My engine cover was hanging pretty low on my car and it was damaged where the bolts screw into. Instead of letting me spend a large sum on replacing the whole cover they were able to find another solution and did it for no charge. J&D has wonderful service and the whole trip took barely 10 minutes. 10/10 recommend them for your troubles and I will be coming back for my future troubles.

My Ford F150 FX4 was losing coolant and I couldn't find the problem. Mark Barnett and his team investigated and found a leaking intake manifold/ crossover pipe gasket was the culprit. This is a big repair job, but Mark's guys got it done very quickly. Truck in on Monday and out before noon Wednesday! Excellent work. Friendly, professional customer service. Trustworthy. This is the only repair shop I use around here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My van gave us issues last weekend and I called Mark on Monday. We had it towed to his shop and he was able to have it completely fixed in just a couple days. He was very communicative and professional. He and his team were able to diagnose the issue and fix it in a very timely manner. The van runs great now and I am so thankful we found Mark! Updated 9/22/2020: Today I had another experience with Mark at J&D. It's not one I'm proud of, in fact it was quite embarrassing. But Mark was really pleasant, helpful, and did not mark me eat the crow I well deserved. He continues to show integrity, and I still give him 5 stars.We had A/C issues on our '07 Saturn Vue and they were able to get us in quickly and got the job done right. This was a bear of a job and they made sure we were taken care of and happy as customers. Looks like their main volume of work is on classic cars (and there are always some really nice ones there), but they do current model work also.

Mark is a great mechanic. He is incredibly honest and very friendly. He has kept our vehicles running for years. They figured out what the problem was with my 2013 F-150's AC, which is great. But what isn't great, it's been like this since I bought it new. Thanks Ford!

I would use this shop again for repairs or maintenance. Realistic time expectations. Frequent communication.
