I cannot recommend this location enough. The other reviews are right, the staff is phenomenal and WILL go above and beyond for you. With being so young, it was daunting having to get my car repaired on my own. Glenda and Omar especially were spectacular and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. They finished my car fasted than expected and I got exceptional service from start to finish. I have nothing but great things to say about this team. You won t be disappointed getting service from here.

Could not be more pleased. Omar was excellent! He made the entire process feel like a breeze. I appreciated the proactive communication from him and the woman at reception (so sorry I don t recall her name). She made the pick up process so easy and accommodating. Claim processes can be stressful, but the service king team here made it so easy for me! They coordinated my rental with Enterprise from pick up to drop off, I felt valued and truly cared for the entire time. If I ever have needs in the future, I will bring my business here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

POOR REPAIR SERVICE ! Will definitely NOT recommend this shop and not going back to this place anymore. Others may have a different experience but we have ours as well. I have my ACURA RDX serviced for a minor damaged collision repair lastime, however, the engine light were still ON in the dashboard and one of the headlamps busted (not working, unsafe for driving) when we got it back. Also, we were told that the vehicle s emission is having an issue and will need to replace it s catalytic converter???Mind you guys, vehicle is NOT going to pass state inspections if there is emission problem going on. My vehicle is at around 90+k miles by the time. So we took it to another shop for another check up, second opinion if you will and found out it wasn t the catalytic converter. Service King Spring Stuebner MISDIAGNOSED the issue. It wasn t the catalytic problem at all. We are so glad we brought it to Christian Brother s shop in the Woodlands and they all checked it the RIGHT way. Don t get me wrong Service King front desk is very professional and courteous, place is neat and very accesible, however, we are truly dissapointed with their repair service. I can only say one thing, this place DID NOT meet up with our expectations. I would bring my business elsewhere. CHRISTIAN BROTHERS is the way to go ! We are very happy with their service ! My 2 cents.

Thank you so much to the Service King family, more notably, Glenda and Omar! These two are awesome and their customer service is unmatched for sure! I appreciate them for keeping me updated and answering all of the questions I had during my car repair process.

The shop returns the vehicle with the windshield wipers not working properly. Be ware this place replaces your battery if it dies while in their shop according to the service manager Omar. Yes, with a subpar battery not fitted to your vehicle. The battery lasted about a week and then when we took it to Autozone as we had warranty they lets us know that was not a battery they sell. We had to buy a new battery so they replace subpar parts on your vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

Glenda was so helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. This place finished under the expected time, left it looking better than new and my car cleaner than I left it.I couldn't ask for anything more. I recommend this place 100%.

Missed the promise delivery date. Communication that was provided wasn't accurate.Asked them to check alignment on a vehicle that took a hard hit to the passenger B column, did not perform this requested service. Full of excuses and reasons why. But I was willing to pay for the service out of pocket, why not do what I ask?Can't say that I'd recommend this place at all.

Had an amazing experience at the new(ish) Service King in Spring off 99. You normally aren't thrilled to have to pony up for body work / painting on a car, but they made it as seamless as possible. Took photos myself of the damage on their app, received a quote in about an hour, took my car in the next day, and ended up paying very close to the initial estimate. John and the team kept me updated every step of the way and held true to their word on timing. Hope we don't break anything else, but if we do we'll bring the car back here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

so I went to go get my car fixed it came out perfect unfortunately the piece that they removed they didn t put it on correctly caused it to fly off it took me a month to wait for that piece to just get the piece back and it s lifting and it s much smaller than the other side .very disappointing I literally trust you guys to do the job correctly I ve been over there more than three times and I am 30 minutes away and I was trying to explain to James how frustrating it was ,he was not understanding and very rude so I do not appreciate that and you should never treat people like that .
