them because this is just unacceptable. Something worse could ve definitely happened. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!

When it comes to national tire chains, Discount Tire is the best. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Discount Tire, just like I have never had a good experience at NTB.This Discount Tire on 2920 in Spring/Klein is no exception. I've been here a number of times in the last 8 years, and they are always good. As an example, I had them replace a single tire several months ago due to a mishap, and today I went in to get the other three tires replaced. I had ordered the 3 tires online and scheduled an appointment for this morning.The salesman noticed that the tires I ordered were similar, but not exactly the same, as the single new tire from a month ago. Even though they'd had to get the 3 tires I ordered from another location, he pointed this out to me and said they had them in stock, so we switched them. Not a big deal, really, but it saved me $22 and he didn't have to do it.On top of that, I was out of there in 25 minutes! I've been to an NTB where I was the only customer and I had to wait 2 hours!I love Discount Tire, and this location is exceptional.

When you go, look for the brother with the clean fade, Tory. He got us together really quickly for our trip to Tennessee. Said it would take 45mins to replace all 4 tires but it was like 20mins. He gave above and beyond service by replacing our windshield wipers as well. Highly recommend this location and Tory.

I came here to get my air checked on my tires, and no one ever came to ask if I needed help to put air in my tires even though they saw me waiting. No one else was in line, but I and there were guys just standing around while I waited there . I will never come to this location again. I will go to the location on Richey close to my residence they are always on top of their game. I give them a 5 star rating for sure.

I was super impressed with this group of guys. I called ahead to make sure they had the tires I wanted. I drove up and was literally in and out with new tires installed in less than 15 minutes! Thanks guys for respecting my time!

11 out of 10! This place is great! I've never had a bad experience at Discount Tire; however, this visit was especially awesome as they found 5, that's FIVE 35" BFG MT KM3 tires for me! I had been looking for over a year and they got them delivered and installed within 5 hours!! Crazy awesome service!Thanks you guys very much for your awesome service today!

I would not recommend going to this location you if you want you tires warrantyed. I came in expecting my tire to get warrantyed, it had a nail in the side wall. Then I get told my warranty was canceled, the same day I originally bought that tire. I never canceled the warranty and I have original receipt. So now my only transportation is sitting in my driveway.

This place will go to any lengths to right any wrongs. I highly suggest this place for purchasing your new tires. Make a call ahead appointment and only spend 30-90 minutes. I did call ahead to see what the wait time would be if I was there in 15 minutes or less. I waited 3 hours and was talked into accepting the wrong size tires which made my speedometer incorrect.I suggested this company needed to clarify their expensive road hazard warranty which states on the envelope your receipt will be handed to you in that it is a 3 year replacement warranty. I was told by two assistant managers that the road hazard replacement warranty is for the life of the tire. I could not get them to put that in writing for me. Beware that tires are embossed with codes that include the date of manufacture and you should ask for the date of manufacture the tires you will be buying were manufactured. If you do not get tires that were made that year, the ten year road hazard verbal guarantee i received can't be honored. Federal Law says after a tire is 10 years old, it can no longer be worked on and they will not replace it. I called corporate and got the same story as the assistant managers gave.The Stars of discount tire are the people installing your tires. However, none of them are wearing their mandatory eye protection to protect their eyes. Ironically, I was the only one wearing eye protection and a piece of metal hit the frame of my glasses and are now ruined. I was twice asked to enter the work area to show them how something functioned and then to drive my automobile backwards out of the stall because there was nobody available who could operate a manual transmission. I was never offered eye protection but I put my sunglasses on because of the warning sign mandating workers and anyone else beyond the sales are to wear eye protection at all times.

Gavyn is awesome. Great customer service. Came just for free air and he noticed that my tires were not programmed correctly and made mention of it and corrected it immediately despite pressure of the line

Free tire check out this is the best to get the best deal with the tires and how much you have to pay for the tires and how you can get the tires for your car and get them to take the old ones that you have to get rid of them and they are very good and they are friendly staff and they said that they were very good and they are very helpful

Amazing service! They were super busy and had a long wait, but set that expectation up front. The entire time they spoke to me with nothing but respect and genuine interest in making sure my experience was a good one. The wait ended up being less than what I was quoted. Overall very smooth and hassle free.

Had a great experience getting new wheels and tires for our Jeep. Clayton was a huge help through the whole process. They had me in and out within a hour even with a long line and the wheel manufacture sending them the wrong sized wheel which they made right on their end which was awesome. Would highly recommend these folks and Clayton.

This place is well ran and the staff is friendly and courteous. I was really in need of a new tire the 1960 location was only out to make money. The manager and his team had me in and out like Domino's Pizza! They even pointed out additional things that would keep me and my loved ones safe during travel. This will be my goro location for all tire service needs! Awesome simply Awesome!

I stopped by for a low tire pressure light. They were nice, checked all four tires, and explained what was happening. They filled up all four and sent me on my way.I highly recommend these guys!

The indicator light was on saying I have a low tire. I had made a stop at Walmart and remembered my mechanic told me I had a low tire the day before. An 18 wheeler was there unloading tires. I pulled up and told a guy I had a low tire. He said they couldn t do it right then because they were too busy taking inventory and the air wasn t turned on yet. There were at least a half dozen men there, and one couldn t help me? I had to wait 30 minutes to get air?!!!! When they finally got to me, it ONE minute! They couldn t take ONE MINUTE TO HELP ME INSTEAD OF MAKING ME WSIT 30 Minutes? WOW THANK YOU DISCOUNT!

So I woke up got ready for work and when I walk outside, my tire is flat. I grabbed my air pump, filled it up and headed to Discount Tire. When I get there I barely make it to the door and one of the guys is already headed out to greet me. We walk over to look at my truck and ask me what I was there for and then we walk in. He grabs my keys and they have the tire fixed in less than 10 minutes. No I am expecting a bill... Nope. He walks over and hands me my keys and said, "Your truck is ready to go! They even topped off the tire pressure on the other three tires for you." I asked him what I owed him and he shook my hand and told me there was no change and to have a great morning. When I walked outside they had even pulled my truck up to the door. I could not have asked for better or faster service. I wasn't even late for work! Thanks again!
