Oh but looook Had my eye on a unit here for a few days. Waited till after the holidays on Black Friday and worked out a deal cash for a great and rare 22 but new trailer. Awesome blessing ready to bless my lot with its beauty style and grace great service and teamwork. Transport and delivery taken care of as well as quick repair to my outside kitchen latches during pdi etc. first time to this town but won t be the last time doing business with them.

See below for updated post:Shannon, Tim, Rick, Mikey, the entire delivery team. Everything was/is top notch!Our Forest River Timberwolf Black Lable was delivered and set up this morning and we are 100% satisfied.Happy wife Happy life.I have no hesitation recommending San Antonio RV at their Spring Branch location.Jim & ReneeUpdate, while the staff continue to nice and understand, we're now into a second week of our tankless water heater not working. We've been informed that this location no longer has a field technician to help us. We've called the Trailer manufacturer and the water heater manufacturer. No solution except to find some other authorized tech.... and We've left messages with two so far.This is unfortunate to make this update, but we're now in a 3 month old $60k+ Trailer with a non-working water heater.

I highly highly recommend San Antonio RVs. I just bought my travel trailer there, it was my first time experience with a dealership or buying a new trailer and it was a really great experience. There s no salesmanship or pushiness, only knowledge and help. prices are great, I got a really good deal about $8000 less than the same model I was looking at in Austin. My sales person Tim was great as well as the finance manager who got me set up very quickly. Even best were the makeready people who made my trailer clean and tested and ready to go, and walked me through an orientation to make sure I understood how everything worked. Even after I drove away Jason and Eddie responded to numerous calls and emails I had with questions. The service of the people here goes above and beyond. Fantastic experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Showed up 10 minutes early to have warranty forever "inspection" for our Forest River Camper and was told by a tech to unhitch it behind the service bay and go into the service trailer. Husband was unhitching and I went into service trailer, no one there. Went into main trailer and they were going to call the warranty service guy. Came back out and told tech could find anyone. By this time, I was getting aggravated as we had other appointments to be at. I said to him that this was ridiculous and they should be here for our appointment. He attacked me verbally and was very rude. However, he did not behave the same when my husband said "we have things to do also" . I felt like I was being disrespected because I was a woman. We ended up hooking up the camper and left at 10:15am due to other appointments. Not one person from that store called us. Very poor customer service. Service people should be in their respective trailer when they have an appointment.

Purchased our first camper as a family and we are very pleased not only with the purchase but the team behind it. From sales, Rick, financing, also Rick, to the service team, Cody, were all so accommodating and courteous, even with us chasing our little kiddos around the office. A big thank you from us!

6 star Service stuck with 5 Star ReviewI rolled in to get my hitch adjusted. They dropped everything they were doing, hammered my stuff out in 5 minutes or less, nascar style, then didn't want me to pay them! That not being right I made sure to square up. You cant get this type of service just anywhere.... make sure you support them.

We recently purchased a Blue Ox Sway Pro weight distribution hitch from SARVS-SB based on the recommendation of the Service department team of Darrin Carr and Chris Kuhlmann. Wow, what an impressive system! Darrin and Chris worked us in quickly for the installation of the hitch and made everything smooth. Many of the reviews for this dealership rave about the Sales side of the organization and we can attest that Service is top notch. Thank you Darrin and Chris for recommending Blue Ox. We love it!

Attention Matt McConnell, I thought you would like to be made aware of the complete and utter incompetence of your service department at the Spring Branch location. In particular that of Darren Carr. We opened a work order at the end of June for an AC and microwave on a RV purchased from the Spring Branch location through a warranty sold to us by the Spring Branch location. Apparently the work order was "lost" for a month. After numerous phone calls over several weeks I finally got in touch with Darren. When I told him it had been 6 weeks since the Tech came out with absolutely no word from them his response was and I quote "Yea that sounds about right" No apologies, no nothing. He attempted to shift the blame onto somebody named Jason. As the customer I don't care who is to blame. Darren is the manager so this is his responsibility. Then I had to wait another week for the tech to come back out to verify what the tech had already submitted on the work order. 7 weeks without AC now. After that I received a phone call from Darren telling me that the warranty company allotted $200 for parts on this repair. However, to have the parts overnighted would cost $207. I offered to pay the $7 overage and he told me and I quote. "Ya, it doesn't work that way. If I sold parts for the same price I bought them for I couldn't stay in business." You heard that correctly. After jerking us around for two of the hottest months on record he refused to overnight the parts over a matter of $7. So we waited another week. We are into week 9 now. The parts finally came in. The tech came out to put them on and he ordered the wrong parts. So we had to wait another week for the right parts to come in. 10 weeks total. 2 1/2 months! Once the tech had the right parts in his hands it took him about 20 minutes to install. This has been by far the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in my 45 years on this planet. Due to sheer incompetence we suffered through two of the hottest months on record in years with a broken air conditioner due to the actions of one Darren Carr. Mind you, we purchased this RV from San Antonio RV Spring Branch. We purchased the warranty from San Antonio RV Spring Branch and this is how they treat their customers. Avoid San Antonio RV Spring Branch at all costs!

