I called about a quote and never heard back. I called back twice within a week and a half about it and was told I would get a call and nothing. 2 weeks later, and still nothing. Maybe they didn't want/need the money. And based on the reviews, maybe I saved myself. But, I wish them the best of luck, though.

Very competent on German cars. Will be my choice if I have something on my Audi again.Other shop diagnosed a leaking rear main seal but they where able to diagnose the real cause the oil filter housing.

Very pleased on how they supported me with the transmission issue I had with my Audi Q5. If were not for them, I would've been ripped off by Audi Dealership, which charged me 15x more. Their proactivity and transparency won me and they were able to solve the problem in 1 day, meanwhile Audi took 10 just to give me an incorrect assessment. Can't thank them enough and recommend

I took my Audi S5 here on a recommendation after my car had been to 3 other shops. The other shops wanted to replace the transmission for $13,000 and &14,000. I was worried that they would tell me the same thing. I was told that they could fix. They quoted me two prices, one was less expensive for rebuilding my existing megatronics. The other was to purchase a rebuilt megatronics. I chose to purchase the rebuilt one. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done. My mechanic asked me how much they charged me and said it was reasonable. I really happyService: Transmission

They quote me amount for labor charge and parts. I went ahead and have them repair my vehicle. When I went there to pickup my vehicle, they added more than $500 to my bill. I was very disappointed. Not going there again.

I have been going to this shop even though I m from the middle of Houston.Somebody recommended the shop to me when two Houston mechanics quoted me different problems with my vehicle. This shop was the first one seeing the value in driving my car for a few miles before diagnosing the issue, which led to them fixing my issue at lower cost than the contradicting Houston quotes. Since then I return for every issue and probably saved lots of money due to their honesty and experience.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

I went into C&A thinking I would hear I needed work done to my transmission. The transmission was slipping while I was driving. The mechanic (owner) said he would do a diagnostic for a minimum charge, and that would be included in final cost. When all was said and done my final bill was less than $130.00. He showed me the part that caused the problem, and gave it to me. I finally found an honest auto mechanic. I recommend C&A to my friends and family. They are the greatest!!!Service: Transmission

I took my 2012 BMW to the shop after being referred by a BMW dealership. The owner Carlisle was very thorough. He explained things in layman's terms and I was able to understand the transmission issue. He warranted his work and I returned for a 10 day check up with no issues. I'm a very happy customer and will be going to him to service my vehicle moving forward.Service: Transmission

I have been using C&A for my Mercedes for years. They are extremely knowledgeable and most of all honest! I've been burned at other places before but C&A always goes above and beyond and with fair pricing. I love them so much that even when I moved from Houston to Austin, I still bring my SUV back to houston to them to maintain and check out any issues. I spoke with the owner and explained that we gave our 2001 Lexus to our barely 18 yoa college-Freshman and that the car had to make it to Florida and back several within the next four years. I explained the issues and was given possibilities while being told that the car had to be inspected for a proper diagnosis. Upon inspection, we were given a quote based on findings. While at the shop, another recommendations were given, which we already knew of, but did not voice concern. All issues with the car were repaired in accordance to the quote given. The car has been driven to and from Tampa, Florida twice since August 2020 with no issues. On our kid's second trip home from Florida, we took the car back to C & A for a checkup; no major issues found by the mechanic. Currently, our kid and car are safely back in Florida. It is a comfortable feeling knowing that while in Tampa and also traveling back and forth to Houston, our kid and her friends will be traveling in a dependable car thanks to C & A.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Called and spoke to Carlisle. Tried to explain what was going on and he was very knowledgeable of the situation. Said he had done the same kind of car I had the previous week. Took the car in Monday and he called me Monday afternoon and said it was what we talked about. He called me again Wednesday and said the car was ready. What he quoted me over the phone was what I was charged. Car is running great. If anything changes I will update this post. Thank you !!!!!!!Service: Transmission

Super honest, and helpful. Have them do a diagnostic check on my car since I have 214K and they talked to me about what issues I am having (vacuum leak) and next steps.

Terrible. Car was at their shop for 9 days. No communication. Out $1000 and have to take it to another shop that knows what they're doing. Tried to save money here but ended up costing me big time. Stay away from these crooked folks.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

This place was recommended to me by a mechanic and quoted me $1800 for an issue two other places quoted $650 for. Definitely get a second opinion!
