So, I was travelling through from Austin to Orange when I was hit in on the 290. My new truck was dented up, but more importantly the tie rod was bent, and I was unable to continue my trip without help. On a national holiday, (MLK day) in a rare winter storm event with 27 degree temps and ice all over the roads, Caliber was the ONLY place I could find to get help. Shaka called around for over half an hour to find a hard-to-find, dealer only part and get me back on the road. These guys were super nice, professional, efficient, and they saved me hundreds on a wrecker and hotel.

I just had an oil change. I was informed that the total cost would be $85 for everything. After they serviced it, I ended up paying $98 because they " added an oil filter." Yes, it is a small amount to make a big deal out of, but it just doesn't feel right. Prior to coming to that place, I was quoted (on the phone) $75, then at the desk $85 and finally I ended up paying $98. This is also not counting the other upsell services that they "recommended" which I declined. Had I not declined the additional recommended services, I would have paid an additional $300 plus more on top of the simple oil change I needed. This method of selling your products and services is not nice. You guys need to do better. I won't be coming back.Next time I go to Walmart, I'll bring extra money, just in case the advertised item ( on the flyer) costs more at the shelf and then even more at the counter.

Excellent Service!! I was needing the transmission fluid service and they did an amazing job! Taylor and all team were very friendly and professional. I was recommended to get the oils change and filters so agreed to all the work was needed because I trusted their great job. Thank you ll for everything! Highly recommended.

I have to leave a review for this place! It s my second time bringing my car and they always do right. I want to Thank Will for explaining everything detailed to me of what my vehicle needed and of course breaking down the cost.! Will was awesome and kind great customer service from everyone. I will definitely come back for future car maintenance or issues.

Dropped my truck to get some things looked at, Tristan was very detailed with what was all wrong with my truck.The rest of staff was very friendly & welcoming.I would definitely recommend Caliber Auto Care (louetta location).KEEP UP THE GOOD CALIBER.Tristan I'll be bring my truck back shortly to get some more work done.

This was my first time here, I chose this place based on recommendations from my ND app.I was a walk in customer and greeted instantly. I told them all I needed was an oil change. Kayla the front desk woman guided me through the process and showed me the different oil products and prices I could choose from. Once we were all setup, I handed her my keys and she told me about thier complimentary beverages. Starbucks brand Pike Place! Who passes up FREE starbucks?! As soon as I was done making my coffee, Kayla walked over to me and let me know my estimated wait time which was 30 minutes! I sat at the bar table they had and entertained myself with my phone while I waited. 20 minutes later I received a click able link to my phone that alerted me a technician had completed a complimentary inspection with pictures and details. 2 minutes after that, a technician came to greet me and also advised me of the same report and asked me if I had any questions. I felt no pressure to accept any of the services they recommended. Once we were done talking, about 5 minutes later Kayla let me know my car was ready! I paid $76 for the synthetic standard oil and it was raining today so they offered me a free car wash valid until the end of the month! I'm was extremely satisfied with the service here and will definitely be back!3/25/24 I went to have much more detailed work to my car that was honestly overdue. Out of the long list of things it needed I asked the technician to prioritize the items for me based off safety and without hesitation he was able to pull up pictures and gave me the top 3 he suggested and talked me why he fwlt they were importantand what theywould change how it was currently was driving . Again I never felt pressure to get the other pending items done. I chose to wait there and total time from start to completion as a walk-in customer getting oil change, state inspection, wheel alignment, etc. It was about 5 hours and 20 minutes.

My car started smoking and luckily the first place to pull over was here and immediately Will Cook came out to help us. He helped me figure out what was wrong and kept in communication the whole time my car was there. Very friendly staff and very nice place 10/10 definitely will be coming back.

Tyler was the best! He took great care to call us daily with updates on our car after the catalytic converter got stolen. He dealt with the insurance company successfully to get everything covered. I am so glad to have a great place to take our cars when they need repair. Thank you!

Great service provide!. Great communication and help throughout the entire process. Will the front desk service advisor was competent, an asset in advocating for me on my behalf of what can be done for repairs and talking with my insurance. Awesome patience and additude the whole way through.

First time to visit this business. First off the play room for the kids is an awesome idea. You can take your kids with you to run these errands and your kids will be entertained while you wait. The coffee was awesome. Full service coffee machine. They have like a bar area to charge electronics and even bring a laptop if you have business to take care of. Overall friendly staff. They go over anything they find with your car and offer to repair. Prices I felt were a little more expensive but the commodities I think are worth it. 5 star experience.

