Neil was very conscious and helpful. He went above and beyond by installing my headlight bulb for me and cleaning my battery. Please give him special recognition for outstanding customer service as I will recommend this Autozone due to his outstanding service!

Excellent service! A staff member here went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed to change the daytime running light bulbs on my car yesterday. He looked at the part number on the bulb I was replacing to make sure I knew that it was a standard brightness bulb. He presented me with two different options for the bulbs. He made sure I knew to wear a glove so that I didn't get oil from my fingers on the halogen bulbs when I replaced them. Also, it was 8:30 at night and he was probably tired but it never showed.

Matthew was absolutely awesome. Had a rough day getting my parts off my truck, and he really turned the day around with jokes and levity. He also provided excellent customer service overall, troubleshooting issues and discussing mechanic problems. Having an ASE certification, I appreciated his talent and overall help. Keep it up sir, Autozone needs more of this. I stopped going to the Kuykendahl and Louetta (18615) store because of a really bad experience with Nadia ( General manager) being rude and making negative comments. Matthew has redeemed the Autozone standard in my eyes and should be rewarded for such behavior. This is the standard of great customer service. Blessings. I ll upload photos with the gentleman

Great customer service! Mr. Gary not only checked my alternator and battery but explained everything and got me fixed right up. Turned out my battery was bad :/ Thanks to him it was as painless as possible. I love good customer service! This is the reason why I come here!

They never have parts that the website says are in stock. This is the 3rd time they have done this. They say they can get it that day and tell you they will call you when it gets there and they never call. Store obviously needs some new management.

I will go out of my way to come to this specific location because the reps here are so kind to me and very knowledgeable. It can be hard trying to navigate car maintenance being a woman and there are some elite women who work here that don t make you feel stupid. The folks I ve encountered here are always very eager to help me and rain sleet or snow, they come out to assess my car when I have a need! I ve got my plates put on, brake lights replaced and tons of referrals to local businesses for maintenance they couldn t complete. Really awesome team here!!

I came in to have the guy check my check engine light with the fix finder he came out right then and there told me what the code was and printed it out on paper the possible causes no I know exactly what I need to repair he was very helpful friendly and respectful I wish all AutoZone's were like this because other AutoZone's are not helpful at all but this particular location was and I was impressed and satisfied thank you AutoZone

Had a return but the wrong receipt. Wendy was very patient and helped me figure out the issue and was able to do my return and was super patient with me!! Great manager and representative for your company!

Had to replace battery still under warranty. Crystal was the young lady that helped me. The cable connection to battery the nut on bolt was stripped. She was so patient and kept on till she was able to get it off. She was so kind and very nice and helpful. Thank you so much Crystal great job

Last night i was that customer needed all the help w an hour to close. Luis so so calm and collected and helped me thru all my needs. I must have called him a million times before making 2 trips to the store. Good customer service is hard to find and i am really happy you guys found you Luis!!

Food was pretty good. My party and I had ordered burgers and sides and had no complaints about the food itself. The young lady who worked the register made ordering our food way more complicated then it should have been.

I m very disappointed with my visit to this location today. I ve always been treated very well; helpful staff nice and professional. However, after today I will not return to this location. I stopped by to ask the ONLY person in the store that I saw (haven t seen before) if he would reset my check engine light. I took to a different location earlier to have them run diagnostics on since the check engine light came on. It wasn t anything serious, my boss removed the debris under the fender. He said take it back they ll reset or removed the code. So I stopped here, first let me start by the employee seemed like he didn t want to help me. Anyway I understand if you cannot reset the code. Then I asked if he could do the diagnostic test again. He said ITS RAINING SO HE CANNOT ; he said the machine is expensive and one drop of rain will ruin it. I said it s inside my car how is the machine going to get ruined? He didn t have an answer ONLY to repeat what he just told me. It was barely raining, more like I light sprinkle, it was raining when I took it to the other Auto Zone and they had NO PROBLEM assisting me! I m so over the lack of customer service since Covid. Employees have become so LAZY and rarely good customer service. He could have handled a lot differently and I would have been more understanding but instead he just had a piss poor attitude like he didn t want to even help me.

I had a GREAT experience this morning! A nice young man (I didn't catch his name) tested my battery for me. After he confirmed I needed a new one, he took my input on the price range I wanted to stay in for my replacement. He showed me a comparable model to what I had and gave me a few other options as well. He quickly swapped out the old for the new and I was on my way!! I'll definitely be back for future car needs.