Unfortunately they would not show us anything that we had found online for the lower price ranges. I think they were bait online because they did not have them on their lot like they said they did. Showed us everything much higher than we had wanted to spend and made us walk through the mud instead of driving us around in a cart. They also deal in much older RVs as well as new ones but with other dealerships they don't carry such older trashed up units.

So many great things to say, let s start with our story. We live in Utah and fell in love with a 311A13 Toy hauler floor plan. We looked all over the country to find the right unit. We were lucky to find exactly what we were looking for at San Antonio RV in Spring branch. We initially met with Tim in sales.Tim was super helpful and answering all of our questions. He even went above and beyond quite literally by playing spider man to get under the roof of our camper to make sure that I felt comfortable with the condition that the roof was in. He took every detailed picture that we needed in order to feel comfortable with the purchase. He kept us up to date along the way. Even arranged for our bank check to be overnighted by Fed Ex after a glitch with the USPS system. Thanks Tim for being awesome!Our next encounter came from Giovanni, the service manager. Giovanni sent us a detailed list of potential upgrades that we could consider, complete with labor costs. We opted to add a slide topper from the dealer and we couldn t be more pleased. The process was great, and working with Giovanni and his team made us feel comfortable purchasing a coach that was over 1300 miles away. The service team made sure our coach was completely in operating condition, and made assurances that even though we were far away that even after delivery a few details that hadn t been addressed due to back ordered parts would be taken care of by the company and addressed our mobile RV mechanic here in our home state. Giovanni made every assurance that we felt comfortable with the process. Thanks my good man!Next on our list of awesome is Jason, he completed our walk-through and made sure to not only give us a detailed understanding of our new coach, he gave us a few tips and tricks that he learned over the years. This being our first fifth wheel, we had some rookie level questions that he was able to answer for us. We appreciated his openness to help.Finally, at the end of the journey came Mikey, he was the driver who brought our camper from Spring Branch to our home in Utah. Mikey called us along the way and made sure that we knew his whereabouts, and was flexible in all of our crazy schedule. (Note: having a seven year old in multiple sports makes life a bit nuts). Mikey was able to accommodate our schedule and dropped our rig off at 6:30am in the morning, even backed into our RV pad flawlessly. Mikey also took the time to walk through the entire camper pointing out a few things to make sure we felt comfortable with the delivery. Mikey is good people!In all, every single person we worked with at San Antonio RV in Spring Branch was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all friendly. If you're looking for an RV go to San Antonia RV's. If you go to San Antonio RV's ask for JOE TURNER! He went above and beyond when helping my wife and I find the perfect RV. We had looked at a couple other places but none really made us feel like it was quite right until we found this place. 5 stars and highly recommeded!

Had to sell my RV about a month ago I have to say it was the best and easiest experience I ve ever had Shannon made it so easy for us. Me and my family were going through a hard time during that time and I can t express how happy I am at the service provide it for us. I highly recommend this to anyone if you re in the the need of an RV come here they will take care of you like your close, friends and family . Shannon even called me after the transaction a few weeks later just to see how I m doing .They did not cut any corners. They did not try to squeeze every dollar out of you they did not try to make the most money out of the deal. They were honest and fair, I never felt pressured or manipulated throughout . They take care of you 100%.

I can't say enough how happy my wife and I were to go to San Antonio RVs Spring Branch! Everyone was polite, down to Earth, and really took the time to meet our needs! Had my walk through in freezing temps. that day and was still given the red carpet treatment!Can't wait to take our Greywolf DBH for a spin!

