My insurance company sent me over here after debris damaged my vehicle . The bumper was hanging and I didn t know how I was going to get back to Dallas. Casey got me in right away , fixed my bumper so I could drive back to Dallas safely. He got me an alignment and got me back on my way. Great customer service , honest people and would highly recommend.

They did a wonderful job! They work directly with the insurances which made the whole process extraordinarily easy. Christina was very sweet and she made scheduling the drop off a breeze. Marcos thoroughly explained what needed to be done, plus addressed any possibilities that may arise. I never felt out of the loop and I love their professionalism.

Casey was absolutely amazing on communicating with me about my car and getting it back to me on the expected time frame! The paint looks absolutely amazing, and you can t even tell it ever had damage!

First time there today and the service was impeccable. The decor was also pretty cool walking in it was like going back in time to the 1950s! They were kinds to my 6 year old son as well handing out candy and making him feel comfortable and happy. I was in and out with honest service! I will definitely be back when I need auto repair!

The 4.5 rating was the reason I chose A1 but they do not perform to their rating. No call backs, EXTRA scratches in paint on opposite side not damaged when it had none prior. Takes weeks longer than promised with no communication. Had to personally visit to find out what was going on. Took 3 weeks to get a part that I offer to buy and could get in 2 days. Buyer Beware! Will drive around with damage on car before I'll ever use them again.

This is a very good shop. The prices are very fair and the staff is very friendly and dedicated. I received a great help from them yesterday. Especially Brandon Nazario. I am very grateful to him. There are also another lady and a young man. Words can't express my gratitude.

These guys repaired rust damage around my windshield and seemed to do a fine job despite being several days late on their delivery time. HOWEVER, when I discussed coming by to pick up the vehicle I was told that they charge a 4% credit card fee. I was not told this by the repair shop that dropped off my truck at A-1 for repairs. It was sprung on me after I was without my vehicle for a week and was in need. I paid the credit card processing, but requested an itemized charge showing this charge. They could not do this. After getting home I started doing my research. Passing credit card charges onto customers in the state of Texas is illegal. Furthermore, it is a violation to not show itemized credit card processing charges on the receipt. I left this feedback on A-1's survey to which I got a voice mail from the shop owner who said that I (the customer who scammed out of over $40) must call up their card processor and protest the charges myself. He further said that he is not concerned about the laws. So if you are a potential customer of A-1, just consider how this business perceives us as customers. I am not disputing the quality of the work, just their lack of honesty and respect for customers and their lack of respect for the laws of the state where they do business.

The team at A1 did a fantastic job on my 2014 Corvette. Color matching was perfect and customer service was top notch from beginning to the end. I couldn't be happier.

Liars!!2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 2900 miles on it!Cody the General manager & Jeff his service advisor both lied to me on multiple occasions. Jeff lied to me for 2 weeks saying that vehicle was in the paint shop & the vehicle hadn t even been painted! They keep my vehicle for 3 months to get it back with over paint spray on my seats, dashboard, screen, vents, sanding dust everywhere (seats, & carpet were white), scratches on the screen, cigarette burn on the driver seat, a quarter size drip of paint in the cupholder. Moldings falling off on the interior of the vehicle. The headliner that was supposed to be replace wasn t and fingerprints all over it. The engine cover was removed and never reinstalled. The roof rails that they replaced was epoxied because they were broken in shipping.When I brought all this to Cody s attention, his response was y all rushed me!DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Service was very fast and I got my car back sooner than expected! They even washed and detailed my car so when I picked it up it looked good as new! Very happy with the service I received.

Had wrecked vehicle with blown air bags towed here. Insurance totaled it and picked up same day. A1 had assessed the car. Went in to pick up a personal key chain left behind the next day. First question, Hey, is your wife ok? WOW!! You don t teach that but you do build teams that have kindness and develop that culture. Thank you for caring A1!! Way to go! If ever needed again (hopefully not) you have a for-sure customer. I ve used them before but reminded why I was recommended to them in the first place. Btw, my wife is ok. My son was driving and he is ok too.

After taking some road debris damage they got me in within 24hrs, Casey was very professional and helpful. When safelite didn t want to replace windshield, they got one for my car and had me completed next business.

I dropped off my car here to get some body work done. Shop is very clean, employees appear to be very competent. They have an Uber cool 69 Mustang in the lobby of their store. Also excellent mannequins of Jake and Elwood blues.

The estimator (Billy I think his name is) is an idiot. He wanted to charge me almost $11,000.00 for a job Maaco quoted me just over $4,000.00 to do. If you have had an "uh-oh", like the ad says, "Better get Maaco." DO NOT go to Car Star!!!

