Outstanding service, Shane helped us out explaining everything in detail getting ready the cars sooner than we expected. Besides they taking care of our cars, they also take care of the customer always looking for the best solution, no extra cost, etc. They look to help people not just business. Shane demonstrated the best customer service I ve experienced in a very long time. He kept me informed and never hesitated to get me details and pricing options. They had to rebuild my transmission GM truck, the 8L90. It drives better than new and the price was 30% less than anyone in the Houston area with a reputation. Again and coming from a business owner, Shane s level of customer service is 2nd to none.

My tire went flat coming down 99, and I pulled into this shop. I ve got a 1 year old and 7 year old in the backseat. It s dark, and cold and the kids are cranky. Well Emory, and the entire team at Christian Automotive have not lost that humanly Kindness that s lacking today in society. They were just as kind and hospitable as they could be to my little ones and me. And they got me all Fixed up and heading home safe. Thank you Emory and the rest of the crew! If you need anything done please support these folks. They truly are wonderful.

If you live in the north Spring area, CBA is the place to get your automobile serviced. I trust Christian Brothers as I have always gotten honest service, no pushing of extra products and scare tactic repairs. This location keeps the tradition of great customer service and quality work. Grant was the service rep during my visit and he went above and beyond to provide great service.Update 7/2/2020: Received honest and friendly service from Christian brothers. Precautions for COVID are well implemented and should make you feel safe and respected.Update 11/08/2020: Another visit to Christian Brothers on Spring Stuebner, another wonderful experience! Even their interactions with other customers impressed me. They do honest work, and make you as the vehicle owner feel educated, respected, and empowered.

Great service,I had safety inspection done and the guys at the front desk are very nice and helpful.The wait wasn't too long. I enjoyed the up lifting music. Appointment time means something for this business unlike other places that give you a appointment time and begin working two hours after. CBA keeps you informed through text messages on the progress of the work being done. The staff is great; Shane was awesome and so was the gentleman seating next to him. This was my first time going there and I would not go anywhere else in the future.

Great price with coupon for blended synthetic oil change. The well being check and the report with pictures for no additional charge was great! Quick turn around and good Wi-Fi signal in waiting area also. Clean bathroom too!

Great customer satisfaction! Had a bit of my meticulousness kicking in after I picked up my car. They really took care of me until I was completely satisfied. Transported me to, and back from work so no waiting time at all as they are working on my car while I was at work. Shout out to my service adviser Shain K. Really took good care of me. Thanks guys!

I had an amazing experience with this shop. Brandon was a very knowledgeable employee and made me feel heard about my concerns on pricing and time to completion. He even worked with me on the financials to make sure the repair wasn't going to burst my budget. Initial experience here was a tad rocky, but was very pleasantly surprised to be contacted afterwards by the customer care team. I have to say the team worked hard to make things right and exceeded my expectations. The front desk folks are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to others, and will be bringing my vehicles back again.

I took my Dodge XPLORER B350 camper van to them to replace my fuel pump and repair my non-working cruise control. I can t say enough good about the constant professional service I received. While my van was there they kept me informed daily on the progress of the repairs. My battery was bad after 4 months, with the help of Shain and Allen they had all my information and immediately swapped it out. I so thankful for their patience and commitment to excellence. I will always come to their location again for my future car needs.Awesome team

There's no better option. Their service, care, and transparency is unparalleled in today's world. When I took my truck in for an engine knock, Allen took time to personally look at it and write detailed notes. Thinking this would be an expensive fix, I was relieved when they found that the previous owner had likely put in the wrong weight oil...even though the DeMontrond dealership assured me they had changed the oil when I bought it less than 2000 miles ago. CB simply changed the oil which quickly resolved the engine codes and knocking.

Came in for an oil change and their complete vehicle check was very thorough, finding another problem that was in immediate need for repair. The work was completed the same day and their shuttle service was very nice to have.

