I recently had the pleasure of having Scott and Gene take me in so quickly to install protective shielding for my catalytic converter on my 2021 Ford F150. I was immensely pleased with their prompt service, as they took me in without any delay and took just under an hour to complete the installation. Scott and Gene were very friendly individuals, and I particularly enjoyed my conversation with Scott. The level of customer service extended was nothing short of exceptional. I will return for any automotive needs. Thank you Scott and Gene.

My experience with the owners was a very good one. They took the time to talk to me about my concerns when I was inquiring about installing a catalytic converter skid plate cover. These guys got the work done and were very professional !!! I'd definitely recommend this shop!

Got my exhaust done recently. It was art. Such a precision work that cannot be described. I'm usually the kind of guy that before doing something i always go 3 times. First to check prices and to know if they know what I'm talking about. ( ) Gene knew exactly what I was talking and gave me the best price. The 2nd time. To see what is it that it is needed for the project ( ). And 3rd to make the appointment and confirm ( ). Let me tell you... In all those 3 times Mr Gene Young gave me a sense of trust. He knew exactly what he was talking about. In fact. He knew that V6s New Edges has a 2" offset at the drivetrain. Left my car with him. It was on the best hands. If you need to get some project done to your vehicle. Go there and see Mr Gene Young. He is THE Man. I know I'll go back some other time for another project.

Had a broken head bolt and needed some custom exhaust work done. They not only did an excellent job, they also didn't charge an arm and a leg. Excellent quality and craftsmanship.

This place is a gem for exhaust work - local, honest, affordable, courteous, kind and timely service on my 91' YJ. They are knowledgeable and will do the dirty work with insurance for you. Wonderful service provided by Scott and his team. We drove in from out of town last night and had our vehicle vandalized over night. They cut the catalyst converter off of our Toyota. I called many places but they were not able help us (it being the day before Christmas Eve). Scott told me he could work on it today and just like that his team got the job done. These guys are amazing! They do quick work with affordable prices! They didn't try to Price gouge me at all. They are very nice and work with you and your situation. If I wasn't moving to North Carolina in a month and a half I would say this place would be the only auto care place I would go. Don't pass them up! They changed my catalytic converter and installed a horn button for me because my horn wouldn't work and all this was done for me in just a few hours! They will be replacing my alternator tomorrow as well. Man I wish I could give them more than 5 stars ..... so happy with their service!

I was referred here by a fantastic auto mechanic in the area who said that my issue might be better handled by "Busy Bee's", which I thought was an interesting name. We were having a rattling sound coming from the bottom of our wheelchair accessible minivan which has a ramp, hydraulics, etc. We were afraid it could be a very costly repair. I called Busy Bee's and the gentleman was just super nice over the phone and said to bring it in, but that I may need to leave it with them. I brought in the van a week or so later. Not only did they get it on the lift immediately, but the fixed the problem there on the spot, and charged me next to nothing to do the repair. Nicer and more honest folk you will not find. I went to busy bees today because my check engine light came on. Gene checked it and reset it for me because it didn't seem to have a problem. Could be the gas cap. That has been the trouble with my son's Ford ranger. Scott and Gene are very nice guys they have been really helpful to me and they don't charge you an arm and a leg.

I don t give 5 stars often but I can t think of a reason not to. Estimate on target and didn t try to make me do extra work or extra parts. Replaced brake pads in my Nissan Leaf. Neighbor recommended to me. Military discount. Take your car here.

Great customer service. Gene and Scott are very honest and knowledgeable. Have had Gene work on my vehicles since 1989 when he was at his other shop. He has always taken care of me when I needed his help. Highly recommend you take you vehicle there.

Gene was great! I have begun to rebuild an '82 Chevy as a hobby. Gene helped walk me through deciding what right choices were for the style i was going for. He was patient, humble, and friendly. He arrived early so i could drop off before work and stayed late until i could make it after work. He explained how the exhaust change out went and took his time to answer my questions. I really appreciate that as a woman. Often times my experience with shops, is that i am underestimated, talked down to, or flat out lied to about "needed work." I know i can trust Busy Bees. Scott and Gene have been my got to for repairs and muffler work for about 16 years now and I still recommend them when someone asks. Always treated me fairly and honestly and I know they will do the work they say they did!

