Frank E. provided a very professional yet very friendly service. He stayed in contact with us regarding updates on the repair progress. Caliber and its team did an amazing job with my vehicle! Not only did they communicate with me throughout the whole process but Lana fought tooth and nail to get the insurance company to approve the estimates that were sent. I am really impressed by this location everyone is extremely kind and caring. Highly recommended to anyone needing their car repaired!

I used Caliber Collision to get the front end of my car repaired as they were recommended by my insurance company. My car was still drivable though damaged, so I asked them to provide an estimate of how long it would take to complete the repairs before beginning work as I couldn't be without my car for very long with work. They said repairs should only take 3-4 days, but that they would let me know before they started work as some parts may take longer to come in since my car is new. They began work two days later without checking in first, and provided an ETA of one week after I dropped off the vehicle. The first delay was due to a mistake in the paint job on the replaced front bumper which was their own fault. This also required a delay in a third party vendor coming out to check the sensors on the front end of the car. They proceeded to delay delivery on the work an additional seven times so that I ended up being without a vehicle for two and a half weeks while they refused to provide a rental. I had to call to request updates regularly as they failed to contact me with updates through the frequent delays, or would promise to call and then never follow through. I finally got the GM to agree to a rental 16 days after dropping off my vehicle, though they were suddenly able to rush getting the sensors checked and I was able to pick up my car the next morning with them calling that it was ready less than 15 minutes after I could pickup my rental car. My car was returned with a lifetime guarantee that if I found any issues with the vehicle they would correct them for free. After picking up my vehicle, I noticed Android Auto was no longer working. After several attempts to fix the issue on my own my deleting all Bluetooth connections and checking the settings, I determined this must be related to the reset needed on the cars computer system for the front end sensors. I called the shop to see if they could correct the issue as my car's Bluetooth could connect but only the Android Auto/Apple Car play features weren't working. They denied any fault and refused to correct their mistake unless my insurance would reimburse them for the work. At this point I told them not to bother, but I would strongly discourage anyone from going here for repairs. Both the customer service and quality of work were terrible.

Terrible experience with Derrick (manager) and Frank, complete lack of communication, several phone calls and texts were ignored. My pick up date got postponed 5 times and the last time there was no estimation for pick up, clueless workers, always answering with "I don't know". They took my vehicle to a different repair shop without informing me, my car was in the shop for 2 months. I had to request to speak with a regional manager in order to get accomodations for a rental (the one thing they did right by me only because I pushed for it since Derrick, the store manager, denied it at first). They didn't even fix my car, what was supposedly a starter replacement ended up with "you need an engine replacement". They were supposed to tow my vehicle to a different shop and I had to wait 5 days for it to be done when Derrick said it would be 2 days at the most. These people don't know what they're doing, seem very inexperienced and clearly do not care about proper client communication. I will not be doing business with this shop again. What a joke.

The appointment setup to the drop off into the rental pickup and then in the meantime the communication of progress aligned with a potential deadline was respectfully fluent. Brought my car in last Friday. Guy took pictures and said he would get back to me. On Monday I went back and told the girl I had not received my estimate yet. Now its Thursday. I called and they said they have no record of my car and no estimate. Wasted a week and now I will go somewhere else and start the process again. I only gave 1 star because 0 was not an option.

Day one Lana Stegall who managed my car, texted me and kept me up on progress of my 370Z. Anna who is receptionist got to know me and immediately informed Lana when I d go in person to check on things. Derrick Lawson who s manager of that location welcomed me nicely. Eddie Garcia who was body technician came to meet me and told me of his efforts that he did to get estimate to insurance. Painter Kyle Sassin did exceptionally great job to ensure it looked like brand new car. In all, the Spring location on Rayford, was best experience I ve ever had. I recommend anyone going there to get their car repaired there.

