From my first interaction with Caliber Auto, it became abundantly clear that this wasn t just any auto repair shop. My 2003 Yukon Denali needed an engine replacement a significant and costly endeavor. Throughout this process, Rudy and the team at Caliber Auto exemplified patience and understanding that went above and beyond.Life can throw unexpected financial challenges our way, and Caliber Auto s team was remarkably accommodating as I navigated these hurdles. They were completely understanding as I needed to adjust the work schedule a couple of times to ensure the project was fully funded. Their primary concern seemed to be what was best for me and my vehicle, rather than just getting the job done quickly.The communication from Rudy and the team was exceptional. They kept me informed and comfortable with the process, which made the stress of a big repair much more manageable. It s rare to find a service provider that genuinely puts people first in the way Caliber Auto does.For anyone in need of vehicle repairs or maintenance, I cannot recommend Caliber Auto highly enough. Their combination of technical expertise, customer care, and, above all, patience and understanding during financially tight moments is unparalleled. I came in today for an oil change. I like coming to the Caliber Auto Center on Rayford Road in spring. All the team members I ve worked with have been very helpful. They have serviced my car several times and I always appreciate how they review services that will be needed in the short and long-term. Most certainly the best experience Ive ever had at an auto shop. Hunter was my point of contact and he always went the over the top. Everything is always so smooth and worry free. Ive also been helped my Hailey and she was just as good and super sweet. She took care of everything I needed very quickly. Definitely the best Auto shop there is.

Check Engine lights have plagued both of my cars. On and off for months being actively worked on by Caliber. They are great at oil changes and offering recommendations, but not at solving this issue. Just tired of bringing it in every couple of weeks to take it home after all you do is reset the light for the issue to return. Worked with Scott, Hunter, and even the GM Chris at this point. What a money sink with no resolution. Thanks guys.

By far some of the best service i ve had. Came in for an oil change and the place I went to previously stripped my bot and Scott was very helpful. Not only did he explain to me the situation and apologize for how long it was taking (which was not their fault at all) he did not charge me for the new bolt. He was very nice and knowledgeable, he even took the time to give me some more information on my vehicle. Truly a great experience.

I went in for a State Inspection. Didn t have any prior appointment. Scott helped and was able to accommodate me. Told me that it would take around 45 min. But I was out in less than 25 min. Great customer service.

I had such a great experience here at this location! Haylee, Marco, and Josh is the best! While I was waiting for my car they updated me on the time they d need to spend on it so instead of waiting , Haylee personally took me home and picked me back up when my car was ready! She is so sweet and fun to talk to and extremely kind! Marco as well has been super helpful and kind and is very knowledgeable about everything! And lastly I personally cannot thank josh enough for the kindness he extended to me in times of need. They expressed that they truly care for their customers and are willing to help them as much as they can and they truly showed exactly that. They did such a wonderful job on my car thank you so much!!

I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Scott. He was highly communicative throughout the entire process, and patiently coordinating with my extended warranty company. Scott even put me at ease by arranging a convenient shuttle for drop-off and pick-up. Great place to get the car inspected/oil changed. They are great with my kids too (offering treasure chest treats). The indoor playground is always clean, and bathrooms are spotless. These folks get customer service!

I had a check engine light on after getting my 2007 tahoe engine detailed. I took it to them and they did an engine diagnostic. They found the problem and fixed it saying the wires and intake were wet, and they did not do an additional charge. Hunter was truly honest which is rare in the industry.

First time coming here and Marco took good care of me on the phone and the moment I walked in for my service. He provided in depth detail of what my car needed maintenance on and easily broke down the reasons why I should or shouldn't do a service I thought I may needed. Caliber even included a link to you on parts of your car that are recommended to get fixed on levels which is very helpful and easily access to for future references. Very respectful, comfortable environment and overall made me feel satisfied with bringing my car here. Thanks Caliber!!

I live in the Denver area and visit my son in Spring several times per year. Whenever I need car maintenance i use Caliber in Spring on Rayford Road - they are responsive, respectful of your car and belongings, and deliver quality services every time. I really like their staff and the techs -- they strive to make your experience a pleasant one on each visit. Can't beat them on prices either. I'd recommend Caliber to anyone seeking fair pricing and services for their auto or truck.

