Terrible business practices! We had taken our truck to Romeo to have engine replaced, he quoted one price, then changed the price 3 different times. My husband told him no, it wasn't worth fixing it with the last price he had quoted. He then told us he would give us to the next day to get it removed from premises, otherwise he would charge storage rent, this was a weekend, so didn't have time to find another shop since most close at 12 on Saturday, or are closed on weekends. We didn't reside in the area as of that date, so had no home to tow it to, he knew this, yet didn't care. His whole plan was to buy the truck for a cheap price, drop engine in and make 9-10 grand for truck. We really didn't have a choice, but to sell it to him, and he knew it. We ended up selling it to him for1,300.00. We are retired senior citizens and felt he took full advantage of the fact. I wouldn't recommend this business!Service: Engine repair

Our engine misfired during a long drive, and Rincon Auto Repair was able to get the problem fixed quickly and professionally. Great service that I would highly recommend!

Best customer service hands down!! Pulled in to Rincons heading to our vacation spot on a Saturday(after hours) & Romeo knew exactly what to do to help fix us up & he had all the right connections to save the day & get us back on our way in just a few short hours. He went out of his way to make us feel at home the whole we waited. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable in what he does but an over all genuine person with the biggest heart. 10 stars!You will not be disappointed.

Romeo was amazing. Great service when we needed it the most on our trip through town and our car had troubles. He went above and beyond to make our troubles seem to disappear while getting the car back in order so we could finish our trip.

I am very happy with the service here. I had all my brake pads replaced plus all the rotors refinished and they did a great job. Honest, straight forward with price & timing, good communication. Romeo is a solid, trustworthy business owner. Highly recommended.

We have been using Rincon s auto repair for almost a decade now and have only good things to say about the owner and the business he runs. It s very rare to run into a good and honest mechanic like him. Anytime something comes up with one of our vehicles, we are confident that when we take it to him, not only will it be a fair price, but we can expect to have it back quickly and with a job well done. My 2010 Ranger had started leaking coolant, and I needed repairs done immediately. I called up Romeo at Rincon and he said to bring it in, and he would work on. Within 30 minutes, he knew what the issue was and got me a price. He ordered the part, did the repair, and I was able to pick it up later that same day.Romeo is very professional, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone in the area seeking auto repairs!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Romeo was AWESOME... Extremely fair price, his estimate was spot on, and his customer service was professional!! We will be taking our Tahoe here until we get something new and then we will take that car to him as well!! I will highly recommend RINCON auto repair to everyone!!

It has been about two months since I had my 2012 F250 worked on at Rincon Auto Repair and the truck continues to work great. The issue I had was a very long crank before the engine would turn. I took the truck to the dealership twice and was quite disappointed that they couldn't really pinpoint what the problem was. The alternatives I was given there where shots in the dark and the cost of doing what they recommended was astronomical without guaranteeing that it would fix the long crank issue. I decided to do the research on my own and came out empty handed. So, I did a google search on shops that worked on diesel trucks and found Rincon. I took the truck there and, after a little bit of struggle trying to find the real issue, they found the exact problem. The in-tank lift pump was damaged. They replaced it and the truck has been firing up like new since then. Rincon did what the dealership couldn t, and they did it with a smile and great service. I highly recommend you pay them a visit; Romeo is great hard-working guy. Very glad I found them.

Been taking all my vehicles here for several years. Romeo always goes out of his way to make sure myself and my family are safe. Hard to find a mechanic that s honest and fair AND that does excellent work. Would recommend to anyone.

Car suddenly started making a squealing sound while driving. Took it to Rincon's and Romeo drove it, had it on the lift and replaced a rear bearing in a couple of hours. Did I mention that he did this on a Saturday, he is normally closed on weekends. He worked on ours because we had brought it in Friday and he was not able get to it. We told he we were willing to leave it over the weekend but he wanted to look at it as he had promised. He explained what he found and showed us the part he replaced. The car drives noise-free now.Rincon's has a clean organized shop and Romeo is very professional about his business. Prices are reasonable and the service is outstanding. He provides a warranty and a parts and labor guarantee for his work. Rincon's goes above and beyond.I will be taking my vehicles to Romeo for any maintenance they may need.Service: General repairs & maintenance

As someone who has gone through 32 cars in 26 years, I have experienced the shady, sleezy, corrupted nature of the "Auto Industry". This place is legit, no BS, reasonable price when everyone knows the cost of car owning. I can tell the owner is a good, hardworking person who deserves the business he gets. I hope he stays blessed.

Coming through Texas headed back home to Missouri and my serpentine belt broke off leaving me stranded.. Romeo was nothing short of professional. His customer service was awesome and he was very helpful.. He stayed after hours to get me fixed up as I had to get back home stat.. I would HIGHLY recommend Rincon Auto Repair!

I give Rincon Auto Repair a 5 Star.Rincon Auto Repair is an awesome auto repair Shop. Took my 07 Dodge Ram there to have a Fuel Pump Installed and Mr. Romeo had it repaired in hardly no time. Romeo was very courteous and very Professional. I highly recommend this shop for your car repairs.

Romeo is the best mechanic in this area. He will always give you a fair price. We've taken many of our vehicle to him. He has recently moved a short distance away from his original shop. Just two driveways down and you will find his shop.

I highly recommend Romeo Rincon of Rincon Auto Repair. He is honest, knowledgable, informative, and friendly on top of that! Romeo is a technician who takes his work seriously and his shop is pro-ball all the way. I appreciate people who take pride in doing an excellent job. You are in good hands if you take your car here.

Great work! I was towed to Rincon by Fatboy's towing. Romeo took my car in right away. He did a diagnostic and ordered the parts right away. My car was up and running in a day and a half. I will be back to Rincon with my other car when the time comes.

Stopped by to have my car checked out before I made the drive back to Houston. Talked to the guy that came outside and he was super personable and assuring that my car would be okay to make the drive back to my regular mechanic. Thanks a bunch!

This mechanic shop is amazing, not only did the owner drive to my house because my 2013 ram was dead in the drive way but he then towed it to his shop and had it fixed and ready to go in a couple hours.
