First time there, great people, great service! I was really satisfied with the new brake work and oil change. Before that, I went to another shop, didn't feel good even though it was very close to where I live.Bonus: I like walking, and there is a nice trail right across the place. After one and half hour out there, the car was ready.

Words could not express how thankful I am for the help. I had an issue with my Car 30 min before closing, But Gabriel and his crew took care of me. Being out of town, I did not know what to expect. However I quickly knew I was in good hands. I highly recommend Alpha Auto for your automotive and transmission needs. It's a well run shop, and I wish I came here years ago

My husband Vedo and I are very happy to have found this shop. We stopped by for an oil change on our truck and ended up bringing our other car in the same day for some work. They diagnosed it and had it done correctly in the same day. I haven t had to bring it back and we didn t have to wait days to get it back either. The staff was very professional, courteous, and cool. All around great service!! Thank you guys!!

This is the place I've been looking for. They took better care of my classic corvette better than any dealer I've taken her to. Their office staff is friendly and easy to deal with, and their mechanic Billy now has a friend forever.

They repaired my car 3 weeks ago, I was waiting to use it for several days to be able to make the comment, I am happy with the result after taking it to two workshops before now I can make a good comment, they quickly eliminated the failure of my transmission without the need for change it, I will return to do the oil change servicE

I brought my car 7 months ago to this workshop with a big problem in my engine. I had already taken it to the dealer and two other workshops and it continued to have the problem and I spent more and more money each time and it seems that the problem was bigger, it had been with it for approximately a year. The problem and not even the warranty at the dealer solved it and for me it was not an option to be left without a car, for some reason I drove and passed by the front of the ALPHA AUTO business and went in to ask. In the first instance they gave me a FREE diagnosis, in the second In the event, the same mechanical technician was the one who explained the problem with my car to me, then they gave me a quote for $1,892 and I decided to take the risk for the 3rd and last time with a different workshop, they literally saved my car and took away my headache and stress that this has been bringing me, after 7 months I have returned here because my car has a different sound and they applied the same thing they gave me a free diagnosis they told me the problem and I paid $0 because it was a simple loose hose and they repaired it in less than 20 minutes. I want to leave this honest review because they are honest people, in another place they could have told me anything else just to get paid, today I take the opportunity to service my car and that of my wife as well, of course this will be our trusted workshop today. Go ahead, thanks to Gabriel and the technician Giovanni who were the two people in charge of assisting me..

I took my car to them because the transmission stopped working they checked it out told me they had to either rebuild or change it for another one i option to change it which they did got the car home shifter was kinda hard and got stuck putting the car in drive they said it world loosen up eventually so went to do and oil change cause my wife was about to go out of town and noticed a major nut and bolt that holds the front wheel on was missing luckily l saw that before sending my family in a road trip outta town....This shop quickly does work on people cars and doesn't make sure your nut bolts and screws are properly tighten or even on the car and send you on your way

They repaired my transmission in a time I couldn't believe, super fast, they made me understand in a friendly and transparent technical way that repairing my transmission was an investment, they literally advised me on my behalf, they are a good work team. After getting some work done here, I found body damage to my vehicle that wasn t there prior, and it was covered up by touch up paint. I reached back out to Alpha, after many attempts, and exchanged before/after photos and videos proving the damage occurred at the shop. Alpha never accepted responsibility, but eventually agreed to take care of the damage in-house. Considering Alpha does not do bodywork (and damaged it in the first place), I insisted on getting the repair done elsewhere and was refused. So, beware if/when this shop causes damage during the repair, they will hide it and not disclose. I ll consider modifying or taking this review down if the owner makes this right.

Great service! Walked in was greeted didn t have to sit around and wait to ask anything. A definite plus. Very fast & affordable. Even had a promo to help ride share drivers with an awesome service (oil change) that s very much needed for us to make a living. I m very thankful for this company as a cancer patient who live on a fixed income. I would definitely recommend this company for all your car care needs. Complimentary snacks and drinks while I waited.

Friendly and fast service. mechanics listen to your concerns. Prices reasonable. theyve worked on my mini cooper many times and i've never had an issue. they're my go to place now.

My SUV was having transmission issues and I took it to Alpha. They ran diagnostics, informed me of my options and ended up rebuilding he transmission. The entire process took about a week. Overall I had a great experience. Their customer service is excellent; they called to give me updates, washed the vehicle before returning, and the vehicle is running great although it s just the first day. They asked me to take the vehicle back in 10 days and they will do a quick inspection to make sure there are no issues, which I think is awesome.