2008 Tundra/230k+ miles. I've been a customer since 2017 and must report that this is the best service center I've ever known. The staff here seems to be a great combination of experience and training. I usually ask for Jen when my truck needs service, but I'm confident that whichever rep greets me will take good care. By that, I mean even for a simple oil change they will inspect my entire vehicle...if license plate bulb is out, they will notify me and fix it for a nominal price.Walking in, you'll be greeted by a team of professional & patient service reps with excellent communication skills. I think it's best to leave my vehicle there for the day, but if you decide to wait the lobby is clean and comfortable with coffee, water, snacks, TV, etc. They have a shuttle service to take you home, so no need to bum a ride. There's a jungle gym for the kiddos and a treasure box full of candy and toys. They periodically check on the well being of their lobby customers.More importantly, they are perfectionists and will fix your vehicle right! I have an old Toyota that's not easy to work on, but I trust this shop for 99% of my service needs. I believe they always have Master Technicians present for atypical/complicated fixes.Customer satisfaction must be the Caliber expectation, in my experience. So if ever you aren't satisfied, just talk to them...they want to get it right.

I had a serious engine problem come up last week with my daughters vehicle that I was not expecting. I called up Dylan at Caliber last Friday, and they had the vehicle fixed and ready to go by Saturday afternoon! Engine repairs are an expensive burden no matter where you go, but their prices are very competitive with other shops I spoke with.The biggest thing in my opinion, was the customer service and timely manner in which repairs were done. Every other shop I spoke with said the same repairs would take at least a week to perform. Caliber had it done in a day! The ease at which the whole process was handled was first class.I want to say thank you to Dylan and the crew at Caliber Auto Care who worked on my daughters vehicle. You made it one less thing for a father to worry about when you have a daughter who commutes back and forth to college every day. You have my gratitude. I have nothing but genuine gratitude and appreciation for the work that Caliber Auto Care and specifically Dylan put into making absolutely sure that I was met with the upmost best service I've ever encountered while being a vehicle owner. He hands down went absolutely above and BEYOND. This will be my only auto care shop. Genuine customer support and service, honest answers, detailed work, and above all professional and friendly staff.

First off, I love Caliber Auto Care, they employ very nice people. I felt bad for having told Raevyn that i was not happy for what happened today. I brought my car in for an oil change and they were the last to touch it back in August...they forgot to put on the Brake Fluid cap from the last visit. They did go out and get me a new cap at no charge.Then, the rep came out to tell me after about 45min that they do not have Mobil One and have a different brand (Royal Purple) and said if I put this in, there is a $20 rebate. I said, that's great, put it in. Then I speak to Raevyn (she is super cool!) and she rang me up and I noticed there was no mention about the rebate. Come to find out it was discontinued.About an hour ago I wrote the review and I was quite put off and since writing the review, I had a call from Raevyn Not sure if she saw my review. However, things were resolved and there was some confusion about the rebate. I am so happy that they owned up to it and called me back rather than just keeping quiet about it. That s Integrity!!

Woke up to find the starter went out on my QX80 and started the process to try and find a shop that was open and had the replacement part. It was the day before New Year's Eve and after searching online and attempting to call various service centers, Shaka at Caliber answered and went over and beyond what I expected. He was able to provide insight into the problem, gave cost estimates related to options and followed up with a call back to confirm cost, parts, labor and turnaround time. I appreciate the fact they answered the phone and took the time to be there when I needed help. I appreciate Shaka as well as Raevyn for explaining the process and providing a fair price with no hidden surprises. This was my first time choosing Caliber and I definitely recommend them for any vehicle maintenance or service needs.

Scott Foster was a huge help in providing me advice after Sterling Mcall Chevy in Spring initially denied a clear warranty issue, his knowledge and honesty helped me get that warranty ultimately approved. Caliber's honesty and integrity with their customers is unmatched, unless I absolutely have to take my car somewhere else, I'll only use Caliber.

Went yesterday for a state inspection, but they failed to notice that one of my brake lights were out. Had to find this out on my own. Spent over an hour for them to inspect my car. They are usually very through so I am disappointed they failed to check this, especially for a state inspection nonetheless.

My experience ended with great service. Because of the several people I interacted with at the shop, and the end product, I am giving 5 stars. Every employee, except for the advisor initially communicating via phone, was outstanding! Very friendly, professional, good at 2 way communication, and cared about the service levels they provided.
