Best car repair in town , we use them all the time to service and change tires , best prices and valueThey are getting better and better they always have new machines and lifts and alignment machines. This shop top notch and I highly recommend, we been customer for five years and they serviced at least 10 of our company vehicles

Eli was very professional and courteous when I took my vehicle to get serviced. I recommend them to all my family, my vehicle always comes back in better shape than I left it. From the drinks and free coffee to the reasonable bill, I was happy when I left today.

I'm ashamed to say after living in the neighborhood of Champions Car Care for over 17 years we are just starting to use this place. I have been in twice in the last 3 1/2 months and I'm blown away at the excellent customer service and great work. And no up-selling either. They just do what needs to be done and let you know all is well, or it's time to start thinking about getting "such and such" done. No pressure at all. The gentleman (I'm sorry I don't know his name) who runs the place and may very well own it too, is so nice and genuinely cares about his customers. I've worked in customer service for 35 years so I know what it looks like to take care of clients and make them feel comfortable. This place checks all the boxes. They are trustworthy, friendly, excellent at what they do when it comes to repairs and service and the place is so clean and nice. I look forward to using them for my next oil change, alignment or car repair.

While overseas deployed to Afghanistan my wife and I have received excellant service with the right parts and proper diagnosis of both of our Mercedes. Never have we been sold what was not needed. They have been there for us on occassions without any charge of minor review or just consultation. Trust in knowing I'm getting the best service without being overcharged is why I'm continuing to bring my business to them. This is a great auto repair shop. Excellent service, honest and reasonable prices. These guys are a great addition to our community. We now take all our vehicles (6) there for all our auto repairs. Eli is the owner and he is very honest and trustworthy. Best auto repair and tire store around.

Of course we all wish repairs were a little cheaper, but they got the job done in a good amount of time. Simple, I needed something replaced and they replaced it. Nothing extra.

I've been to them a couple of times, and they always go above and beyond. It's one of the best and most honest shops in the area. They are so professional when it comes to getting the job done and at a really reasonable price. Their customer service is top-notch, I'll be recommending this shop to family and friends in the future.

I initially came to Champions Car Care with little to no expectations in terms of service and quality of work. I've been here four times due to my own misfortune and each time I am blown away by the above and beyond customer service. Eli is very hands on with his customers and treats you like you're his only customer every time. I felt like I was leaving my truck with a competent team and returned confident in the quality of work. No matter where I move to within Houston, I will always bring my vehicle here for repairs in the future and recommend everyone else to do so as well.

At last...an honest repair shop! Every person, from Eli on down, is super professional and customer service oriented. I took my car in for brakes after another inspection station said we needed to have the work done. I chose Champions Car Care based on the great reviews they have received in the past few years. Eli and his team looked at the brakes and pads and said not only do they not need replacing and were a long ways from needing to be serviced. But they did point out that I would need three tires in the next 3K-5K miles. No pressure to buy tires, just making sure I was aware. No charge for looking the car over. I appreciate it when repair shops care about me, my car, AND my wallet! Champions has a new returning customer and I will be bringing my car to them for all my brakes, tires, oil changes, etc from now on. Thank you, Eli and team!Services: Tires, Brakes

Im from Sugar Land so when I tell you my car broke down all the way in Spring, I was livid! Thankfully this shop was right around the corner and after a good month of driving it, I can safely say these guys did a fantastic job. The car drives even better than it did before!Ignacio was very helpful and Elias was always attentive to my concerns. Both of them were trustworthy and eased my fears about potentially getting overcharged for unnecessary services. I wish I could move this shop closer to where I live but these guys were so good I might have to make the drive. Its tough to find trustworthy mechanics so if you live in the area and are looking for a great mechanic shop, this is absolutely the first place you should go to.

I took my vehicle to Champions Care Care for the annual inspection. This was the first time I used this car care company. Eli told me I needed new front tires. I declined and was able to drive on those same tires without issue for another 12 months. He also told me I needed a new battery. In hind sight, I realize I did not "NEED" a new battery, he was just wanting to make a sale, but at the time, I agreed to the replacement. After he replaced the battery, he told me he could not run the inspection because it would fail the emissions test since he just installed a new battery. I was told to come back in one month. The truth is, he ran the inspection and the inspection failed because he just installed a new battery. Why did he not just tell me the truth when it happened? This false failed inspection appears on my CarFax as though the vehicle has had an issue with emissions. Eli told me he would have it removed, but he never did. The man took advantage of me, whether is was my race, age or something else, he saw me as an easy target to scam money from. I don't appreciate being manipulated into buying things I don't need and being lied to about the inspection and emissions. There are some good reviews here, and I'm glad it's working out for some of you, but I'll never return to this business.Services: Auto emissions testing, Battery

Good year never fails me. I moved in the area and my first time to the location. My experience was satisfying! Ignacio was amazing from the moment I called and asked if it's not too late to do a oil change. Enrique with a great customer service over the phone happily said to come on and they'll take care of me! From the moment I got there to the moment my car was finished was a 5 star experience! Looking forward to the next trip for another oil change! Thank you for good year staff and Enrique!!!