My brother and I took our vehicle here to get the alternator and battery tested. We were greeted by a women that first helped us check the battery and another representative Fabian juiced up the battery for us in the store. We then tested the alternator and bought a couple items in store for other projects. Both representative had excellent customer services and were very informative!! . I felt like the employees assisted us with great care and gave all the information necessary for us to decide what we needed. I'll definitely be dealing with this store again for any of my mechanical needs, and this us our way of saying thank you!

When I came in the store was empty. I needed help with a filter and also an estimate for a car part. I go in ask for help and these people are so rude! So if you know what you need this is a great store and would be a great experience. If you don t know and need some help or an estimate the people working in the morning on a weekend are super rude! Horrible customer service!

My wife was experiencing vehicle trouble, the battery light came on with a message saying battery was not charging. I told her to find the closest AZ to her place of work and she stopped here. I called the store and spoke with, Stephan; I told him the situation and he was kind enough to verify that they had an alternator in stock before I arrived, he even placed me on a brief hold to go and meet and check on my wife. He tested the battery and alternator to let me know exactly what I was going to be dealing with, sure enough it was a bad alternator. Stephan and Greg,the manager, ensured my wife was safe and taken care of until I arrived to fix our truck. It's difficult to find employees that care about customers and these two definitely went above and beyond to keep my wife safe that night and ensure that I was able to fix the problem once I arrived. Great job you guys and to the rest of the staff that night.

The minute I walked in the door there was someone there to assist me and some days that really does matter (helpfulness) . All of their staff was courteous and quick to get me the items I needed and I was on my way

I have come to this location off and on for about 13 years. They seem to have a high employee turnover rate but the store is always clean and generally the staff is pretty friendly and helpful. I came in for a headlight bulb, the guy gave me the incorrect bulb at no fault of his own the system recommended the wrong one. I came back the next afternoon and they exchanged it with no issues. They do not mind helping if you ask as well.

Female staff not friendly..i feel she is rushing for lunch break..is in a hurry and she charged me twice for cabin filter..im glad i caught that.She apologized and reasoned out it was a mistake..well if you take your time you won't do that mistake unless you really were doing it on purpose..youre lucky i didn't talk to you manager..she also input the points i earned to another person because im not a member..not coming back to this place again.. thanks to the guy who replaced my wiper blades..he was nice

Went here to get my battery checked out today as I had needed to get it jumped earlier that afternoon. One of the ladys on staff ran the free scan and battery looked good but she noticed my connector wasn't on tight.As a precaution I went ahead and purchased a new battery and opted to change it myself while I was there. The lady (I think it was the manager) was very helpful and helped point out where and how I needed to remove my old battery and install the new one. She even gave me a pair of disposable gloves at no charge to use.While waiting the shop got busy and the manager had to tend to a line of customers, but as soon as I walked in she grabbed another employee on duty and had him ring me up (letting me skip the line to do so) and the second employee was not only friendly but he showed me how to applied the anti-corrosion gel on to my new battery at no cost.The staff was very friendly and even though it was my first time changing my battery myself in my current car they made the process quick and easy.

When I was in the store. The elder man that wears glasses is rude to me every time I shop at this store. I stopped shopping at this store because of it. When I came back to this store to buy something I was surprised he was still working there. I've looked at the reviews and seen other have experienced the same rude behavior that I have. Something really needs to be done about it.

The employees were fantastic and very helpful. Service with a smile. I had battery troubles and Clyde did not hesitate to jump in and help me check the battery, clean the terminal and eventually helped me get a new battery. He went above and beyond what normal clerks would do and I appreciated it. I definately recommend this auto zone.

Just to be sure this is a review for the Autozone on Louetta at Klein. I went in today just to get a diagnostic test. Steph did the check, went to check the code inside the store printed the results handed it to me and just walked away. Didn t take the time to explain anything. Just concerned about doing the minimum. Was talking on his Bluetooth while doing the diagnostic. He s the single most useless and clueless employee there. This isn t my first experience with this guy. Fortunately Greg Boyd was there and I asked him and he said was the exact opposite. Very helpful and and spent time going through the possible issue. Greg Boyd told me he doesn t usually work at that location unfortunately. Unfortunately Steph does. He shows no desire to learn or make any effort to do anything beyond going through the motions.He needs to go.

I asked for help to get my headlamp installed. The guy didn't even acknowledge me when I paid, oh wait, 3 registers over. Then an older guy ran out and told me I was doing it wrong..... I had already asked for help!!!! Apparently there is not communication between employees. Im a complete novice when it comes to newer cars, then to be told I'm doing it wrong after I asked for help? I asked for the help, where were they when I needed them?? I went here out of convenience and assistance, like their commercial says. I guess I wont anymore.
