You know you re about to get good customer service when there s already someone greeting you before you even get out the car.As soon as my husband and I arrived to this location, the person who attended us was nothing short of amazing. He carefully listened to our concerns and immediately went to inspect and then communicated with us on what was wrong with our car.He also offered us alternatives for services that we couldn t afford at the time. On top of that, he checked out and fixed a tire that had a nail on it without us even knowing it was there!!! The service didn t take more than an hour and on top of that, they reverse parked our car at the end of service so it was easier to exit onto the highway.My husband and I are so excited to have found our new car maintenance place and will continue to do business with them for as long as we can.Exceptional customer service!

These guys are really fair. They recommended me some things I didn t want and I chose not to do all of it. And was super happy with the work they did. I was on a budget. There also all really polite and professional. A few weeks before this repair I brought in my tundra. 2600 the first shop told me to fix my brakes. I was 550 out the door at Break Check. Brakes worked great. I highly recommend this place and I ll use them until they give me a reason not to.

I went in for a brake check. Was given information of what needed to be done on my vehicle & scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Checked in on the following morning, I was alerted that there was a credit that I can fill out for. Though I did not pass the credit I was still able to get the things done to my vehicle that I intended to at a decent rate. It was fast and convenient and I will be returning.

I was in such a hurry on my vacation and decided to have lunch with relatives that live in Houston and when I left Michigan I didn t have the time to wait for about two hours for an oil change so I decided to have one done and I came across Brake check and I stopped buy after being disappointed from two other places I stopped at and the gentleman that attended my wife and I was very friendly and professional and told us that he would bring it in and get it done right away and I always get a full service else where and the gentleman came back with my breather box filter and cabin filter and again I was disappointed from the place that I always go to in Michigan because that was supposed to of been done on my last oil change because I got charged for it . I am back in Michigan from my vacation and a million thanks to Brake check for servicing my car and made it home safely knowing that Brake check wasn t there for the money , they were there for a true honest friendship and great service. Thanks Brake check and keep up the great work on 2024 .

Everyone in the shop is very friendly and helpful. After completing the service, one of the mechanics helped me find my fuse box so I can work on my own fuses. They were great help and I appreciate them.

I had a GREAT experience with Brake Check! My car was seen immediately and I was shown and explained the issues with my car throughout the process. I was aware of the price at all times and it was very settling to know those thins ahead of time rather than at the end of the service. If I should have brake issues or any other car issues they can handle, I will be back!

Always a good experience for me at this location. In and out for my oil changes within 30 minutes as long as there is no one in front of me. Great attitudes and solid service. Definitely recommend.

Brought both cars in for service, one for brakes. Received better pricing for 2 new rotors and two sets of pads than received elsewhere locally for 2 turning of rotors, and 4 sets of new pads. I trust these guys on I45 southbound between Woodlands Pkwy and Sawdust. They are sharp and friendly, and showed me the old worn equipment as it was coming off.

Came here to brake check after reading all the good reviews on this place. For new rotors, brakes (lifetime warranty) and 1 x tire, alignment and oil change with 20 off plus after every other oil change is 50% off and the 6 is free. Isaia (sorry if I missed spelled this) took care of me and made sure my car will be great after having my car over 5 years with no brake service upppsss!! had to leave to work and after a while and the next day my brakes or something is horribly squeaking I still need to get my tire and alignment as I had to go to work but as I came to find out everyone is in a meeting and non of my pending stuff can be done today which I understand. The squeaky was really concerning me but Ramon made sure he checked it just in case so I don t have that noise all day. Will come back tomorrow to complete my work. Def the guest experience is great and they don t want a guest to leave not satisfied and that s what Ramon did today!!!! I can get say I will be returning with my other car and getting all the changes from now on here.

A friend of mine took her car here for squealing brakes. They told her she needed rotors and that it would cost her about 500 bucks. But she said whatever they did had stopped the squealing. She brought the car to me and after removing the pads, the rotors are in perfect shape and the one pad that was low they bent down the indicator pin! If she would have just been content with the noise stopped her rotor would have gotten damaged because the pad was almost gone!They could have simply just put pads on for her, and it would have been good. It's stuff like this that gives honest mechanics a bad name!

Great staff and replaced my brake pads & rotors for a MUCH better price than anywhere else. Nearly half the cost others were quoting me. Highly recommend

This is my second time going to this shop and I won t take my car anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and they re quick. The prices can t be beat. They definitely know the meaning of customer service.

