I stopped in after getting a check engine light Miguel came right out to my car, ran the codes, and explained what was going on. 10 minutes later I was on my way. He was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Pete, the store manager went above and beyond helping me yesterday with a bad battery that I had in my car. He took the time to replace it for me, which I truly appreciate ! I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. He deserves a promotion and a raise!! There should be more people like him in this world, willing to genuinely help others in time of need! Thank you, Pete!

Haven t been treated quite as rudely as I was by the young woman who works there. Answers questions about products with I have no idea . If your shirt is going to say expert maybe you should have an idea.. just saying. On top of that just rude all around. I knew I should ve made the drive to O Reilly. Won t make that mistake again.

My car wouldn t start this morning so I figured I needed a new battery. The store manager Miguel I believe was his name helped me the whole time. He confirmed that I did need a new battery. He installed it and was also able to help me get new car filters. He let me know what he was doing and kept me aware. He has very nice and made my not so good day better!

Miguel was working alone on a busy Sunday morning and juggled everything wonderfully. He was patient and professional with everyone who walked in the store. He helped me find the right battery and replaced it. Thanks for the great service!

I was absolutely satisfied with my visit today at Auto Zone. I had two batteries that were dead and I needed them replaced. Greg who was the manager helped me pick out two batteries and then he went outside and replaced the battery for me. He was very helpful, kind, and hardworking. I highly recommend this Autozone!

I made a visit to this location after I had to jump start my car. The Texas heat utterly killed my battery. The staff here were kind snd helpful. They tested my battery to confirm it was not salvageable. They clearly explained what my options were for replacing it, and then removed the old one and put in the new one. The heat index today was 115 ! No one ever uttered a single complaint about the heat. These are true professionals.

The location at 99 and Champion Forest had very helpful personnel. They took care of business efficiently and saved me a lot of money by allowing me to avoid going to a dealership for a new battery. They put in my new washer fluid too. I'll go back in the future.

Miguel went over and beyond today to help us out. My car started acting up on my way to take my son to a birthday party so we stopped into autozone to see if they could help. Without Miguel s great customer service, my son would have missed the birthday party. Thank you for your excellent service!

I ve been here a few times, once for windshield wipers and just now for a headlight bulb. Both times they were very helpful and even helped me install my purchases at the store.Saved me so much time trying to figure out how to replace a headlight bulb !

My husband dropped by this location in search for a part for his truck. The male associate let him know that they did not carry the part, but that it s probably made in China and he could get it off some website. My husband looked at the part and said it was made in Mexico - the associates response was good, it ll keep them there. I m assuming he thought my husband would entertain the comment bc he s white and looks country. He was not pleased to say the least. Though this location is convenient to our home, we won t be supporting a business that makes racial comments.

Just to keep it short and simple, a Mr Anthony poyncer (or however you spell it) is the guy that was totally rude to me today as a commercial account holder. When I told him I would like to purchase parts under my commercial account, his response was we re not a commercial store, and we don t do commercial at this location . I responded by saying I ve purchased parts under my account here plenty of times before, and that s when things went completely left. We got into a full blown argument, in which he used profanity. The other gentlemen, mr Greg Boyd, which is the guy that sold me parts under my commercial account the day before, tried his best not to interfere until things did get a little hostile. Mr Boyd said that he would help me and mr poyncers response to mr Boyd was, well you do it because I m not doing it as he proceeded to try to throw a piece of paper in my face explaining the proper steps to complete a commercial account sale. Needless to say, even though the location is very convenient and close to my home if I have to encounter customer service like that of which I received from mr Anthony or anyone else then I would rather drive all the way into tomball to my home store at 1477. Even though things went the way they did I am thankful for mr Boyd and his service and also trying to make light of the entire situation and he did apologize to me several times for everything that transpired.

I wish I would've gotten the gentleman's name who help me today. Not only did he assist with an online order pick up and with searching for the correct parts for my vehicle, but he gave me the greatest advise and in the end saved me an additional $100.

I'll say that being asked to carry tools out for them to change my battery really ?! Okay so being told he might not be able to change it.as well huh? Well I got it done but I was tempted to give my business to someone else.ive always used Autozone .

Don t feel sorry for me , I am 62 years old I go in there ask for help . Oh coolant is in the back , I need help that s why I asked for it . They didn t want to leave there cell phones . Come on now , come to my job I will teach you customer service . Not to many women my age know about cars. But really come on now try .
