I ve been to them twice now for repair work on my car and they ve done a great job both times. Very detailed when it comes to explaining the diagnosis on your car. They take their time, trustworthy, efficient, good quality for the quantity and unlike most they actually follow up with you after your service is complete to make sure things are still going good. Really appreciate them and their service.

This place is top-notch! I came in for an oil change because I heard they offered a four pack at a competitive price. The owner and the staff inside made me feel right at home and brought me coffee! The interior is set up like a five star hotel but what really gives this place a home run is the attention to detail. I have never been emailed pictures of my air filter and other items they checked with an explanation on their status.

Took my 2016 car in for an oil change & had a wonderful experience at Christian brothers! My 3 month old and I waited in the cozy waiting room. Where they offered free children s bibles, which I read to my son while we waited. I was impressed by the quality of the service and the small amount of time we had to wait!

I recently moved to the area and found myself needing an oil change and attention to an electrical issue. This Christian Brothers location offers exactly what I've come to expect from the brand- knowledgeable and friendly staff, great communication, and quality service. Highly recommend these good folks!

Been coming to this location pretty much since I got my first car. Always had amazing service. One time I was working the firework stand outside in their parking lot and had my car in their shop. It was summer and they brought out water bottles that were very cold and we were able to talk about the car repairs there since I wasn't able to leave the firework stand. I know bringing cold water bottles on a hot day is such a small gesture but it really meant a lot. Never had any complaints about the work that was done on my car it's always been amazing

My first time at this location. I came in for an oil change, so I was able to hang around for awhile. The sense of professionalism here is unmatched. They really make you feel like you can trust them. I mentioned that I recently purchased my vehicle and the advisor let me know they would look over the car to see if there were any issues that needed to be addressed. Once my vehicle was done, I was then told the car was A-OK but they recommended I get my brakes changed on the next oil change. They went over the cost for the brake job, as well went over everything they did to my vehicle while it was being serviced. I 100 percent will be back to this location, I'm glad to hear the reputation of this business is what you actually get. Highly recommend these folks for anything car related.

I ve never had such a wonderful experience with a mechanic shop before! Everyone was so nice and welcoming - they even served me a coffee! They were quick to get me in, did a great job explaining what the issue with my car was, and they were so reasonable with the price. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Christian Brothers is now my go-to for all car repair needs!

I went to Christian Brothers on Rayford yesterday asking about an inspection sticker. They said they could get me in and out probably within 30 minutes. I had my dog in the car and they permitted my dog to wait in the lobby with me. I had shared that I was recovering from heart surgery and they were so willing to help and make the process easy on me. Their kindness will not be forgotten. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have taken my Infinity QX60 in several times for the same problem - rough idle. In doing so, I have paid several diagnostic fees , and based on their recommendation, paid to have the work done. Result - car has the same rough idle. The car went from the rough idle to a rattling noise in the engine. After paying another diagnostic fee , I was told that it would cost me over 3500.00 for them to continue to diagnose vehicle, with no certainty they could fix the potential problem. I opted against it, as I didn t want to pay for them to research the problem. Since, I have watched YouTube and spoke with people who are nothing close to a certified auto mechanic. ALL identified the problem as the timing chain, where the tensioner is either loose or needs to be replaced. I find it difficult to believe that with all of the mechanics and service people there, not one person had the ability to identify the source of the problem without charging me an exuberant amount. Customer oriented?? Not so much, in my opinion. Currently in search of new trustworthy automotive center.

My visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Spring was first-rate all around. Very friendly, professional staff that explained everything to me upfront and notified me (earlier than expected ) when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. This was my 2nd time here and I plan to keep coming back!

Visiting this location today just proves why I love that I started coming here. I was having an issue with my windshield wiper arm, and I kinda narrowed it down to what it could be so I decided to call and see if this was a service that was provided. Tyler answered my call and offered to take a look at my car if I stopped by. He asked for 10 minutes to check and see about my wiper arm and came back with a solution and fix for the time being. I appreciate Tyler so much for being so understanding and so helpful that I wish I had came in sooner. Tyler going above and beyond just proves that there are people still providing good customer service and really care. Blessings upon Blessings always and thanks again I appreciate it more than you will ever know.

