Excellent customer service and work. The staff and the estimator Miguel really helped me with my claim. The insurance was being a pain and not trying to approve part of the damage. He fought until he got everything approved. Be patient because some insurance companies do like to take time and stress you out. I m a happy customer. Will definitely recommend this shop!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car to get my mirror changed I never get it fixe correctly when two times they never diagnostic correctly. I will not recommend this place to nobody people please just search before you go there they re crooks. forgot one more thing They re also liars. They say one thing and they will tell you different thing to your face. add to the comments,he just replied back continued lying. It s not what I said the mirror does not work. I asked for my full refund he wanted to charge me for the labor and taking the glass off and the lady at the front Desk she told me it s like whatever what kind of business is that?

Had high hopes based on the reviews, however I was let down. Had a classic Mustang painted and when I picked it up I am told that the swirls and marring are not his responsibility, that they are not a detail shop. This is not the first time he lied to me. He went up on price without telling me just expecting me to be ok with it, and when I wasn't, was when I got to see the true, Miguel, the owner, and he is not to be trusted. Integrity is not his strong suit.If anyone believes the lies he's telling, I have ocean front property in Nevada to sell you. This man is a proffessional liar. The reason there was no payment made in two years is due to the fact there was no work performed to pay for nor did Miguel ever ask for any payment. You want people to believe that you let me pay you in fake bills, but you released the car to me and your not doing anything about it? I challenge you to prove the things you say. Fact is, you can't. I invite anyone to come and look at the finished product and yall be the juudge if it was worth $17,500. Miguel has no integrety. He's a small, weak man with a complex. My mom and I had the most professional experience! Before my Lexus was in the shop, I accidentally bumped the back quarter panel against my mom's gate which left paint being scraped off and damage to the bumper. I also purchased the car and there were several little dents and scratches. Put the car in Saturday morning and ALL of the damages were completely erased by pick up on Thursday. They also did an excellent job with the detailing and clear coat. My car looks so fresh and appears like it was straight off the Lexus show room floor. Thank you so much Back 2 Right! Our mechanic's name was Miguel, ask for him!

Overall Great Customer Service! Patient, Honest, Good Pricing! They got my daughter's car up and running in no time. No mechanical Issues since. Very happy customer! I highly recommend

I have been to this shop maybe 3xs, I' always come back to him because his service is exceptional but even more he has a kind heart, my last repair with him was stressful due to the insurance company not wanting to approve a few things, however he kept me informed & updated on the situation, none the less my car was fixed and came out looking real good! I was extremely happy. Thankyou so much!

Do not take you car to this body shop. They are crooks. They say they will give free estimates for collision repair which is absolutely wrong because they charged me 1650 just for looking at the damages in the car. Although there was no frame damage to my car they said my car was a total loss and It would cost me 12000. My car KBB value was 12000. How could I pay 12000 just for the repair?

Recently I took my Dodge Ram 1500 in for body work and painting. When I picked my truck up after Back 2 Right finished, I couldn't tell the truck had ever been an a Auto collision! Remarkable service, work and attitude by Back 2 Right Collision... My next incident I will go back "to the right place" collision, you can bet on that. I highly recommend (5 stars!).

I had a great experience with the people at Back 2 Right. The repair process was fast & amazing. They helped me with the insurance hassel so its less for me to worry about my car. I highly recommend this shop.

Seems like they did solid work and they did it pretty quickly too. Final cost was close to the estimate and they worked with my insurance. Expectations completely met. They even sent me a Christmas card.

The incident that you were mentioning had to do with you trying to charge me over what Lincoln itself recommended for hours for the job after you guys had already started on my vehicle and now the paint is chipping in multiple places where you repaired it so not only did you try to overcharge me but you did horrible work.
