I have been using brake check for probably 10 years. I m sure it went through many new management systems. I still maintain now as I did a long time ago. They have the best prices and we re very precise at about when I would be leaving. Very good service.

Patrick was truly helpful! I appreciate all the insight and honesty he gave me! I unfortunately went in a little unprepared but plan on going back in the next few days. (I ll update my review then!) Honesty goes a long way, and that s exactly what I got. I ll be back, and they ll have one more loyal customer. Great customer service!

Great service. The manager, Brian, went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe for the road. He kept me updated on the status of my repairs, and even provided me with alternative travel options when my vehicle wasn't ready on time due to parts issues. I'll definitely be back when needed.

Update: No one has reached back out to me , they service suck All around .. thanks for screwing my car brake check , hire better people who's more experienced. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY.Went to get my brake pads replaced and an oil change. It took them 3 an half hours. Next day I notice my emergency brake is broken very easy to lift while driving how dangerous.. also something under my car is now sounding very Loose, go back the next day the manager Martin doesn t know what he is doing. Joe was the one who worked on my car which whom messed it up and he had this arrogant presence. Another worker was very respectful and found some piece loose over by my breaks like really? Jus didn t give a care about how they handled my car. They did nothing to help me they just said we didn t break it and Martin was trying to get Assistance from whomever over the phone, Total mess , so long story short they delivered terrible service and didn t care and now my car is screwed because they did not do their jobs right. I have pictures and videos of what they did to my car

All of the employee s were very nice and I was warmly greeted! I appreciate their help and talking to me like an actual human. I made an appointment online and was out in about half an hour or less! You guys are amazing! Thank you for making my Texas experience better!

Recently I lost my job and while I am looking for work I must use my car full time with uber/lyft/doordash to support my family until I find a good one. I needed major work done and I'm running out of money so this was tricky.Luckily, Brian and his team are there to do honest and quality work and to NOT recommend unnecessary service. I came back here because the first visit was so impressive, the way they go out of their way to show you everything in detail and only recommend vital things!We had a sound that was very loud near the end that they couldn't get rid of. Determined to finish the job, Brian went above and beyond and persevered and got the car running smooth again! He even slashed a lot of the costs because I had a lot of work done and he is understanding of my financial situation. They are a solid group and I will be getting all future brake work for all my vehicles at this location. I'll also recommend this location to friends/family. Thanks guys!

Made an appointment online. Showed up to the store they took my info. Inspected my brakes and told me my issues with my brakes with a picture of the wear. I approved the work and the work was done before promised. The brakes perform as expected and I am very pleased with the price and the performance of the store. Great job to Brake Check! I recommend Brake Check to anyone who needs Brakes for their car

I was the first customer only 1 person attending the shop. They had me pay before my car was done. Still here waiting to get my oil change done. Finally they are done return my car with oil everywhere. All over the steering wheel, dash and door handle. The worst experience to get an oil change ever. Took them 1 hr. and 20 minutes to get it done. Will never be back to this location. I would give it less than 1 star but not able to.

Had a customer with a flat tire next door, I went into this establishment and asked for help and that's exactly what they did. I didn't catch the name of the man who helped me but It was much appreciated and I cannot thank them enough. Great service, will go here if I need repairs on my own car.

I came here for an alignment. Customer service from Zay was awesome. He explained to me all I needed to know and answered all the questions I had. The services were performed in a timely manner. If you need an alignment, check them out.

Great Prior serviceI made a appointment for a front alignment on my older gen car which some shops sway from working on. I had just come from another shop who denied me and requested double the price. They were extremely helpful even thought the service wasnt able to be performed. ( I had siezed tie rod lock nuts, totally not their fault) I prepaid for my alignment at the requested discount online price and was informed to come in any day in the next 90 days to perform the alignment. I do all my own repairs so I will be installing my own tie rods. I will update after!

