After struggling to get a light bulb fixed in my car at another shop, and facing exorbitant charges from the dealership, I turned to Caliber Care Auto, and I'm so glad I did.The staff and Devin were incredibly helpful and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and provide personalized assistance. A wonderful company to do business with!! The staff was very kind and welcoming. They saved the day when my truck needed a new transmission and left me stranded. Gave me all my options and helped me understand more about my vehicle along the way. The technicians were swift with the repairs and had me back on the road in no time. Thank you Caliber!! I took my 2006 Tahoe there for a simple starter motor replacement. I got a quote of a ridiculous $650 for a simple job - a 1-hour job where their rate is $190/hrs. The actual installation is less than 1 hr. I pulled the Tahoe out & they charged $107 for their diagnosis. They have seen the last of me.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had my oil changed and transmission serviced. Staff was very friendly! Devin was a huge help and the waiting area was cozy and clean. The Starbucks coffee machine was great, and the kids played in the playground.. was like a mini vacation!

Highly highly recommend! The friendliest and most educated staff I have had to work with on my truck, they went out of their way to help me when I was stranded and got me back on the road fast! Super kid friendly environment as well!

I have taken my vehicles to Caliber because they are always nice and friendly when you enter the building. They present the information on your service needs in a clear and honest manner. I have not had a repair that they have performed fail either. That is a very impressive statistic in my book.

Can t recommend this location enough! Our technician Brandon always does an amazing job with our cars, making sure they are in great shape and if there s a problem does phenomenal diagnosing and coming up with solution. Makes me feel much better driving my car with my babies in it knowing it s safe!

Great service. Friendly, helpful staff, courtesy ride home. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they had not changed my phone number and the number, they were trying to reach me at had been turned off. This was as much my fault as theirs. I should have double checked they had the correct number in their system. So, they had been trying to reach me for a couple of hours to tell me the car was ready. I finally called them, and they immediately sent someone to come get me. All in all, a great experience.

I came in to get my tire patched. I checked it before i brought in so i could explain what i needed. They had me waiting for an hour before they took me back to explain that I needed a new tire because the puncture was in the side wall. Except the nail was still in it. It was fresh from a pneumatic nail gun as it still had some of the belt casing around the head of the nail. I literally live down the street and there's no residential construction between me and caliber so it's not likely I'd get a fresh brand new nail from a nail gun within the 3 min drive it takes me to get there. It's petty criminals in mechanics outfits over there. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to a tire shop with 1 employee working and he doesn't speak any English. He won't keep you waiting, he won't rip you off and you'll come back to the same shop every time.

Fantastic! I broke a Brake Booster Vacuum Hose fitting while trying to change the valve cover gasket. I had it towed to one shop and they told me the only way to extract the broken fitting from the intake manifold was to buy a new manifold. Caliber was able to extract the offending part, replace the hose, and change the valve cover gasket. Great job!

Service is fast, pricing is fair, and it s close to home. The waiting area has wifi, good coffee, and free bottled water. There s even a play place for the littles, if you need to bring the em along. Ask for Joe. Mr. Hughes took good care of me.

Such a polite and pleasant customer service. Very good communication on the issues and the cost/ repairs needed. And great turnaround on getting my car fixed. We have used them multiple time and will keep coming back.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service at Caliber Auto, and I couldn't be more impressed. As someone on a tight budget, I was facing car troubles and feeling anxious about potential repair costs which I felt embarrassed conveying to Devin. However, Caliber Auto went above and beyond because when I was called to come back to pick up my car and pay for the full diagnostic, Devin told me to not worry about the bill and wished me good luck in getting back on my feet. Great service each and every time I bring the wife's car as well as mine. Joe Hughes the service adviser and the rest of the staff (Champions location ) have alway made sure to tackle each and every issue I have brought to them in a very professional manner. The people at Caliper Auto Care in the Champion area on Louetta are the best !!! They are like family and will NEVER let you down. I have been with them for years for all of my cars. The manager Devin Verheist will go above and beyond and not stop until you are satisfied and they have totally fixed your issue.For Trust, Reliability, and Service this is your place!

