Big Spring Collision Center was such a pleasure to work with! They were able to take a miserable situation and make the best of it. My husband and I were on a road trip when we were hit by an 18-wheeler just outside of Big Spring, 4 hours from home. Luckily everyone was safe, but the front end of our car was crushed.From the minute we walked in to Big Spring Collision Center during her lunch break, Stacy helped us through the whole ordeal. She was knowledgeable about the insurance claims process and explained everything to us patiently. She gave us realistic expectations about the timeline for repairs and kept us updated about progress along the way. They pointed us to a local car rental so we could continue our trip.When our car was finished we were expecting to have to make an 8+ hour round trip to pick it up, but Todd, the shop s owner offered to deliver it to us in Fort Worth! They did such an amazing job with every detail of the repairs, our car looks brand new!I can t recommend this shop enough. If you are in the unlucky spot of needing serious car repairs, they will completely take the stress off and you can rest easy knowing that your car is in very capable hands and they will do a fantastic job. Thank you to Todd, Stacy, and the whole Big Spring Collision team.

They never answer the phone, & they say they are with a custermer. That's a lie too..they never return messages left on their voice mail... Very unprofessional. This place is a waste of time..poor job..

My family and I were traveling thru Big Springs with something underneath the car coming loose. Because it is a Ford, we went to the Ford house, but they wouldn t even look at it. We pulled in to Big Springs collision center, and they fixed our problem in 15 min. and didn t even charge us! This place is full of angels! Thank you!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Big Spring Collision has great customer service! I had someone back into the front of our truck (hit and run) and I contacted them and they were nothing but friendly and helpful through the whole process. You can t even tell that anything happened, it just like new! They also cleaned the inside of my vehicle and vacuumed which was a bonus!Service: Body & Trim

After a hail storm every shop in the area was slammed with people waiting for repairs. It took a little longer than I would have normally expected to get our vehicle in and out, but I was very pleased with the work itself and, under the circumstances, how long it took. My vehicle was in an accident in the beginning of January, 2022. It has been sitting at Big spring collision center going on three months. The estimated date for completion was 02/21/2022. My wife and I call every week to check on the status. They keep telling us next week. I understand some parts are hard to come by right now. But when you are told all we are waiting for is paint then get told the next week that it probably needs more things. We could never get a straight answer from anyone. Todd said I think it s in reassembly, I think it need a couple of parts, I think it s in paint. You should have it by the end of the week. This was on march 14. Terrible customer service. You should know what is needing done on a vehicle or at the very least check and call back. Especially if you are already a month past due .Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I have always been very pleased with the service and results at Big Spring Collision Center. They go beyond the expected to please and help the customers! Todd and his crew at Big Spring Collision did a fantastic job repairing my truck! The kept me in the loop during the process which was great. I didn t have to wonder what the status was of my truck. Staff was friendly and courteous! Would definitely recommend BSC to anyone who wants fast, friendly and high quality body work done!

Absolutely amazing. Its always hard to find someone to trust when it comes to fixing your car. I would never question anything if they told me something needed to be done. Honest, great work, dependable and super great people.

When my wife s pickup got ran into I was worried about how big of a hassle it d be getting it fixed right but big spring collisions couldn t have made it any easier on us. We told them some basic insurance info and they took over from there. They also gave us updates on the progress of the repairs which let us just leave them alone and let them do their thing. Would definitely recommendService: Body & Trim

They are a very good auto body shop I was in a front-end Collision and they fix the vehicle within a month and a half and the only reason it took so long is because the parts were on backorder from Kia. Had 2 vehicles repaired from hail damage. Both came back with even more issues doors won't close right. Went through car wash and water poured into my truck from doors not put back on properly. They took roof off. Now my headliner is falling down . New windshield broke within 12 hours of picking it up. I DID NOT get hit with a rock! Its because they didn't clean old glass out. Greasy fingerprints all over my fabric in both vehicles. Trim on car fell off because they didn't put back on right. My tailgate won't open right anymore. The list goes on!Service: Body & Trim

I tried to load my car onto the wrong size tow Dolly and did some damage to the front of the car. I took it to Big Spring Collision Center and they replaced the front for a very fair price. The paint match is perfect. You can see the before and after pics on this review. I would highly recommend Big Spring CC if you need work done and you want it done right and speedy. Not in the classiest side of town but boy do they keep that place clean. Car came back nicer than it was before! AND cleaner too. Won't be using anyone else in Big Spring. Plus they use AutoWatch which texts and emails updates and pictures. Super friendly and helpful staff! 6 stars if I could.

Took my vehicle to get fixed and they charged me $75 for it and didn't even fix it matter in fact it was worse. Could have gotten better service out of a Cracker Jack's box.