They said my issue with my brakes would be resolved by doing a flush. I asked him are you sure he said yes and it didn't resove the problem. I paid about $70 and when I told him the problem was still there he said he its something else. I requested a refund he Said I need to contact corporate if I wanted a refund.

Called the store and explained that my caliper is shot. Brake pads were stuck, clamped to the rotor. Asked for a quote to replace all three with a break line bleed. Was told I'd 'have to bring it in'. Explained that I can't just 'bring it in' It's not drivable with the caliper shot. Was told again that I'd have to bring it in for them to look at. All I asked was for a quote for those specific things. So I asked, 'You can't give me a quote over the phone for that specific repair?' He said no. Horrible customer service. I'm not towing my van there to find out it's too expensive. People call around to get quotes and best prices. If Brake Check is too scared to give me a quote over the phone, then I just won't do business with them. There's another shop somewhere that won't be afraid to give me a quote, and most likely a better price and I'll give them my business.

Andrew and his team were great. Had me in and out within 30 minutes. That young man ( Andrew) is going to be a great asset to this store. Customer service skills are amazing. Was told they could get me in right away, then waited 20 minutes to put car on lift. It took almost an hour and a half for a simple oil change. When I went up to pay, their internet was down so I waited another 10 minutes for them to call around to ask what to do. I finally said I d pay cash but I had to leave. Manager told me no, because they don t take cash! I asked what I was supposed to do since their entire system was down. He shrugged his shoulders and said he didn t know what to do. I grabbed my keys handed him $90 and left (I had been quoted $89 earlier). I told him to call me if I owed more but I had to leave. He called me all weekend to come pay my $21 balance. I told him I would come by to pay Monday. He was upset with me and expected me to come back immediately! When I did go in to pay, he literally did not say a word except to remind me they don t take cash. No Thank You, I m sorry , nothing!!! I will NOT go back!One more thing, they left black oil fingerprint marks on my inside door. Not happy!

Update after 2/23/2024If could give less than one star I would.Read completely.The place ain't the same anymore. I don't know where's Dylan. But i can tell that since he left the entire customer service is the worst that i have gotten in my life. I agreed for the $100 deal so i can have my car aligned whenever i want to... and yet the last two times I have been going there they do now even bother to attend me. 1st time I left for another place...sure I didn't have an appointment so fine ...but the second time i had the appointment....i had a bay assigned to me and yet there where people going before. Just because they arrived 1st... Then what's the appointment for?? I ain't going back over there... that's for sure....even if i do have to drive more.1st reviewIts my second time there. This time they noticed a bad balljoint and they replaced. It took them 3 days. The price was awesome. But the attention from the staff was the best. Dylan is awesome. He's the Man. By the time i picked my car i also dropped two more cars to get the alignment. All 3 cars came out of there tight and smooth. This is my to go place when it comes to alignment and suspension.

I had my brakes fully replaced here a few months back and at that time, I was warned that my struts and shocks would need to be replaced soon. I came back today and they performed a full replacement of my shocks and struts in record time! Prompt and courteous service!

Advertises free break checks , no small print , no with purchase or anything but when i get to the facility i get that it will be $140+ or somewhere around there an hour to see why its making a squeeking noise . Not to fix it but to just check it . It may just need more lubricant it maybe something more complicated being they have lots of meat on the breaks im aure ir was something simple. But to advertise free break checks then try to charge for it is ridiculous. I took it to another somewhere else. False advertisement at its best .

Quick and attentive they do that to all customers. When I came in for an alignment it was backed up however within less than an hour I was the last one there and finished. Good job

They Informed me on what they felt I needed done but Didn t pressure me to buy anything I didn t want. I only went with pads.. pads were affordable all four $174

I had them inspect my brakes as my first quote (from another repair shop) was ridiculously expensive. The same work was quoted 1/3 less! I, of course, went with them. Thank you Brian and Patrick for giving me a fair price, doing the work in a timely manner, and being super friendly about it all!

Martin was my "helper". He walked me through the needed repairs. Explained what was needed and why.
