Called these people and the lady that answered the phone with a bad attitude. We simply was calling to ask the location as we were desperately trying to find a tire shop near us. She answers the phone asking what tire size we needed and we didn t k ow exactly and she proceeds to tell us she is by appointment only. Then we said, never mind and she says we are right here! Terrible customer service before we could even get to the place.

they fixed my tire for 50 bucks and it didnt work well, when i tried to contact them for repair it again they ignored my calls, really bad services. i dont recommend this business.

Very impressed. Nice workers. I had a flat tire and they want extra milies to help. I pray God to replenish them.

Needed two new tires so I checked around and found All Stop Tire Shop. I called and set up an appointment to have two new tires installed. The price for the tire and labor was very competitive with other local tire shops. With five vehicles in our household, I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. I highly recommend them.

Truly a blessing !!! I was Stranded with a flat tire that I previously bought then spare went flat as well ?! But thank god for All stop Tire Shop !! This was at 9 at night and they came and helped me out and got my tire replace. The service was amazing. Alex and Jen were super friendly and very quick. Words can t explain how good they are. I really recommend them. They are 24 hours and that s the best part out of all of this !!! Thank you guys so much.

Hit a pothole on a Saturday night and had trouble getting my tire off due to the fact that my dealer didn't give me a key to remove my tires. So I found this shop the next day after 11:00 pm and they helped me out and gave me a good price for another tire. Never met people at a tire shop that is so helpful and friendly. Will recommend

I love this place! I had my doubts when I first drove up, But I decided to keep an open mind and I m so glad I did! I ve had bad experiences with other tire shops and guys trying to sell me things I didn t need or want. Because I m a woman I was treated poorly by men in the past who worked at these types of businesses. But I was pleasantly surprised when a woman came out to help me. Jin is awesome and she s the owner! She was so friendly and helpful and never for one second was I talked down to or talked into something that I didn t want. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I need tire service or a new tire!

Jen and Alex are so awesome. Jen was very nice and patient with me. I don't know anyone who will wake up at 3am to convenience someone. And be in such a great mood thank you guys you saved me and my job. I appreciate these angels. Thank you guys so much. This is the best customer service ever especially from s tire shop. You guys check them out.

Unfortunately we had a flat tire on this crazy H-town highway. AAA got us quickly and safety to All Stop Tire Shop 24 hour service. We just needed 1 tire, but we couldn't refuse the great price for 2 tires. The owner, Jin, she's very helpful, courteous, and professional. They got us back on the road in no time. Thank you.

Great 24 hour shop that was fast and reliable, they came through for me on a Sunday when everyone else was closed! Michael was very professional and friendly, will definitely call them again.

So helpful, fast and efficient!!! Owner was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of her way to help me figure out what i needed and made sure I got to the right address! Was outta there in less than 30 minutes! will definitely use their services again if needed!

Had a flat tire in Houston, found all stop tire shop, gave them them a call and had the tire I needed. The Owner and the Worker were both very nice and the whole procedure probably took about 15 to 20 minutes. Honestly the best used tire shop ever! Not your normal user tire shop, The Owner herself actually makes sure the tires are good quality

Our kids needed two tires desperately this evening. My husband called and spoke with Jin. She could tell we needed help. She was fair priced and extremely understanding. We sent the kids that direction and they were treated well and safely put back on the road. They even followed up with a text message to us to let us know things were okay. Thank you all!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE It was a late Sunday evening and I needed a tire bad to get to work the next day. They were very communicable in responding right away. I also found out they have a towing service too. I was so happy they had my tire in stock! They are the only operable business open after hours on a Sunday that I ve ever know in all of the Houston area for tire service. They honestly didn t mind helping me out. It s a great family oriented business. And they were very good on educating me about tires and up front pricing. Although I hope to never be in that much of a strain on a late Sunday afternoon, I find comfort in knowing, when I need them they will be there.

Amazing owners. Just got done with an hvac install 8pm. My front 2 tires were about to blow so searched a 24 hour tire place. I d recommend this place any time! Fast and great service

I don t know where to start. We ve came to this shop two times now for different issues (that goes to show the service and type of business they are). If you ever go to a place for the same issue then there s a problem with that business. Do keep in mind they are 24 hrs, you might have to leave a message. They ll contact you back.(2018 Chevy Silverado)The first time, my brother was stranded with 2 tires that were completely slashed due to curbing badly. We met with him. Tires were totaled. It was 11pm on a Saturday night. We were stuck. Somehow my sister found this shop. We called and a lady answered. She said she had the tires we needed so we drove there and they changed them out pretty fast. Great prices too! Tires were basically brand new!!!(2017 Nissan Murano)Second time, I needed a new tire. My rear passenger tire lost air quickly. My husband and I drove to them. Luckily they had what I needed. The price and shape of the tire was impressive. It was a Michelin Latitude. Michelin s are not cheap. Service was fast again.Overall, I recommend this shop to anyone who needs their services. They re professional at what they do. Prices are affordable.

These guys honestly saved our lives, Had a flat and no spear. Called All Stop Tire Shop And picked up even though they were closed. They met us at the shop and fixed the flat with a new tires less then 15 mins. Great people, Great location.

Very reasonable and fast. Came to my location in a matter of minutes. Towed me to their facility and took care of my blown out tire. I am so grateful for Alex today!!!!

Got 4 new tires on 4/18/20. Service was excellent. They kept on working even though there was a thunderstorm approaching. Now my truck rides perfect. Thanks to All Stop Tire Shop.

I drove all the way to this location to find out it s not 24 hours. Stop false advertising. Please correct business hours. Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 9AM-3PM. Sunday Closed!!4/25/2021 at 10:02PM

Alex and jen were very nice over the phone was also very patient we had our kids with us and they were loud and miss jen was like its ok i have kids also very kind answered the phone everytime we called ...we got lost told us the directions and told us the time the would be here and they did just that ...they pulled up with smiles on their faces and was very interactive with us ..we really appreciate their service and would revist again If ever get a flat tire when all tire shops are close call alex and jen they will get the job done fast with great customer service thanks again ...