I had my car towed here a couple days ago, they kept me informed the entire time of what was needing to be done. I brought it back today due to another issue and they offered to come and get me and they even brought my car back to me when it was done so I didn't have to sit there with my children for a couple hours. They definitely beat my expectations and I highly recommend. They are all so courteous. (2019)Update 2023. Different experience this time. When they worked on my vehicle previously they were fast with their diagnostic (one hour) and contacted me quickly and repaired quickly, a different story when I took another vehicle in. Dropped it off at 8am. Told them what I wanted done and that's all I was going to do on it. By 11-12pm I called to find out how much longer and they didn't even finish the diagnostic yet. Knowing the repair could take up to 5 hours, why wouldn't I be calling to make sure it would be done by 5pm. They close at 5 this day and I knew they told me 5 hours for the fix when we made the appt. So knowing I needed my vehicle back since they would be closed the next day, I let them know regardless of the diagnostic I'm still only fixing that one issue today. Who would have thought dropping it off at 8am would take a 3-4 hour diagnostic. I called around 2-3 pm to find out how much longer and let them know I needed a ride now because everyone else had to go to work at this point of the day. They get it done and don't even call to tell me it's done I just show up 10 minutes (with my own ride because no one was told) until they close to pick it up. Fast forward a month later, I dropped my vehicle off again to fix the second issue I wanted to fix and made an appt again at 8am. Drop it off at 8am. Call at 12pm (4 hours later) just to figure out what time I should pick it up and was told 3 hours. I showed up a little over 3 hours later and apparently it frustrated them that I was patient with my car originally and not patient with this one. The fact that they found that frustrating that a customer calls to find out timing so they can plan their day but not taking into account 3-4 hour diagnostics is not frustrating, I will probably not be returning. The repair/work was great, but their communication is not.

These guys were awesome. I went to four places that couldn't fix my car and these guys not only figured it out, but did it right there. My hood was stuck shut and they got it open.They were organized and friendly. Honestly, this is one of the best experiences I've had at a vehicle repair shop. Even better it looked like they loved fixing cars and working as a team.It started to drizzle and one guy yells "rain, rain, rain" to tell the others they should come help close any open car windows. Nice!

I won't take my car anywhere else. They show pictures of everything they check out, they don't pressure me to buy extra, and their prices are very reasonable. I told a mechanic friend of mine a few prices they quoted me and he confirmed they were very fair. They're super proactive: I have a special talent for getting flat tires and now when I call them and tell them I'm coming in, they already have the tire ordered before I get there. Best of all, they have a reasonable protection program you can purchase with your tires, so if you get another flat your tire is under warranty. I've been coming here for years and I will keep coming here. Highly recommend!Service: Tires

I came here 3 times in the past week to get my battery changed and they refused do it bc it s apparently showing that it s normal. I have legit picture proof that the battery is dying and they didn t respect that. I find it completely and utterly ridiculous. I used to be satisfied bringing my cars here. I m tired of having to keep doing this

I took my truck to Caliber Auto for a coolant leak problem. I took it in on a Thursday and was hoping they could fix it that day, but they had to wait for a part to come in. So for Friday they paid for an Uber to get me to and from work. I picked up my truck after work Friday and it runs great. They will have all my future business.

I only trust Caliber with my vehicles. Not only are they friendly & professional, but thorough and fair with pricing. I had transmission issues with my last ride and they sent me to a reputable shop to get the work done because it would cost too much if they did it. I drive an hour just to get my oil changed by them.I've gone to 3 different locations from Htown to Dallas and the service remains 5 star !!Just came back, had some concerns and needed inspection. Perfect service as usual. Friendly, professional and reliable staff.
