If I could rate 10 stars I would! The whole team was super friendly, I spoke with Mike in regards of my 2015 Tundra. Mike was very knowledgeable and let me know I needed pads and rotors. Service was outstanding, I was out in less than a few hours I will be coming back for my future repairs! Thank you Mike!!!!

Our adjuster here made the process quick and painless. We received regular updates on what stage of the process our car was in. The repairs were done professionally. Don t hesitate to bring your car here for repairs.

Do not take your vehicle here! I tried using this shop after an accident. It took them 2 1/2 months for them to repair. My check engine light came on the very next day. I took it back the manager stated he cut it off in hopes that its a faulty light , if it come back on let him know. Once again it came back on the next day. By the end of that same week they had a new manager who completely blew me off for over a month. I had to call three other locations just to get a message relayed to the district manager for help. I was finally told to bring my vehicle back just for it to stay there for 1 1/2 weeks and he to tell me they replaced a purge valve which had nothing to do with the check engine light and for the light to come back on again this morning. They aren't equipped to fix the vehicle because they don't have a smog machine to see why there is an "emissions leak" and I was told it was going to be going to a dealership. I called this morning to ask if it was taken there and was told no, they thought they took care of the problem themselves.

My wife went into Crash Champions by herself (blonde hair, solid 10) and said the guys there didn t didn t try to upsell or play squeeze the balloon on services needed. She worked with Mike. Gave us a deal that was way less than other places we checked. They got the car fixed and back to us on time. Solid experience overall, would definitely go back. Only advice would be to have beer and popcorn in the waiting area.

We would never trust anyone else with repairs to our vehicles. It s just an automatic for our vehicles to be taken to Crash Champions. We know it will be repaired correctly with constant updates while they have whichever vehicle it may be!

had to use Crash Champions for a car accident that wreaked the front end of my carThank goodness they are around to help people, they did the job in record time ( 5 days) and what a wonderful job they didSam Hall at the front desk was so helpful getting me a rental car delivered to me at Crash Champions and helped me to understand what would happen and the time frameDwane helped me check over my car and even came in on his day off when I picked up my finished car to make sure I was satisfiedSuper great people, if unfortunately you have an accident, this is the place to get your car fixed

My repair service started at the Pearland location, however, I had a series of ongoing problems and the work was not completed. Huge shout out the Zack, the new manager at the Pearland location who stepped up and ordered the part needed and directed me to the Spring location. I relocated from Pearland to Spring and 2 trips to Pearland only to be turned away was beyond frustrating. Zack made things right for me by contacting Mike the manager at the Spring location and he and his team took excellent care of me! I left their store with every issue addressed. They turned a dissatisfied customer into a completely satisfied customer. I am confident in recommending the Spring branch to anyone who needs service done on their vehicles. Thanks to the team members how made this bitter experience sweet again. This just goes to show that a bad experience should not be contributed to the company at large when you have people ready and willing to make things right. Thank you!

King Collison is top-notch. Great service and skilled people who know what they are doing.New Review: I've had my car repaired at this location three times. On our 1st estimate visit, I appreciated the way Noah Velasco treated my Mom and me. On January 11, 2024, the day our car was repaired. We walked in and the gentleman at the front desk greeted my Mom by her name. Our window was repaired and works fine. The excellent service is what will keep us coming back. Please keep Noah and the gentlemen at the front desk, they have excellent customer service skills.
