I came here about a couple weeks here with my family and the service here was great but there was just one thing that ruined my experience by I cant even tell if it was a little girl or little boy but they were a very small build who works here he running around and telling the young man that was helping me and telling him "I'm going to get you i'm going to get you!" AND WAS GRABBING AT HIS NIPPLES and i don't think somewhere where people sometimes take their kids and get the parts they need is a place to do this. I think his managers were also trying to get him to do his actual job jnstead of getting handsy with his coworkers and i thought he would just do as he's told but no they ended talking back to his managers and then started "doing his job" overall the store is great they have most of what i need but if I come back anytime soon i would not be at peace knowing someone like this works here do not bring your kids here unless they're blind and unable to witness the attrocities that left me disturbed after my last visit.

Alexander C. did a great job helping to install a new battery. He explained the process, and at the end of installation refunded me $22 because I had a previous battery. Great attitude, great service!

Alfonso the manager is rude and disrespectful to customers. Walks away from you when are talking to him. Proceeds to ignore you and rolls eyes

We were happy that they had the part we were looking for and at an affordable price but displeased with the customer service from the associate Alexander. Never looking up at us from the computer...oh but did make sure to check his cell phone from his picket. He seemed annoyed with our presents and unwilling to give us info on the warranty or find out if he didn't know. Instead I had to ask prodding questions like what's IS the warranty...he gave me the definition of A warranty....then i asked "is it like 10years? (obviously being sarcastic)....1 year?"...he said "no not 10 years." No other info was given so i just gave up haha I understand the younger generations have a hard time with customer service and eye contact, however he seemed to be in his 20s and maybe needs some re-teaching. Perhaps give him the definition lol

I would go to a more seasoned AutoZone because everybody in this one is fairly new and have no clue as to what is going on. I went to get a part and as he looked up each part his screen went blank and he said we don't sell that one here I would have to go to a dealership. So I ventured to the AutoZone down the street on Aldine Westfield asked for a seasoned employee and was able to buy the parts I needed.

The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. Derek assisted me with my battery replacement. I appreciated his explanation of the problem I was having as well as the solutions he offered. No pushy salesperson trying to get you to buy extra things you may not need. Definitely recommend this location.

Stopped by yesterday morning as the first customer to receive negative and rude experience by E. Williams the (manager) he had no knowledge about items I was asking about so I helped him using my phone trying to get an answer for what I needed and just got spoken as he was done assisting me. I asked his colleague for help and was able to guide me the correct direction. As a manager he has no knowledge or team experience, customer service training is needed here.

Yesterday was raining . Not the best weather at all. I m a Disabled Combat Veteran. I have metal in my knees from injuries while serving in the Army. Airborne Infantry is a tough job. I stopped at this store to purchase a battery. All Handicap spots were taken by non-handicapped vehicles. I announced the issue in the store and almost got into an altercation with a black male who called me a Cracker ! After my purchase I saw the only other customer leave and the two remaining vehicle still parked. I later saw one AutoZone employee walkout in uniform and get into one of the two vehicles and leave. My injuries were exacerbated by the inclement weather. No one said anything while I purchased my battery about the situation. I did apologize for announcing the issue. No employees said anything. I did notify the Manager the day after. His statement was that one AutoZone employee who came out and left was from another store? The white wagon I guess was his employee as there was no other customers in the store.

Poor customer service by staff!! Yelling and backtalking a customer, a woman and their elder! The store manager didn't even listen when I tried to tell him whst happened. Just ignored me!! Lost me as a customer!!!

My brake lights went out. I was helped by a very nice employee. He looked up the light bulbs for my car, I purchased them and he put them in to my surprise. Made me feel warm inside

Took my heavy battery in to get a new one and nobody seemed to even know what I had brought in. The guy wanted to know the year of generator I have and I knew he didn't no jack. So I said "you can't help me" and picked up battery and he did help me take to car and he was glad I left because he didn't know what I needed. So I went to O'Reilly's and they knew instantly. So no auto zone for me!!!

Alfonso was an AMAZING employee, absolutely on top of his game!!! He was fast, friendly, and VERY patient with me. I respect and appreciate the employees at this location. It s also very clean and fresh. (Because it s new) i would definitely recommend this location for the our auto needs!!

Love this new store. Store and restrooms are impeccably CLEAN! Staff is friendly. Derek is super helpful and does a wonderful job at keeping the store running smoothly, while keeping the lines short each time I visit. He's great at what he does.

Your website is no good you have different locations but it will not change to them. I cannot close this and get to another page for another location. you've spent all of this money for a website that does not work.

The guy that checked me out was very helpful, even asked the year of my car to make sure i had the right wipers that I needed. My mistake and I grabbed the wrong ones. That saved me a trip back up there to exchange.

Went in for a wiperblade and they where very excellent and efficient. Manager and employee helped me get in there fast and knew exactly what I was lookin for before I had to go back to class down the road, would definitely recommend coming there again