I was recommended this business by a friend from work and I ve always been extremely hesitant about going to mechanics. This was a completely different experience than what I ve endured from some. Scott answered all my questions and gave me all the information needed. Not the sugar coating that usually comes with an arm and a leg price. Scott and Gene did outstanding work and talked me through each and every thing that needed to be done on my car. Which was at first I thought was only the catalytic converter. They then showed me a cracked exhaust manifold and a burnt oxygen sensor. Checked my spark plugs and just all around were awesome humans! You don t come across such honest, humble, hard working men. If you need work done. I wouldn t hesitate to come here. Thank you busy bee!

Gene and Scott are awesome guys and excellent mechanics. They are there to fix your vehicle at a reasonable price - and they know what they re doing. I had a quote from Service First that was over $1600.00 and what they were going to do would not have actually fixed the issue - Scott not only fixed it, but the cost was less than $300.00. Never will I go anywhere else.

I am so thankful I found A Busy Bee's Auto Repair shop and that it is near my home! I take all of my vehicles for service to these mechanics. I give my highest recommendation and encourage my friends and neighbors to have repairs and maintenance performed there. They are knowledgeable, efficient and their services are reasonably priced. Scott and Gene have helped me steer clear of other sub-standard service providers and over-priced or unnecessary services recommended by other shops. They keep my autos on the road in good running condition. Of course, they guarantee their work. I would not go anywhere else!

Had a great experience. My starter died and a neighbor recommended these guys to take care of it. They had me in and out in about an hour and half and the price was very reasonable. I'm so used to mechanics trying to oversell me because I'm a girl, but these guys were awesome. Got my starter fixed and got me back on the road.

I give them a huge zero! They first put an alternator in my car and drove it up a block up the road and it quit. They did come pick me up and replaced it once again. As a single woman you are always hesitant to walk into a mechanic shop. Figured i would use them again. What a HUGE MISTAKE. Dishonest about the problem and ordering parts. I also service the public , for 38 years and give honesty if I am not sure. So the part was ordered and according to them would be ready Friday. That coming from my male friend on speaker phone that was helping me before he left back to Michigan to work.Picked it up and was told the part was not ordered and as I asked questions about what to do next, the ugliness came out from Scott. I drove away with the car not even being looked at and got a whole different story on the phone. I could have sent them a lot of new business but will not even look their way again and make sure anyone i know............. Knows the story of what and where dishonest mechanics are. Busy Bee. Whatever happened to honesty and values? They definitely lack! Don't bother!

After going to Scott and Gene at Busy Bees for over 10 years now, I'll never trust another mechanic. They don't beat around the bush on pricing or try to rip you off. They charge exactly what's needed and nothing more. I went to a place that was a little closer to my house and was estimated $800 and to purchase a credit card to make payments on it and took it to Scott at Busy bees to see if it'd be cheaper and literally paid less than half that! I was amazed at how much other mechanics will try to rip you off. I highly recommend to anyone! I promise you you won't find anyone better in Spring!

My sons car was over heating. He took it to this place and agreed to the fix for $458.00.....Then he called me. I show up and ask the white haired mechanic to show me what is being fixed. He shows that it needs a water housing and a new hose. I priced the part for $28.00. Hose for $15.00. He instantly got a attitude with me. I replaced just the hose and 2 clamps for 19.00 bucks. Car is running fine without overheating. Places like this should be ashamed of trying to take advantage of young people. I'm gonna pray for you...God don't like ugly.

I Will not go anywhere else Gene and Scott are true professionals. I am A Disabled Vet with a fixed income and they are very accommodating. i am very happy when i take any of my vehicles to them. I will forever be a customer and advise all my people to go to Busy Bee's.

We got quotes of $1400 and $1200 to replace a catalytic converter. I called Gene and he said that he would charge just over $700. In this day and age of dog eat dog , it is EXTREMELY gratifying to know that there are still honest, decent businessmen out there - someone who will do a job, do it right, and not take you to the cleaner. Gene is the type of guy who wants to shake your hand, and have that handshake actually mean something. My family has three vehicles and now that we ve found Gene and Scott, I won t be taking them anywhere else!!! Thank you for a job VERY well done, Gene!I honestly don't know how the earlier reviewers could have written such bad reviews. My wife (a TRUE skeptic) and I agree that Gene and Scott are true rarities - honest mechanics!!

These guys are the best in Spring. I had gone to two different shops and they took my money and still could not fix the problem. When I went to Busy Bee's they kept my vehicle a day or two and figured out the problem. I'm so glad they figured it out because we were about to give up since our vehicle was up in years and costing us so much. Not with Busy Bee's they were affordable and honest and did an excellent job at figuring out the issue in no time. Will use them from now on.

We have been using Gene and Scott for years. They are honest and recommend them to everyone. It's like having my dad work on my vehicle again, I trust them that much.