Hands down the best repair shop I ve ever been to. The experience I had was above and beyond. The service for their customers makes you feel like family and this is a place I always refer people to. I will definitely utilize this location in the future for my vehicle. Courtesy shuttle is provided as well.

They are absolutely amazing. I will be a forever customer to them. I had so many problems with my car and they let me buy my own part so that it was cheaper and then they could do the labor. The labor was way cheaper than any other place I went. They even dropped me off at my house when I did not have a ride. They are so nice and everything they do is for the customers. If I could give them more than 5 stars then I would. They are super fast when fixing the cars as well. They are the best mechanics I have ever had!!

Eli Haddad is the new owner at Good Year Champions Car Care in Champion Forest and I've been very pleased with each interaction my family and I have experienced with him and his company. I first met Eli in 2018 when I had a warranty issue with the previous owner and for which he assisted.Of most importance is trust in an auto mechanic relationship and this must be earned over time. In that regard, I'm very pleased to say so-far, so-good after 2-years to include various visits to his shop with family members and with my own vehicle.Eli communicates well and has a friendly demeanor which is helpful from the start. He also seemed to listen to our needs to address the issues we presented each time and in a way that was not over the top so as to keep the cost manageable for our various family members while at the same time providing practical solutions that would address the situation now and with a reasonable plan for the future.Eli also welcomes and encourages customer feedback so as to keep improving their service while growing his business. As such, I've recommended Eli to friends, neighbors and family and like I said, so-far, so-good for them too:) He also lives in our local community and as you get to know him realize that he is here to stay to provide for his own family while watching out for the family members in our community. Thanks Eli! Keep up the good work!1/8/2020 Update: Thanks Eli for doing a great job on my front brakes last week. As you know I usually get my brakes done someplace else just because they specialize in brakes and history have had really good prices.However, this time around I didn't get a comfortable feeling about the new management at that other place. So when I came to you for a second opinion your price was reasonable when compared to theirs and your team did a great job too. Thanks again!

Went here yesterday after my car had a flat twice this week; used my little compressor, went in because reviews were so good.Well deserved.It's clean as a whistle, I was greeted right away, and they took care of me much quicker than I expected , as a walk in. They found a nail, took care of tire for $20. Checked pressure in all tires.They also let me know that they have the proper equipment to handle my Prius oil change- and this location is half the distance of going to the dealer. I will give them a try next time I'm due.I appreciate their customer service- it should always be this way.

Top notch service! Eli went above and beyond for for me! I needed a tire, they didn't have in stock and it had passed the cut off time to be ordered.Eli, personally went and picked up the needed tire for me to have it installed the same evening. This was all done through our phone conversation as I was working until 6 PM. They were supposed to close @ 6:30 PM. Although I got there @ 6:20 PM and they were still waiting for me. As friendly and welcoming as they could be, offered me refreshments and very kind to my tired soul, There were one customer who was leaving and one other were still waiting for his car. Eli was just as friendly and professional to the other customers also. I knew then that was their culture to be so kind and understanding ad gave us very good advise along the way, I will never forget that evening that he went all out to help me. I will recommend Champions Premier Auto Care and Tires to all the people that I know. Thank you Eli and your wonderful crew of people! I really appreciate you all!

Cannot say enough good things about this place!! Not only are they affordable, they're super honest! I brought my car in to get my front brakes replaced because they had been a little squeaky. The owner/manager (super nice guy) came out to me after a while to let me know that my brakes still had a LOT of life left on them (citing a few reasons why I may have heard some squeaks). They topped off my fluids and sent my on my way. I don't think all repair shops would've been as honest. They now have a customer for life!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! This is the ONLY place I trust to work on my car! They are the most honest and kind mechanics I have ever come across! When they gave me a ride home because my car needed quite a bit of work, he even opened my door for me when I got in. He will call you with updates and make sure anything that needs to be done unexpectedly is ok to proceed with. Very reasonable prices as well! When my cars issues weren t able to be completed the same day and my kids had an event to attend, he was more than gracious and offered to pay my cab fair so we didn t have to miss our event!! I will ALWAYS be a customer here and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much for everything!!

I went in for just an inspection. After my inspection was done, the estimate was over $200! They said I needed a brake light and a new tire. I had just replaced four different lights in my truck and had gotten four brand new tires within a month of going in. They showed me the light that was out, but they couldn t tell me which tire needed to be replaced. I had them replace the brake light, paid, and left. I went somewhere else to get my inspection. They passed my truck. I asked them about my tires, they said they look perfect. I have used them in the past, and they were honest and thorough. Not this time. I won t be back.