Caliber Auto Care at Rayford road has always been wonderful to us. They don't try and "sell" us any services we don't need. We thought we needed brakes and they told us they are still good. The reception is always welcoming. The desk consultants check on those waiting for their cars whether it be just for an oil change or other work being done. We have trusted them with our car's maintenance for many years.

Caliber Auto Care is now my go-to place for oil changes and for general auto maintenance. Haley and Mike were very courteous and polite. They even accepted a coupon that I forgot to print out before coming to my appointment. The oil change took about 1 hour total but during that time they also checked tire pressure, tire thread, braking system, power steering and air filters. Ultra clean bathrooms, bottled water, free WiFi and multiple TVs made the wait feel short. If you have kids, there is even a cute multi story play center for them to enjoy while you wait. Highly recommend!

Great place. The kids love to come here for the play place. They have complimentary beverages. Most importantly, the staff is always pleasant and I love that they take photos and use them while discussing what they find out about your vehicle.

The friendliest staff I ve experienced (WAY friendlier than dealerships), efficient and fast service. They are always so thorough with my vehicle, taking pictures of everything and explaining everything. I will not go to dealerships anymore for any vehicle service!

They always take exceptional care of me and my car, I wouldn t go anywhere else. Everyone is always friendly, and I have the best chats with Scott. I look forward to their fancy coffee machine and my kids love to use their play area. Who needs Kangas when you can go to Caliber! It s always comfortable when I wait and there s an Aldi next door in case we need snacks. Five stars!

Let me just say, my experience at this shop was beyond great! After a bad experience at a dealership I took a co-workers recommendation on trying here it did not disappoint! Scott, the service manager was very friendly and knowledgeable and even paid for a ride home for me so I could leave my car overnight to be worked on, and also let me borrow a charger block because I had misplaced mine. Wow! Now that is customer service. Clayton who had worked on my car was equally great. Will come back for sure! Thanks guys for the excellent service!

EDIT: Moved from 1 star to 4.I spoke with the manager, they made the situation right. Josh called and oversaw the entire process to make sure the vehicle was fixed correctly. He said he was going to speak with the representative.I called up to get a piece replaced on my vehicle. I had the piece, I just needed installation. They quoted me $350+ for the repair, after further conversation I told the gentleman I think he was confused. I drove up to the shop, they got one of their mechanics and he said this is real quick. Will take less than 5 minutes. The guy then said okay it will be 92.00 plus tax. That is their half hour rate. They charge over $180 an hour. For context. That is double what GM/Cadillac charges. A little less than double what Mercedes charges.

Amazing service every time! I rarely mind the wait as they have coffee, water, a playground for kids, and great internet! When I'm short on time, I make an appointment, and I'm in and out! They give a thorough inspection with photos of all aspects of the inspection, which is super appreciated!

Had to get breaks done on our Silverado at the last minute before hauling the trailer to HLSR, and they were great. Made online appt for Saturday. They called husband within 10 minutes on Friday to get more details about the current situation with brakes and vehicle. Brought vehicle in on Saturday am, and the service guy Hunter was great. Before jumping to a price, they checked out the problem thoroughly. Needless to say we had the truck serviced the same day. And to top of that, they had a play area for children and a cozy waiting room. Everyone there was very friendly.

We took our Toyota Corolla to Christian brothers first and was told that we would need a $7500 fix of our transmission after they charged us $170 for the diagnostics. We called caliber who had done our tuneup one month ago and they not only picked up the vehicle, diagnosed it for free and fixed the problem for $250. The car is running great, and we are of course, forever caliber fans. Josh, Hayley and staff made the experience, especially incredible, we cannot thank y all enough.

We have consistently had excellent service at Caliber Auto Care on Rayford Road. None of the services they attempt to "sell" us are unnecessary. Hunter and the rest of the team all work together to make sure the customers needs are fulfilled. Keep up the great work !!!

Caliber is the only auto repair shop that I trust to take care of my Mercedes. They beat the Mercedes dealership prices hands down and the quality of work is suburb! They completed the work in the expected and promised time frame. They tested the affected feature to ensure it was working. They also sent me an email of an outline of details of the work that included pictures. I picked up my car and it was warm, in the right seat position, and my music was playing. Happy Camper
