Had been here multiple times with no issue. Needed a part - was given the wrong one, so my car still had a code. However, since it had been installed, I could not return it. Got the correct part elsewhere for a better price. I understand that I could not return it since I had been installed, but when I went back to explain that it was the wrong part, I was made to feel like a complete idiot by one of the staff members. I was talked to like I was a child and felt so demeaned. I clearly damaged someone s ego and will not be returning to this location.I FULLY understand not getting a refund, but I simply wanted to tell them it was not the right part. Not sure what warranted them getting angry with me.

Placed an online order and went to the store about an hour later to pick up my parts. When I got there, there was 2 employees visible in the store with no customers and not doing anything. When I went to the counter to restreve my order it was ready or even pulled. Eddy had to look it up, go get it from the aisle and finish the transaction. I asked what is the use of ordering online if it's not ready when you get there. His response was for the savings. When I turned around and walked a few steps to the door he made a remark of " sorry to waste 2 extra minutes of your time". I turned around to let him know that is very disrespectful and that the user should have been ready since they weren't doing anything when I got there. This is unacceptable and very disrespectful.

Helped me get a new battery for my jeep quickly. Installed it and removed the other one while I waited. Didn't feel that I was charged a "pink" tax or treated differently from any male customers which is common place in many auto part stores. Thank you for getting me back on the road and being very helpful. Made a bad day a great experience!

Great staff, very helpful, and friendly. No long waits like other places. Took the time to make sure I had the right part and provided options. I brought in an alternator, battery, and starter to get tested. Turns out the only bad component was the starter. Coulda told me all three were bad and I would have trusted them. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. They also offer vet discounts which is appreciated. This is my go-to store from now on.

I've tried to utilize this location several times for convenience and quick stops but that's never the case here in my experience. Each time I've been in, I didn't feel welcomed nor did I get approached and helped even when there were multiple employees walking around. Once I do receive service the employees seem so clueless at times. On another note the store itself seems like it can use a bit more organization and some good ol fashion 5s work.

I like shopping at Advance Auto parts because you can get 25% off on almost anything they have. Look for coupons online, order online, and pick it up at the store. I've even gone there, looked it up with the counter clerk, and then ordered it on my phone. A few minutes later, it pops up in their system. It only works online, though.Update - I haven't seen the 25% off for awhile now, but you can still find 15-20% off. I recently stopped in looking for an obscure part, and they couldn't find it on their shelf. They called me back later to say they found it, and they were willing to stay later so I could come pick it up. Good customer service.

This is the second time i m at this location and the same employee his name is Mark makes the whole experience a bad one not only does he lack so much knowledge when it comes to car parts or just cars in general if you can t tell the difference between a perfectly fine sway bar link and a defective one there s a good chance you probably don t belong in the register helping costumers find parts i advice anyone to avoid this location until they can get someone who is at least somewhat knowledgeable about auto parts and is actually passionate about helping costumers

The two gentleman working in the store were super helpful. I came in looking for new windshield wipers for my truck and they walked me through the different ones available and even came out and offered to help me put them on my truck. I wish that every auto parts store had staff that was as friendly and helpful.

Had a negative experience at this location over the weekend and called the feedback line. It was escalated up to the store manager and district manager. I received a call from both managers the very next day, and was able to get what we were looking for at no charge thanks to Jeff. It was a really big help and he is awesome. Will definitely continue shopping at this location.

On this visit I had to wait for someone to help me, after I got my item I asked if they would install it as they have before and was told they don't do it anymore. I was disappointed in that because the item that I purchased can't be put in by me.

I didn't catch the name of the man that helped me but I think he was one of the assistant managers. I was having the WORST day imaginable - flat tire with a 6 month old in the car and then my battery died and they couldn't even get it to start enough to change it at Discount Tire. This guy brought the battery next door for me at discount tire and changed the battery for me. He was so incredibly kind and a breath of fresh air on a terrible day. I will definitely come back to this store in the future.

Love the knowledgeable staff and rewards program. No receipt, no problem. They ve got your purchase records stored by your phone number. With 7 vehicles and a do it myself attitude, this is one of my favorite stores.