My review of Christian Brothers Automotive is a Great job! I dropped my vehicle off for a road trip inspection and wow did I get just that! All components were thoroughly checked. From the shocks, brakes, air filters, cabin filters, routers, etc. While waiting for my vehicle the customer service was top-notch! Every step of the way the employees were super friendly and made sure we were comfortable in our wait. I was informed about what I needed and all the printouts were sent over to make sure I understood the breakdown and cost. If it didn't need much attention I was notified about that! Now I ve gone to many Automotive establishments, but this was by far one of the best I've gone to! I'm glad I had the opportunity to take my vehicle there for this inspection. It was the best experience I have had! This Christian Brothers Automotive Center Will Be My Location Of Choice Moving Forward! The Customer Service Was The Greatest! When you guys visit this location ask for Shain or Emroy they will get you taken care of and you will have a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Thank You Both Shain And Emroy! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!! Very pleasant to work with and a quick turnaround. I used Christian brothers to diagnose and repair an AC leak. Unfortunately, the leak was at the main seal for the compressor, so the whole thing needed to be replaced. I dropped the car off in the morning and had it back the following. Definitely pricey, but the warranty and quality of work is worth it I feel (3 years or 36,000 miles, which ever happens LAST).The professionalism of everyone I worked with was fantastic. I also liked the included vehicle report/inspection with pictures.Service: Air conditioning

After an engine light came on my truck, Christian Brothers quickly determined the cause. Their customer service is superior to most. They are very informative throughout the entire process and even provide visual information pertaining to your vehicle. They have definitely earned my future business.

Had wheel bearings, 4 tires, shocks, control arm bushings all replaced along with brake fluid flush and coolant refilled and alignment. They did this all in 3 days. Fast friendly service. They take pictures of everything and write in detail the issues. They also send you a copy of all of it with detailed pictures explaining and pointing out the issues of your vehicle to your email. They even have a finacial aid program like a loan (need credit score of 300-850 to be approved) thatll help knock off a decent chunk of the final costs. 100% trust worthy and female friendly. And their customer service is 10/10 thank you Alan!

My vehicle broke down right outside of their shop and it was minutes before closing. They let my baby and I wait in the air conditioning until a tow truck could meet us and we were safe. They waited 45 minutes after close with me and were so kind about it. If it were closer to home I would use this shop exclusively. Wonderful people

I am thoroughly impressed with this mechanic shop. I have never experienced one like this they provide transportation within a reasonable distance of their shops, which is a big reason why I didn t like going to shops, because I didn t like leaving my car and trying to find a way to get back to the shop.They also were able to diagnose a car problem that no one else could figure out and now my car runs just fine without any problems.In regards to how they do service, they use an electronic system that allows the technician and the customer to be able to see all diagnoses with the pictures included prior to them starting to work, and the work that they did during the service. Prices are broken down and explained through the electronic services, and they are explained in person; you are able to accept services or decline services after they do diagnoses on your car.The people there are so kind and friendly and they re openly honest which is a big thing for me when it comes to situations like car problems. Their diagnosis was about 169, but that was an extreme thorough diagnosis from the beginning to end of the car, I believe they took about 2 to 4 hours diagnosing my car that s how thorough they are so I save for that kind of price that s extremely reasonableFor those who may want to know, I was having starter problems even after replacing the starter the spark plugs, the battery and the fuel pump. And I still was having issues and they determined that it was the crankshaft sensor. No one else was able to determine that and their machine was able to read the codes and wouldn t even let them bypass until that sensor was fixed as Mechanic suggested that was the only reason why I was having started problems and again I haven t had problems since then it s been about a week.

Made time for me on short notice. Had a vehicle I was considering for purchase and needed to return it in the pm. They offered to take me home when I dropped car off, which is not so unusual, but when car was ready they offered to come get me without my asking. All of their bays were full of automobiles so making time for my issue was not expected. They are the entity that discount tire send customers to for front end alignments so can only assume they have a good reputation

Attentive, appreciative, professional service. My service request and information were recorded accurately. A special no-pressure service offer was presented and explained. My questions were answered clearly and without hesitation. Work was performed as requested and completed same day. I was given a detailed report of inspection findings. Excellent shop with plenty of appointment availability, their customer service is extraordinary and service is professional. I love their reward program for oil changes, get the 4th one free and their shuttle service is quick and efficient. One thing I would love to see an improvement is appointment time being actual service time. I would rather stay and wait for a quick oil change and tire rotation than have to shuttle back home from an 8AM appointment and wait until the afternoon to get my car back.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance
