Great customer service and attention to duty on my Volvo. They discussed areas of concern throughout the process and didn't feel I was taken advantage of. Exceptional quality service and went above and beyond to fix and correct this issues required. Would recommend if you look for a honest quality work without the hassles.

From start to finish I had a great experience, Joe communicated well in the beginning and throughout the process. I felt Das gave me an honest estimate of my repair. Whoever worked on car did a great job, my sons always inspect the work afterwards. Everything was done in a very timely manner. I was only without my vehicle for 1 day. Other places estimated a much longer wait time. I will definitely return for my routine maintenance needs.

Christian is very knowledgeable and is honest about the issues he finds with your vehicle.If you have a European car, take it to Das.There is one location in Magnolia (AKA wanna be Woodlands ) and one location off of Spring Cypress.

Been ignored at another shop was how I ended up finding DAS European. And I m glad I did! Their service was superb and working with Joe was a blessing! Not only he explained what was wrong with my Porsche, but he made some very helpful suggestions that I wasn t aware off, resulting on getting my car back to run as it was designed to run. My car now runs like a dream and to add the cherry on top they detailed it making it look like a brand new car!Thanks Joe and the DAS team for a great experience!

For those who own awesome vehicles like VW, Audi, Porsche, BMW and Mercedes Benz, then you know the importance of taking care of our cars and finding a trustworthy highly skilled service center that can take care of our needs. We've been taking our cars to Das European Autohaus for years and without any reservations I can say that their service and attention to detail is world-class. I also greatly appreciate the time they take to answer questions and explain the "why" an issue is important. You can feel and sense their care when they share without any financial benefit to their business, how important it is to look out for something to prevent future problems. Das did an awesome job replacing my rear bumper on my BMW. I can't even tell I have a new bumper. Joe was friendly and easy to work with. He gave us a fair estimate and communicated well. He even gave us advice about our car rental because they work with them often. I will take my car here again if I ever need a repair.

Great place to take your European vehicles! I would highly recommend this shop. They are very friendly and professional. They fixed my vehicle very quickly and were very communicative and transparent. It has been 3 months now and my vehicle is still leak free. I took my vehicle in for a severe water pump leak. It required removing a lot of components that would have taken me at least a week to fix myself, on top of purchasing special tools for something that will probably be done once in the life of the vehicle. I will definitely be returning to this shop in the future!

For an EUROPEAN shop, these guys are VERY competitively priced, especially for having qualified TECHNICIANS (not "parts hangers" who can not diagnose) and who know what they're doing. If you own a European vehicle, you should know that, unfortunately, our repairs are going to be considerably elevated due to their over-engineered designs. It takes a specialist to work on these vehicles PROPERLY.You can always find somebody cheaper, but PEACE OF MIND is worth its weight in gold. Don't listen to the people who have no money to fix their vehicles and are upset at that fact. These guys are and look at the 300+ people who agree.Get these guys to fix your european vehicle and GET ON WITH THE REST OF YOUR LIFE in PEACE!

Had the crew at Das European inspect my newly purchased E30 that I bought sight unseen after getting a recommendation from our local mechanic who doesn t work on classic BMW s.The whole crew was fantastic and they turned my car around in less than 24 hours. Got a complete digital copy of their assessment and I felt very reassured that I made a great purchase, but more importantly, had a great new resource for routine maintenance and for the (let s hope it doesn t happen) harder stuff . Thanks y all! Would highly recommend.

This is absolutely hands down the best shop to take your car to. I ve always recommended it to all my friends with German cars. The service is truly incredible, Christian & his team do some of the best work I ve ever seen. Everyone I ve recommended has been nothing but completely satisfied. You can Not go wrong taking your car here. Wish more places like this existed.

I sell Volkswagens for a living and have worked with European cars for many years. Christian is simply the finest mechanic I've ever come across. His ability to diagnose the difficult is worth the drive from any side of town. From the moment you walk in you'll know you came to the right place. I can't say enough good things about this place. Their service is quick, yet precise. I was updated every step of the way with ever detail and even shown the problems. I was treated with the utmost curtesy and never talked to like a number. Christian was very honest every step of the way and never tried to tack on last minute charges or repairs like dealers. I will be back with my Audi and with my wife's mercedes, because they did not only make a customer they also made a friend!

Macan came due for it's annual oil change and intermediate service. Got the car back the same day; washed, serviced and not for the eye watering prices I had been paying at the dealership. Work is professionally done and can easily recommend this shop to others. If u need help don't come here after I paid $140 for diagnostic, I went to pick up vehicle and they wouldn't even help me put on dollies just so I would use the tow truck service. That is just strait up bad business. I will never recommend a place like this and its no big vehicle either its a mini so imagine. I went and found a nice person it took us 2 min to get it done.

I own a 2018 Mercedes GLA 250. My engine was making a rattling noise. Christian was able to identify the problem in 5 minutes and noticed that I was still under warranty. He instructed me to return to Mercedes and get the repairs as this was serious damage that would be extremely costly. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, honest, professional and went above and beyond to help me. I cannot thank him and Autohaus for the A+ service and treatment. Excellent service! Came in for some much needed service on my Audi A3. Das got all the required maintanece done, replaced my brakes, replaced my cracked windshield, even installed a new set of tires. Truely a one stop experience and for hundreds less than the dealership! They do good work.....when they want to....or i should say for who they want to do work for. The customer service is the worst i have ever experienced from a repair shop. 1) They had my car for 6 weeks and only replaced 2 brackets, they never finished what i took it there for. I ended up just picking up the car.2) They never answer their FRIKIN phone, or return calls. And when JOE answers the phone, he's rude as F@$%. Like you're bothering him. Very unprofessional on the phone. NOT helpful at all. I DO NOT recommend them if you want your car back quick.Service: Auto maintenance

I have worked with Christian several times, now. Very professional. Never a problem with allowing me to be involved in whatever service I need done by the shop. Christian shares his automotive knowledge and willingly answers all questions that I have. His shop is clean and organized. His parking lot is always full, and that is a good sign. I never have to worry about whether my car was fixed correctly when I pick it up.
