Was recommended by neighbors and they were right. Straight up clarity on issues and timing. I'm not knowledgeable enough to understand if identified issues are major or minor and they were completely honest and did not push for repairs. Will definitely be the shop I return to.

Between Adam and Pat and the gentleman that took me back-and-forth from my house was seamless. What really impressed me, was the way they handled the extended warranty company so I did not have to. Everything was explained, and quite frankly. My truck has not performed this well in probably 18 months.Needless to say, they have all my business and it is so important when you live in small communities that you get this high quality type of service. good job !

Having used your services ever since we moved here. Never a problem with workmanship. This past time, I believed that the quote was for $1084 from Adam. The bill was for $1804. Apparently there was a confusion somewhere. I guess I should have requested a written quote before the work was done. Since the car is only worth about $2500, we might have made a different choice on having the repairs done. Considering the age, mileage and current usage of the car, we had thought about donating it to some charity.Again, never a problem with workmanship but communication could be improved on.

My new fav local auto repair shop. Friendly and attentive. Matt at Gear Guy and his team were awesome. Someone always picks up the phone, explain things well over the phone and in person, they honor the appointment time and do what they say they will and very efficiently. Great diagnosis capabilities and will admit if/when there s something they can t do. Highly recommend.

Yes, I have brought my 2008 Duramax diesel to the gear guy for a complete rear in build Guys did a fantastic job. I have no complaints. I will be back again if any other mechanical needs on four-wheel-drive these are the guys. They will get you in and out and take care of you I appreciate them.

What a great place with open and honest people! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and prices were fair with no hidden fees. You get written breakdown of any recommendations with clear explanations. I would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely use them again!

Patrick drove our vehicle and could not find a problem that my granddaughter had described. He offered to have her come in and drive with him. But since it's Thanksgiving, we elected to pick up the car. Everyone at Gear Guy has always been very honest and friendly with us. I highly recommend them to anyone needing repair service.

Fantastic experience! I ve have been bringing my vehicles here for a long time and every time it s been great. Honest and trustworthy team. They were great working with my crazy surgical schedule. Gear Guy staff are straightforward and efficient. They don t have a hard upsell but do point out items to consider repairing before they become a major problem. They were able to work my truck in for a water pump replacement earlier than promised

The Gear Guys are THE BEST! I brought my Kia in to have the engine checked out because I was afraid the motor mounts were shot. I was confident that my selected used car would be inspected with a very fine tooth comb. Matt and the staff did a great job and saved me from purchasing a car that needed way to much repair work. Walked in yesterday afternoon with a minor repair to my 08 Chevy Silverado. The crew at Gear Guys got right on it. Within 30 mins I was driving away.I highly recommend the Gear Guys!!

I thought I might have a timing chain issue and had them check it out. They said it probably was a sticking lifter. They also found a leaking valve cover gasket and a leaking differential which they fixed. This is a high mileage 2004 Nissan Frontier. Now all is good.