I definitely recommend A Auto CARSTAR Collision and give them 5 stars for there service and them calling to give updates when usually with other places it's you that has to call them. Everyone was courteous and professional. You won't regret using them I promise.

Second time I went to get my car fixed. No complains at all. Christian helped me out and kept me updated about any changes on my car. Definitely will take my car to this place again If I have another accident. The job it s just amazing, more than perfect. 5 stars!

These guys were amazing! They were so knowledgeable and caring. They communicated frequently and in a timely manner throughout the entire process. They were invaluable with helping us navigate the towing and insurance nightmare. I highly recommend them!

I have been visiting A1 Auto CarStar for years, and have relied on them to handle my Allstate collision claims. I was disappointed to find out that this location is no longer their preferred vendor.This recent experience has made me aware that although Christian and Adrian have been providing good customer service, the facility itself is not an efficient/effective site to repair vehicles on time.My vehicle spent over 2 months at the shop mostly outside in the scorching heat. I can understand ongoing supply chain issues around parts but I was under the impression that my vehicle was in good hands. I have no illusions about driving an older vehicle, but I was upset to see that my vehicle was returned to me with new issues that weren't present before.The body work was adequate, but a friend pointed out the "new" reverse tail light bulb was not working and I had to take it back. I drove my vehicle to Carstar without battery issues, but when it was finally ready I had trouble starting my car. I showed it to an AutoZone associate and he mentioned being in the scorching heat for over 2 months could definitely contribute to battery issues. Luckily AutoZone replaced the battery since it was under warranty.I was not as fortunate when it came to an issue with my windshield. I affirmed that my glass was not blotchy previously, and even though their intake images didn't show the same damage, the indifferent manager Bradley shifted the liability towards it being an issue with using an after market windshield like it's some unheard concept. I found it ironic since this facility also offers it's customers aftermarket windshields. I guess customers need to be aware that this facility is not equipped to protect your vehicle from the elements for an extended time.I appreciated their efforts to "clean" the windshield, but I will no longer be recommending A1 Auto Carstar on Louetta to any of my family and friends. 2 stars instead of zero since dealing with Adrian and Christian were the only good aspect throughout my patronage.

Couldn t have went more smoothly. Marco was excellent with communication. Truck was done when he said it would be done.All in all a great shop and an easy experience. I d definitely return and recommend them.

My experience was fantastic! First time customer, and will come back if the need is there. Although, I hope I won t need to . The communication was thorough, frequent and very helpful. So this is for Shaun, which was the guy who took care of me and my car in good faith being a Honda certified collision center with GREAT reviews which I thought I would be in good hands! Boy was I in for a horrible life learning lesson!Where do I begin...They had my car for 3 months and I was told it would only be a month.They just kept on giving me the run around.When I FINALLY got my car back it was a complete nightmare!They didn't put the correct part that I originally had on it andALL of the work that was completed was extremely unprofessional and POORLY done!For this place being a 4.5 star rated Honda certified collision center, it's a JOKE.My front bumper looks like they had some trouble putting it back on. They pretty much put some kind of glue on it and I didn't notice that until my AC went out in my car. I know it's their fault because a simple clip that holds the AC line in place was broken.A couple months later, my AC line ruptured due to the line rattling against other components in the engine which caused all the freon to come out.Took it to my mechanic and he showed me personally the problem.So I ended up paying my mechanic $370 to replace that AC line and also make sure it was properly secured.Also ONE of my biggestissues I had with them I would have to say, before they painted my hood they have to prime it first and in that process it most definitely appeared that they TOTALLY did NOT even cover the car at ALL!I didn't notice till I got close to home and stopped at the car wash cause my car NEEDED a wash, that they had PROMISED me that they said they would have it washed and WAXED before pick up!I now have primer mist ALL over my windshield, top of car, both side of car windows, the side doors, trunk, pretty much ALL OVER my car.Extremely disappointed and do not understand how they are even still in business!PEASE DO NOT LET THE 4.5 STAR FOOL YOU, "FAKE GOOD REVIEWS "!(PLEASE BE AWARE!)This was definitely a life learning experience for me. Mext time I will definitely be taking my car to an actual Honda dealership!Honestly, I DO NOT understand how they are even still in business and getting away with treating people this way. I came in yesterday to get an estimate for my vehicle because the night before my car was hit in my apartment complex and the person ran instead of leaving any contact info. I was helped out by Jessica M. She was extremely helpful and detailed in her estimate and explained everything to me in a way for me to easily understand. She was amazing! Really helped me understand the process and how to go forward. She made it very easy and stress free in a very stressful situation.