Great experience. Came here after Auto Zone told me the head lamp for my car was $100 and that they were out of stock but I could go to another of their locations to pick it up. "Jeffrey P" found the bulb for $10.99 not only saving me over $85 after tax but he also installed it immediately after purchasing it. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you, Jeff! Great service! This location will continue to receive my business.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. I had a friend looking for a battery hold down and when she called she was told by Jay that she would need to know the size of her battery and that they could not look the part up by the type of car she drove. So I called and it was Jay on the phone again I asked what battery typically goes on her specific car and he managed to give me an answer then I asked what size the battery was. When he told me the size of it I asked if he had a battery hold down for that specific size battery because that was what my friend was told she would need to know and he put the pieces together that I was calling about her battery then proceeded to back track and tell us that he couldn't tell us if the part would work even though now we knew the size of the battery. He had even told her she could call back when she knew the size of the battery and he could help her. This was a complete waste of both me and my friend's time.

Made an online purchase st store #2027 at6514 FM 2920 ROADSpring, Texas 77379 for a 12lb jug of Road Runner ice melt. I was very surprised to see it available. I went ahead and made the purchase for ONE and was given an order number.I then placed a call to the store to see how long I had to pick it up. It was 830pm on a Thursday and I was told I had eight days. I said don't worry. I WILL be in tommorow to pick it up. I show the next day at 2pm as I said I would. We sold the rest this morning. Whats the POINT IN ORDERING ONLINE IF THEY'RE GOING YO SELL WHAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED.I drove 18 miles specifically for this product.The manager Donald Muton couldn't tell me why they would sell something that I customer prderd.I'll never do bussiness here again. My mistake was thinking I was ordering from Auordered.Its clear that making an order online at Advanced Auto parts means NOTHING.They'll just sell it and tell you TOUGH.

Came in on Saturday and Butch was amazing. He checked my batter and alternator and found out my battery was bad. He got me the right battery installed it in a matter of minutes and I was on my way. Great customer service

I told the guy that I needed an air filter and could he install it for meHe said yes. He completes the sale and tells me they can't install. He said what he needed to say to make a sale. Will never visit this store again!

I live down the street from another Advanced Auto Parts, but I would much rather driver a little further just to come to this location. Shawnna & Rodney are so informative and thorough and they make sure you have a better understanding of your car. Recommend this location 10/10.

Be careful buying parts by inexperienced employees (almost all of them), they sold me the wrong spark plugs for my truck and made it run worse and also now threw codes, then tell me there is no refund because its electrical. 30 bucks down the drain and have to start over, won't be shopping there any more. Can't post this without giving a star but it doesn't belong.

Horrible. Tried to warranty a brake booster i bought 6 months ago that went defective. No problem except they gave me the wrong part. So had to take it back again. Then, when they couldn't find the correct part they would not refund my money for their defective part. Said the could try to find one to order....after they already tried to find one and couldn't. Just a bit contadictive wouldn't you say. Been shopping at this store for many years and spent thousands. They lost that for just over a hundred bucks.

Went in for an issue pulley and they didn't have one on hand! He called other stores until he found one, then he was actually willing to go pick it up but it was close to my job so I picked it up.

Was just there on a Sunday an hour before they closed. Heard either the manager or one of the employees talking to someone on the phone very rudely telling them to search google for help. Any of the free services they offer at this location BEWARE. The employees will question you about it in a condescending way. For example, when I got the items I needed and was about to get into my car I heard an employee ask someone why they wanted them to install their windshield wipers. Why ask this question if you know you guys offered that as a free service? I decided to watch from my car to see how this employee was going to act and clearly they were frustrated about installing the wipers and barely tried before walking back into the store. If the service continues going like this, I give them a month before they go out of business under this management.

I took my car there today to have the battery check and the man told me my alternator was not working. Because it was the day before the 4th of July I had to drive 30 mins to a dealership and wait another 2 1/2 hrs for them to tell me i just needed a new battery. It they had just replaced my battery to begin with, I would have gained about 3 hours back into my busy schedule.
