So, if you were unaware or needed clarification on the Mopar App or the Dodge App, you can make an appointment for service online when it is time to service your vehicle. Scheduling the appointment online was easy. In addition, something came up unexpectedly on my appointment day, and I had to reschedule for a few days later in the week. It was super easy to make the change. Okay, enough about scheduling. I showed up in the service line a little early for my appointment and was immediately greeted by a service rep. He got a little info from me and found my advisor, Aaron. Aaron approached my car, and we discussed why I was there and my expectations of caring for my vehicle. He said he would do everything he could to return my vehicle to me that day. We were still determining because Dodge had a few recalls on my car, and the inspection needed to be completed to see if my car was one of them. Needless to say, all the inspections and work were completed by 4:00 PM. Aaron communicated with me throughout the day with updates on the service. He was upfront and honest about pricing, and their service department had all the parts necessary to complete everything I needed. My car was clean and smiling when I picked it up.

The salesman Brynn sold me a truck and never followed up with me. I left the dealership without information about how to pay my loan and the plates to this date have not arrived. It s been 3 months.

Benjamin gave me his number to stay in contactact for when he gets a 5500 in stock. We'll when I called on Saturday he gave me a attitude that he is not like the rest of the sales man and don't call him on weekends. He said he will call back and never did. I called again and during the week and same thing he said he will call back. He is always grumpy and I had to buy a 5500 somewhere else. Why wouldn't you want my business? I'm the one purchasing

Careful! With what they offer you when you sign papers they offer you some things and nothing is true but you sign and you can't do anything anymore they lied to me. I have been with my trocka for 45 days to date and no one answers my calls or messages anymore I just want to ask my truck plates and registration but no one answers meCuidado! Con lo que te ofrecen cuando firmas papeles te ofrecen algunas cosas y nada es verdad pero firmas y ya no puedes hacer nada a mi me mintieron .tengo hasta esta fecha 45 d�as con mi trocka y ya nadie contesta mis llamadas ni mensajes solo quiero preguntar por las placas de mi trocka y registracion pero nadie me responde