I recommend Caliber Collision when looking for a reliable and trustworthy body shop to repair your car. I was impressed by their outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. I scheduled an appointment for a quote; they were on time, and after checking the car, they took the time to explain the repair process and cost.I appreciated how they kept me informed throughout the repair process. I received a daily text with an update on the progress of the repairs. I called the Caliber Collision located at 3828 Louetta Rd in Spring. The young lady that I spoke with, Anna, was most helpful! Explained my situation (needed a new piece of molding for my car) to her and she referred me to the Caliber Collision located at 2819 Canyon Ranch Dr, also in Spring. She informed me to ask for Frank. Anna took the time to call ahead for me to make sure that Frank was available to assist me, then called me back to let me know he was on duty and to ask for him when I arrived.I brought the part in that I needed and Frank was able to install for me in less than 5 minutes. Frank was very personable, polite and understanding!Even though I didn't meet her in person, Anna was a TREMENDOUS help recommending that I take my vehicle to see Frank and took the time to call ahead for me.If and when I need any type of body work done to my car, I gained a new home to where I can take it and feel confident that my car, and myself, will be taken care of!Thank You so much Anna and Frank!!!!

Jimmy and Lara helped me this morning. To my delight, it turned out that the marks on the side of my car door and hubcap were just from what had rubbed off of the vehicle that hit me. Jimmy even brought out some rubbing compound and made my door look like new again in a couple of minutes free of charge. Thank you for your honesty and for your help!

5 stars, amazing service! My car had a significant amount of damage and was fully repaired in a few days time. The manager greeted me and made sure staff assisted getting me to and from Enterprise during drop off and pick up. Kyle was friendly and kept me up to date throughout the entire process and David painted my car to perfection and made it look brand new! If you need any repair work done, this shop offered the best experience I have ever received, highly recommend.

If there is a Caliber Collision/Auto Care near you, literally run to them. I ve had everything for my car taken care of at Caliber and they have been nothing but amazing. Throughout the entire time they were repairing my car they communicated with me every step of the way, went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, and provided cost-efficient solutions that would help me along the way! I recently just brought my car back in to see if they could replace a part of my car that had broke off and they did it free of charge since I had already purchased the new part! Their costumer service is unmatched, I could not recommend them more. Caliber is always my #1 choice when it comes to my car!

I had such a great experience here. I took my car here for repairs after an accident. It was such a smooth, seamless process. I also loved how they work with enterprise so a rental car was waiting for me when I needed it. Overall, would highly recommend this place.

I brought my car here to get the bumper fixed and the staff did a great job. I normally get nervous going into body shops because I don t know anything about cars, but the staff explained everything to me carefully and made me feel comfortable. The guy who helped me, David, went out of his way to make my bumper perfect. He even fixed a minor scratch I had on my door free of charge!Service: Body & Trim

The person to talk to there is Frank, the best service advisor that they have, is very kind and knows the business. Overall the service deserves 5 stars! Someone hit my car and ran, they had to change the font part of my Acura SUV and a the door. It only took them 4 days to have my car ready and it looks like new! Don't hesitate to bring your care to this place!

We brought our Honda HR-V to them for front facia and bumper repairs. From the front-desk O/M (Patricia) to our S/A (Lana), to the quality work done on our car, this Caliber location was absolutely professional in all aspects of this service experience. I m pretty particular about quality and notice small things that painters tend to do to take shortcuts but looks like they did everything really well. I'd like to start by saying I did not pick this shop to repair my car, my insurance sent my car here, what a mistake! I was promised my car would be repaired in 30 days, then it was delayed by a day, then delayed a weekend, and now it's been delayed a total of 5 days. Mind you, they continue to tell me my car will be done by end of the day, I have to call them, stay on hold for 10 minutes, just to be told sorry it was delayed YET AGAIN. Everyday I am being told one part needs repair, the next day I call and guess what, ANOTHER part needs repair and I get told the SAME LIE, it will be ready tomorrow. At this point I just want my car back but I cant even get it because they will tell my insurance its a liability! Do yourself a favor AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, don't waste your deductible here. Don't let your insurance send your car here, especially if you can't afford a rental for 40 days. I will begrudgingly be giving my deductible just because I need my car, otherwise I would give one penny to this place. Hopefully I can get it before school starts!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Derrik (GM) & his team were great while they had my vehicle in for body work.Lana was my advisor and kept me thoroughly informed throughout the entire process. I never once had to call for an update, she was already ahead of me texting me updates that left me at ease with the timeframe they had with my car. Very quick turn around time, I will definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family. Lana overall was awesome and made this whole process a breeze.
