Autozone is great. They have a great reward/points system that helps big every couple of purchases. I'm a frequent customer there. Went in today for a new cold air intake air filter and Cain helped me out. They were busy bug Cain stayed on point and made sure I was able to find the correct parts and went over the options available for better airflow and cost efficiency. I ended up getting another $20 off reward on this purchase too. Good help is increasingly harder to find and Cain put in the time and work to make sure I was taken care of. Will return!

AutoZone to the rescue with so many locations! My son was a block away when his battery finally gave out. The staff was helpful and quickly got him on the way. He was able to get it and install it just before the rain began pouring down!

They do not install Honda Odyssey batteries here. They don't tell you this over the phone either. They tell you when you're already there. But thanks for saving me $400. I went ahead and drove 1 hour to my family's auto shop. I had plans, but God had other plans.

The manger here, Daniel P., was very very professional and helpful! Greeted me when he saw me although i had been standing at the counter about 3-5 minutes and the other manger and worker didn t say not one word to me. So i really appreciated this man s positive mannerism and his insistence to even carry my battery to my truck despite me being very physically capable of doing it myself. I just really appreciated him. Hands down ONE of the best experiences I ve had as a customer in any establishment.Keep up the great job Daniel P. It s going to take to far!

Hector Moreno and his team provided an amazing service. His patience and know how allowed me to get the right battery replacement. And when things were difficult, he didn t lose his coolness and kept working, regardless of the outdoor heat, until everything was fixed. I've been an Autozone customer for years. This store located at 18615 Kuykendahl Rd is by far the best! I've been to several locations in the north and northwest area of Houston and Spring. The employees here are always great there, but special thanks to Diane and Micah who displayed great courtesy, respect, and professionalism. They recently helped me with diagnosing a module error issue on my truck and helped me to solve the problem.

In store service is amazing, BUT every single time i have EVER called they put me on hold. This wouldnt be an issue if it was 2-5 minutes, but when i say they put me on hold it goes so long that the call ends on its own. Then i have to call back and i just get put right back on hold before i can even say anything. Absolutely horrible phone service in my opinion. after i receive the part i have ordered i will not return to this autozone and will take my business to the one further down off Louetta.

My battery went out when trying to leave work..Security guard, gave me a jump start..I then had to head over to auto zone,meanwhile my Salesman Jessie, was on the phone directing me on what to do,and looking up the battery,I would need for my car. He also checked to see if it was in stock ..I made it to auto zone..I left car running,went inside to make purchase..This young salesman at auto zone ,had trouble removing the battery..He proceeded to get the manager Nick, who is an absolute gem.. He was able to Uninstall old battery,and install new battery...He made sure to ask all of the right questions, and fortunate for me my Car Salesman was still on the phone to answer ,what I could not possibly know..Nick, Congratulations, on your first day, and may you continue to provide the Awesome service, you gave me.Thank you, NICK !!!

They had the product I wanted (not everyone has it), but when I approached the clerk to pay, she told me, self checkout is right over there . I don t know how much more rude a person could be. Never had such an experience in this store before.

Easy to locate merchandise,easy checkout . Staff is knowledgeable about various vehicles and friendly to work with.Five stars will have to do . Maybe Google will open it up to let consumers offer up to 10 .

Went to AutoZone on Aldine Westfield. Then had to exchange my oil filter. At the one on kuykendahl. It was an oil change pkg. 38.99.. the manager claims I have to pay for my oil filter because her computer wouldn't do a swap. But if they would of given me the proper filter at Aldine store. The PKG amount wouldn't have changed. This is false advertisement. And so I bought a oil change package at 44.99. Because all the sudden that should have been 38.99.. can someone help me with this scam?

I came in with a bad battery (in the middle of a busy work day)! Everyone was so helpful in assisting me with choosing a new battery and replacing the old one. Jen and Toney went above and beyond in helping me with the replacement. Great team of people working together at this location!

We went in after the vehicle brake lights were not working for a driving test. The young man(forgot the name) is the type of person I will employ any day. He was fast and knew what he was doing.I will go back because the customer service is excellent. The lady customer rep was ready with assurance. These two work very well together

Dealt with Jen today, she is a born data analyst! Your black screen customer management app is really bad. Data is comingled and records are not cleansed. Jen knows her way around your customer datasets! I have moved across multiple states and Jen because of her skill and deep understanding of customer records quickly found my warranty for my battery! Give her an IT job she is awesome!!!

My husband and I went in a couple of weeks back to get his battery tested. We were definitely expecting it to fail and to need a new battery. Erica helped us. She was friendly, helpful, suggested a couple of small items that we would need but not necessarily think of, and even gave us a courtesy discount. We just moved to the area and have always used AutoZone but this is definitely our new home store.

My car needed a battery. There was a young man named Omar that was there to help the location out. He said he was from the 25325 Kuykendahl Rd, Tomball location, but was helping out a short staffed location. He was awesome and very helpful. He was able to check the life of the battery, verify that I was still under the auto-zone warranty, and help replace it in like 10 minutes. Was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Great customer service in my opinion.

They are wonderful. I needed new windshield wipers. A very pleasant man helped me choose the right ones for my car; then he went out and installed them on my car even though it was raining. It took less than 15 minutes from the time I walked in the door. I think they're great.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service. Went in looking for a part and an older gray haired man started yelling at me to give him the part number. Loud to the point where other customers turned around to see what was going on. He's not trained at all to be handling any customers especially at the front checkouts. He looked up the printout of what the online website showed as the store having the part in stock and he claimed to not showing anything under the number he put in. That's fine. As a paying customer, my hard earn money will go somewhere else. There are part stores on every corner here so I'm not at an inconvenience to shop elsewhere. Will never return to AutoZone especially this poor location. It's no wonder the store has such a high turn over. Will be cross-posting to warn others of this vile individual. No need to contact me to try and talk about it. Good riddance AutoZone and grumpy

Needed some tools and supplies to do a valve cover gasket replacement on my 07 Expedition. Picked up a difficult to find fastener remover along with screw drivers, extensions and decreasing products. Surprised when cashier says: "you get free hand cleanser with those shop towels." Bonus! Had everything I needed. Repair went great thanks to being prepared.

I had called AutoZone having issue with my battery and wondering because of the way the car was behaving if it wasn t my alternator as well. I called AutoZone and they assured me that they can check the battery and the alternator. I went to AutoZone and told the young lady my issue and she came out and tested my battery. She did say that I had an issue with the battery and told me that she wouldn t be able to tell what was going on with the alternator until we replace the battery. I said yes please change the battery. I purchased a battery there and the young lady offered to install it for me. It took her a while out in the punishing Houston heat As my battery was so defective that the post actually came out. I offered to buy the young lady some refreshment as I ve even seen her on the ground under my vehicle doing all this and she said she had a beverage so I offered to do a Google review and she excepted that offer. The young ladies name was Leah. She was very kind and professional. Manager of the auto zone at Kuykendahl and Louetta, you have a very good employee there. Please let her know that her efforts do not go unnoticed!