Went in with a FREE State Inspection ad from the mail and was told it would be 15 minutes total time of the Inspection. NOT True, They said it would be 30 minutes because of this check point list they do which is NOT REQUIRED and says NOTHING on the Flyer about how they MUST do this unnecessary work.About 15 minutes in, which they should've been really be done with by now of course they * find things* wrong. Thats why they do this its unnecessary and really again NOT NEEDED to be done.They are hoping you will pay up for the work which might needed to be done but i only asked for the State Inspection which doesnt require anything else to be done and told me they HAVE TO CHARGE ME if i didnt want the other check list of stuff done which DOESNT SAY SO IN THE AD......................So my truck NO SURPRISE passes the inspection with a $600 Dollar bill of unnecessary work as they claimed to me with leaks and such. I leave my vehicle on the driveway and owned my truck for almost 8 years never once seen a drop or anything but water from the condensation on the ground from running the ac which is NORMAL for any and all vehicles.Took my truck to a real and HONEST shop the guy laffed at about what i told him and showed my receipt to him and he told me its a SCAM to pull such stuff like this and overcharge for unnecessary work. Even if it was true he said a charge like that should be at least 120 Dollars total. If it was for real which it wasnt.NOT very Christian so to speak of this Place.This was at the 2899 Cypress Creek Pkwy, Houston, TX 77068 Location

Christian brothers were amazing and went above and beyond. They dealt with extended warranty on their own and I didn't have to call, explain or submit anything. They knew I needed my car back fast and made it happen.

I have been to this Christian Brothers Automotive various times. Every visit I have made has been exceptional. All stages of my visit I am met with professionalism. Service is timely, the team talks with me about the service that was performed, what went well, and additionally they give me a heads up of what services I will need performed in the near future, if any.I do not think this should be a part of my review because it does not pertain to the service of my vehicle nor the customer service, but the parking is always limited and the waiting space is small. I would warn customers to schedule an appointment if possible before going.

TLDR: Christian Brothers suggested $4500 in repairs compared to $40 at another local shop.My car runs fine, it basically sits in the garage except for my daily runs to daycare, about 3 miles total. Recently, my brake light started coming on intermittently on for 1 or 2 seconds, then gone. Again, my car runs fine, no issues braking, turning, etc., but since I ve got a baby in the car it seemed responsible to get it checked out.If the Christian Brothers assessment hadn t been so over the top, I might not have gotten a second opinion, but let s go through their recommendations:-Replace brake booster and master cylinder ($1895)-Replace front brake pads and rotors ($672)-Flush brake system ($182)-Replace front shocks ($600)-Replace front lower control arms ($823)-Replace a tire ($178)-Alignment ($129)Not even counting the initial assessment fee ($169), we re at just shy of $4500, a month before Christmas. Even if I only did the brake related repairs, we re talking over $2700. For a car that drives and brakes fine.Thankfully, I had the time and opportunity to get another opinion not everyone does. $40 somewhere else for piece of mind, some brake fluid, and I ll go back there in 10-15,000 miles to change my brakes.

Well ,My Wife and I were debating whether to take My truck to the dealership or take it somewhere else , So I told her well I can't get the app to work where I take My truck to. She told me ,why don't you take your truck to Christian Brothers Automotive ? Because I told her that I took My truck to the Dealership on Saturday and I didn't have anything to do that day so waited and waited for 4 hours for them to service My truck ,the only thing that they did was Charge me a big amount of money to do the same thing that Christian Brothers can do in less time and not keep you there all day and waste your day. So I Appreciate the Great People at Christian Brothers and for their Wonderful Courtesy and Service to My Vehicle and to the rest of My Family's Vehicles from now to the Future.

Just replaced rotors and brake pads of my Kia Sedona and I had a great experience with Christian Brothers. The entire service was super fast, the Customer care was impeccable and the report before the repairs was very helpful. I had a lot of pictures from them before start working on my car and ypu can really feel that you can trust these guys. Now the car is running pretty smoth and the ride is really comfortable. As usual, quality is not free but I think that quality jobs must be paid. Thank you guys!

As someone who has dealt with some really bad auto shops, the customer service and communication at this store was amazing! Tyler was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He made sure that my girlfriend and I knew what was happening and about how long the process would take. The shuttle driver, Eric I believe, was also very kind. He got us back home while the repairs were happening and picked me up as soon as the repairs were complete.

Great service was provided with detailed photographic and video updates.My smart Fortwo's clutch assembly was replaced with a new pressure plate, clutch-disk, flywheel, and bearing. Short story is my ride is rolling again! Thanks, CBA.

Needed a state inspection on my Morgan +8 that I just moved from Cali. They were very courteous and friendly. Service was fast - in and out in about 30 mins. Will definitely use them again.

We ve been several times for oil changes and recently went because we had a nail in one tire. The staff is always pleasant and professional. They tell you what they re doing before they do it and answer your questions. They re speedy and do a good job. I don t dread interactions with this mechanic like I have with other companies in the past. I m glad they re in my neighborhood.Services: Tires, Oil change

Amazing service for a great price! I normally do all the work on my cars but I am pretty busy this week and the alternator died on my wife s Kia Sportage at 8:30pm last night. Not having much time to fix it and needing it fixed ASAP, I called Christian brothers when they opened just to see their availability and price. They were able to fit me in and get it repaired same day at a super good price. I will for sure bring the Kia Sportage in again for them to fix a few other things that have been on my to fix list but I just haven t had time to get to.
