Don't waste your time or money anywhere else! Caliber Collision gave me the best experience ever when it comes to body/paint work that I needed for my car. My service advisor Robert kept me well informed every step of the way. The body tech Thomas pointed out issues I wasn't aware of and addressed them to make every line up seamlessly. The paint crew Daniel & Letty did an extremely amazing job on the quality of the paint, it didn't even look this good when it was new! Not going anywhere else ever again, other shops are just continuous headaches/money grabbers but here they treated me like royalty not just another number.

My Mercedes Benz GLE 5350 repair work was flawless. The fender and entire front right panel was destroyed, I could not drive the vehicle. Woody was my Service Representative. He kept me informed throughout the repair process and did a fantastic job. I would recommend Caliber Collision on Aldine Westfield Rd, Houston TX.

Caliber Collision is the best there is! I highly recommend them especially for being able to perfectly match Mercedes custom color ROSE GOLD . Do not hesitate to call them when you want the BEST!

I was very hesitant in deciding which collision shop I would use for my Mercedes repairs after I was rear ended. With Caliber Collision (Aldine Westfield) I couldn t have picked a better one, and being this location is a Mercedes Benz certified repair shop was another selling point. I honestly cannot recommend a better company for collision repairs regardless of the make and model of your car! The staff is exceptional and kept me informed throughout the entire process of my repairs! I have never received better quality customer service as I did with Caliber Collision (Aldine Westfield)! I will always recommend this specific location for any repairs!

They kept me updated and informed weekly on what was going on with my vehicle. They were very kind, easy to work with and responsive. I would recommend them over the dealership ANY day of the week. Robert and his team are great!

We had a headlight out. I called & they got us in right away. When I asked what the charge was, they explained that it was an easy& quick fix, so .no charge. . They were friendly & very helpful. I will go there in the future. Give them a try.

My husband had his Porche repaired after someone scraped his passenger side on the freeway. Uriel (Woody) took great care of us and the repair was perfect. Can't even tell anything every happened. Will definately recommend this place. It was one of the few body shops certified to repair Porche's

Just Called to ask a few questions regarding their services i m needing a repair to my car the Representative who answered was very rude and act like she didn t want to be bothered i will not be doing business with them and wouldn t advised anyone else to ! This company needs to work on customer service horrible if you don t like your job QUIT !

I was referred to this shop in particular. The manager Sotero and Emmit were very professional. They have a messaging service that informs you of the status of your vehicle. Very professional service. Whenever I had a question if unavailable they would respond promptly. If I ever need services again I won t hesitate to return.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Took way too long. Work wasn't done correctly. Getting it corrected was difficult. They would not take responsibility for their error. Inconvenience because of bad repairs. Staff didnt seemed to know what they were doing, from booking appmt to pick up. They charged me for a battery when the battery was fine when I gave the car to them. Parts were loose when I picked up the car.Services: Body & Trim, Battery

My experience was excellent. I got daily text updates from Brad. My car came back looking better than before. Very happy customer. They also work week with dealer and insurance. You just have to patient.