Been going there for years on a regular basis for maintaining my car, trusting that they do what they say. They apparently don t! My brake pads were so bad that it ruined my rooter's! I should have known better since the last time they couldn t even put the oil plug in correctly and I was leaking oil all over the place! I am not in control of the rotating door of employees making sure they do their job correctly but I am in control of who I trust and I no longer trust Brake Check! I will not be back!

I would not go to this location the one off Sawdust Rd. I have receipts of having my cabin filter and air filter changed two weeks prior. The guy Isaiah comes in when I got my oil change yesterday and shows me that they both need to be changed. The dirt that was on them is no way they would get that dirty in two or three weeks. I truly believe they dirty my filters there and tried to make me buy more again. I did not get them and now I'm riding with horrible filters because I refuse to pay them for something I know I bought and paid to have put in during my tune up. I'm very upset this location is not honest.

Was a first time going to brake check in spring but got home disappointed as I am missing 2 hub-caps. Called the store they said they didn't have them they must of fell off which they admitted they must of not put them on right. Never again will I visit brake check and I need them replaced.

IM SO GLAD YOU GUYS COMPLETELY STRIPPED THE BOLTS OF MY TIRES. I TOOK MY CAR A FEW MONTHS AGO AND GOT A FLAT TODAY AND WENT TO CHANGE IT. Then I realized the bolts had been completely RUINED by the last person to put them back on. Y all. So THANKS. I don t know what s worse Walmart automotive or you guys.

I should ve come to Brake Check in Spring from the beginning because the experience was 10x better, from the gentleman coming inside to speak with me, to the clean air conditioned facility.I told the guy what happened the day before at the Northwest Frwy location and he immediately took my car to inspect my concerns. He kept me updated on the progress and let me know before taking my tires off they in fact, had my brake pads in stock. He also made sure my brake pedal didn t reach the floor like it had done due to the other location removing somethings before realizing they didn t have what was needed. I ll come back to the Spring location in the future.

My Nissan Armada failed state inspection because of brake issue. Needed a quick fix at a fair price. Boy did the guys at Brake Check deliver. Called to make same-day appointment, brought the car in, and had it back within the hour. Amazing service, all with a smile.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

The service was great but I do have an issue with the pricing on the new rotors. I did a price check with the auto parts stores in the area and your company is $100 per rotor higher. I understand you keeping them in stock and there's a fee for that but to price gouge each rotor $100 higher is a little excessive.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repairServices: Brakes, Brake service & repair

The guys at the shop now are condescending, when I showed up there were 2 cars in the bay so I thought they were busy, when I went inside they were both on their phone on social media, didn't see me pull up, then when they went to pull my vehicle in the bay the other guy went and pulled his car out, they had their own cars in the bay to look busy!!! Then they told me that they couldn't do it because I had a lug lock, whent down the street, and I was told no its not a lock they are just being lazy.... just wow.

Don't come here because they will not fix your issue on the first time. 1st time going to the store because of brakes squeaking, the manager there (at the time) said to me it was my front rotors since I had just changed the brake pads, I needed to also do the rotors. I went ahead and got the work done. 3 days later my breaks are squeaking again. I return and the same manager said the issues was coming from the brake pads and bad rotors (manufacture issue) in the FRONT. He suggested I get brand new brake pads and they would warranty out the rotors and replace them with brand new ones, I agreed. Finally, after almost 8 hours I leave. Again a few days later it starts to squeak. I took it back yesterday and the new manager there checked all rotors and brakes and said "everything looks good, I'm not sure why it is squeaking and can't do anything unless I hear it too". I left and came right back since it started making noise again just a few miles away. The manager said to me it is the back, you need rotors and brakes in the back.Aren't these people brake experts? They did not offer a discount to get the new work done, not even an apology. This has all been a waste of time.The vice president is also very unkind and rude. His name is John Slayer or something like that. He told me I should google my issue and find a solution.

The customer attention and service was stellar. I was told that my brakes were currently fine; but that my suspension needed attention. I asked if that is CURRENTLY an issue of safety or wear and tear? The lead technician was honest and said not immediately but that I needed to keep an eye on it. I did not have any work done, but based on this one experience, I would have no problem bringing my vehicle back for repairs to this Brake Check.