We were at Guadalupe River State Park when are Winnebago side out stopped working! For the the third time since we bought this 1808FBS a year ago! Every time we open or close the slide out there s a pray and fingers crossed! We are from Canada so we are in a bind! We called and got mister Marcus! Service Manager! He told us to come in and they would look at it! Every one else we called said 3 to 6 weeks! Well they fixed us up on the spot! Not because they had to ! Just because they understood the problem! We highly recommend this place!

I purchased a travel trailer from San Antonio RV recently and the experience was fantastic. Everyone is laid back, no one is trying to upsell you and they make you feel like you can trust them right away. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for an RV.

I regret buying a brand new RV here. When I bought this RV, the bottom of the RV was already rusty. When you buy their brand-new RV, they will say that there is a one year warranty, but even a small problem is will take a year to fix .. so basically that one year warranty is doesn t make sense

Great experience from the moment we walked in the door to the day we took home our new RV just a few short weeks later! Tim was a great salesman and made the process very smooth and actually enjoyable! After purchasing the husband had questions about transitioning to a fifth wheel hitch and spoke with Giovanni, who was super helpful and knowledgeable. The trailer was ready for pickup sooner than expected and everything was in great working order. Robert did a great job on our walk through and thoroughly answered all our questions. The service team installed our new hitch and ensured we were happy with everything. Excellent team and super excited to have this high caliber RV Dealer in this area.

It s the best place to buy an RV anywhere! We live a couple hours away and it was worth it. Tim, Rick, and the boss treated us great! We bought the first one that Tim showed us. The process was very fast for us because of the great organizational skills of these guys. We recommend these guys!!

Took my RV to the service department for a slide issue. It was not purchased from them. It did not matter. Excellent work, completed when promised, no hidden charges or surprises at pick up. Ask for Eddie in the service department. He will treat you right. If I decide to purchase another RV in the future, SARVs will be my first stop.

The service department at San Antonio RVS in Spring Branch is awesome! This crew replaced my broken window, repaired my hot water heater, and helped with several other miscellaneous issues. They even cleaned the inside of the RV before I left. They were very patient with all my questions, and helped explain upkeep and maintenance that I can do myself. I m so glad I found this place, and I will return for any future work on my 5th wheel. I highly recommend them.

First time buyer... my wife and I shopped around online and decided to visit San Antonio RVs - Spring Branch to start our search. Amazing experience all around... Joe Turner (Sales) patiently walked through their selection of travel trailers and answered all of questions over the course of 3 days. Joe never pressured us into a sale and made us feel very comfortable with the whole sales process. Joe even had a travel trailer transferred from their Seguin location, which ended up being the one we purchased... thank you Joe for exceeding our expectations! Transitioning to financing, Rick Rios (Finance) does an awesome job... found us a great rate, excellent extended warranty package, and stayed late to walk us through the paperwork and warranty details... thanks Rick for taking care of us! And finally to accessories/parts/service... Giovanni (Parts/Service) was amazing walking us through parts and upgrades. He was extremely knowledgeable with the options for our travel trailer, quickly researched solutions to upgrade features we wanted, suggested options we didn't know we wanted/needed, and is very creative in finding a viable solution for everything we asked about. You can't go wrong with San Antonio RVs in Spring Branch... they're just getting established in this area, but their team works hard for you and goes above and beyond! Tim was a great sales person and Rick was great too but that is where it stopped. Bought our trailer in Feb. took it in for several warranty issues in May and didn't get it back til late July. Kept getting the run around from Marcos who wouldn't even speak to us when we went to pick it up. Service dept was awful . no return calls, lots of excuses. Did not fix cable issue. Had to pay someone to fix it out of our pocket. Service dept excuse was they didn't have cable hook up there. According to Seguin maintenance and KZ not needed as there are other tools to use. And the list could go on. Very disappointed after spending $80,000 on trailer.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jason in the service dept. After talking to him on the phone and sending him a few pictures, we were able to find the parts I needed. He answered my questions about the fix and I was able to get my trailer back up in running within 30 min.

Great experience consigning my 5th wheel here! Priced it at several different RV lots that didn't get close to what I still owed as the market and inflation have slowed recreational buying. Spoke with Jas and he assured me that he could get what I wanted for it. Barely a month later and it was sold for almost what I still owed. Very happy I went with Jas and his team. Highly recommend consigning at the Spring Branch location!
