Jiffy Lube Bulverde/Spring Branch is living up to their name! They got my alternator replaced in a Jiffy ! I called a few local mechanics and no one could see me for at least 2 weeks. Then I called Jiffy Lube, and same day, in and out, done and done, and for a reasonable price. I m so grateful. Thanks William, Ethan, Matthew and all the staff of Bulverde/Spring Branch Jiffy Lube for the professionalism, friendliness and can-do attitude. Really appreciate y all.

I went in thinking I was needing a $400 repair. The mechanic evaluated and recommended trying something else (1/2 the price) and see. So I did and sure enough looks like that was the right evaluation. Great job, guys!!

Great place to get your oil change! A welcoming environment from the get go! I pulled around out back, someone came to my window almost immediately(they were pretty busy)I told them what I needed and the technician walked me inside to let me know that there was complimentary water and a place to sit comfortably while I waited for my oil change to be complete. Someone else came inside shortly after and went over a report of my vehicles conditions and let me know of a few things that could potentially be taken care of! Some of which consisted of services my vehicles manufacturer recommends to prolong the life of my vehicle. I did replace my rear wiper and my AC filter which I had no knowledge of being in my car. They even showed me where it was located when I asked to assure there was no funny business! Great service all around, everyone I interacted with was super nice. Will definitely be coming back for future services and maybe the supposed manufacturer services if they re reasonably priced. Thank you for your teams amazing service!

As always they are moving things along there. Not too much wait time even with a few cars ahead of me. They get the job done in record time and offer all available discounts. The staff is always very friendly and professional. I go there for my oil changes, tire rotations and vehicle inspections.

I had taken my suburban there to fix a battery , they found a brake issue and had it all fixed up and done with in 2 days and great priced. Did all they could to help and I appreciate all of you thank you so much I will be coming by for any other issues in the future. 5 gold stars for all of you. * My appreciation sent greatly*

Stopped by this local Jiffy Lube for a state inspection and oil change.Fernado assisted me promptly and quoted me cost for services. He later recommended tire rotation and recommendations for future services.Had the state inspection, oil change and tire rotation within forty minutes.Great customer service with a group of courteous employees.

The man who checked me in was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The technicians immediately serviced my car, rotated the tires and did a state inspection. On my way out they smiled, waved, and said thank you.Wow! I consider that nothing short of perfect!

William, the mechanic on staff was absolutely incredible! Did not do any unnecessary work that I originally asked for. Actually looked at my vehicle let me know exactly what was going on. William was extremely thorough, explained everything in detail and even showed us the exact issue. I will always come back to my local jiffy lube and I recommend y all do the same!

My wife's 2013 Fiat. Had to send out for thre new oil filter.Red cloth interior drivers seat stained with oily residue from employees trousers.Much better service expected for a $100+ four quart oil change. Time to move to a new provider.

I went in to have my brake fluid flushed and they forgot to add enough brake fluid when they were done. I drove away and my dashboard lights lit up like a Christmas tree. I took my truck back and they added more brake fluid witch seamed ro correct the problem. I gave a 2 star only because the manager was cool about the issue.

Sent my 16 year old son to get inspection done. They refused to pass it unless he paid $800 for new brake pads. He called me and I told him go to Take 5. Take 5 passed it and said brakes were fine. I check them when he got home, none were below 8 mm.

I m assuming they changed my oil. The did not fill my washer fluid (with water) or check my air in my tires, they needed a little and they didn t put a new sticker in my window, I had to ask. They did this to both my car and my husband s. We had them don t the same day. With as expensive as the oil changes are, we would expect these promised basic services.

The staff greeted me as soon as I arrived. Once they began looking at my vehicle a staff member came in to talk to me and to see if I had any other concerns. He explained my next maintenance services that would be due in the future. He explained everything well. I will continue to go back because the staff always makes me feel like I m their priority and they are efficient. Highly recommend!Service: Oil change

Service was busy which made waiting time longer than usual. Your price for a synthetic oil change has become non- competitive even with a $15 coupon. You charged $120 minus $15 coupon and I can get the same for $80 elsewhere. I won t be back.

Information provided.1/22/2024 - Jiffy Lube responded to the review requesting my contact information.1/20/2024 - Original review posted.I took my car to this Jiffy Lube and a state inspection. They were very busy so I sat patiently in the store and witnessed several people getting a surprise at the counter. The surprise was all sorts of additional service their car or truck "needed". High on the list were various fluid changes and brakes. Lots and lots of brakes.Then it was my turn. Besides the inspection and oil change, my car needed new brakes in the rear (wear was down to 3mm of pad and in the red danger area and fronts were in the yellow. According to JL, you need to change the rotors with the pads so somewhere near $900. They recommended doing the fronts with the rears since they were just behind in wear. Also recommended was front differential fluid, coolant top-off, a cabin filter and wipers.I changed the wiper exactly 5 days before my trip to JL - not needed. The front differential fluid should be changed by Toyota and not for another 30,000 miles - not needed. I decided to change my own cabin filter and saved $30.The real point of this review is I decided that the car should be taken to a Toyota dealer for the full mileage interval service but I had them look at the brakes since JF flagged them. The rear had 8 mm of pad left and the front had 7 mm. The Toyota certified master mechanic said the brakes, in no possible way, needed to be changed. Nor should the front differential fluid until it is time.The lesson is it seems to me either JL are paying their employees on commission or are getting some sort of benefit by pushing services that are not needed or required. But this isn't new - go read the other reviews here. Lots and lots of fabricated overselling.I will be finding a more reputable, trustworthy place to get car service done.

The employees at Singing Oaks jiffy lube or professional and kind. They hustle on your car and they're not pushy. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Staff is good. Unfortunately they were unable to do a transmission flush on my car BUT it was right before closing and at least they checked to see if they'd be able.

I went for a safety inspection & was told their 1 inspector was at lunch. I waited. While performing the inspection I watched as he struggled to get something out of my glove box. When asked what he was doing he stated that he was trying to get my air cabin filter out. I asked him to please stop, that those filters are replaced by the dealers service department. Another guy walks up & tells me that it s policy if I have an inspection with them. Looking for the up sells I am sure. I watched as at least 5 other workers strolled around even throwing a football in the side yard. I will not be returning any time soon.

They wouldn t pass my inspection without windshield wipers. Would replace them if they were really bad but they aren t. They just have to get a up sale. Took the vehicle to take 5 and passed no problem.

oil change at Spring Branch location. After week I noticed a spot of oil in my garage from my new Camaro.Went to my son's shop. only to find out my oil filter was not tightened all the way. I talked to the assistant manager at this location. his reply was : I keep telling them to tighten the oil filter. I don't know why they can't do it.Thank you for letting him know. I was not the only one this week.

Waited over 90 minutes. Once they finally got to my car, service was fast and efficient, but they need a system for checking in cars and getting on a waitlist. I m pretty sure other customers who came in after me finished before me.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
