I want to take this time to give an absolute amazing review for Crash Champions in Spring Branch. Chris was from the very start one of the most welcoming and caring gentleman that I have had the pleasure to work with in any Customer Service environment. He kept me informed and updated as to my vehicle repair time and always made me feel comfortable knowing that I was being taken care of at all times. My car came out Perfect and Like New and to all the Staff at Crash Champions who worked on my car a very Big and Heartfelt thanks for their hard work. Thanks for going the extra mile to make it happen, and If I ever need (Hoping I won't) your services again I will be back. I Highly recommend Chris and Crash Champions in Spring Branch to anyone who needs their services. Thanks

Well, I can say one nice thing about it, the Mgr gave me a ride home after I dropped off my "injured" truck!! But now I'm told it will be up to 30 days before I get my truck back. 30 DAYS!! Tell me ONE person in the world today, especially in a spread out area like Spring Branch (no real city to it) who can live without a vehicle for 30 days. Not only that, the Enterprise car rental place inside the same office gave my f'n RESERVED car away this morning. while I waited 42 minutes for an Uber to get me there as they do not have ANY pick-up service!! Next time a deer jumps in my way, I'll make sure I hit a tree and total the vehicle - at least, then I'll get either a check or a new vehicle rather than waiting and waiting.

I was taken such great care of after my vehicle was rear ended. They were upfront about the time estimate. It takes a while to get the parts in everywhere right now. They updated me along the way, patiently answered all my questions, and did a fabulous job on my vehicle. They even reached out to enterprise for me to have my rental car delivered. Being without my vehicle was tough, but they made the whole process as painless as possible.

I can't give them 5 stars until AFTER their repairs are done to my broken vehicle. Dang deer!! But their intro was nice and I would rent a car just to chat w the cute counter girl for their rental cars.

Body work was done wonderful!! Mechanical issues were not address, I was told take it somewhere else!! They left me, broke down, even after paying my deductible.

Daniel and the team are about as good as it gets. Informative, efficient and the work they do is top tier. My car looked better after they finished their work, than when I drove it off the lot! My family and me will be utilizing them for car repair needs moving forward indefinitely. I have never been more impressed with this level of customer service by an auto repair shop in all my years of owning a vehicle. I want to start off by stating the paint work turned out nice, although it has only been one week. I was recently rear ended while at a stop light and my exhaust was damaged along with the rear bumper and right rear quarter panel of my truck. The other drivers company had accepted fault and Service King was one of their preferred shops and the location 5371 US Hwy 281 N in Spring Branch was convenient for me so I took my truck to them for the repair and they did help to coordinate me getting a rental. When I got my truck back roughly two weeks later, the customer service person Daniel said he test drove it and everything was in good working order. That was not the case. Where to begin.1.) Exhaust system had to be replaced and it was replaced and one of the oxygen sensors wires were resting directly on the exhaust and was not clipped in to the proper mounting places.2.) Exhaust sensor was only hand tight.3.) Check engine light was on, which was not at the time of the accident.A.) I took the truck back to Daniel at service King and let him know about the 2 previous issues that I myself corrected and that the check engine light was on. He stated that when every vehicle get s to the shop that they check to see if the check engine light was on before they start any work and I thought that was a great idea and to please pull up my record and of course there was no check engine light per his records that he pulled up as I waiting at the shop. He then put the scanner the shop had and the code showed up and I asked him can you take a look at it and he stated that he would recommend sending it to a dealer and if the check engine light repair was due to lack of maintenance due to me that it would be on my dime and that based on his research the sensor was in the engine compartment (which it was not) and if the sensor was not in the area of impact which it was. I ended up doing my own research and the sensor was located right above the exhaust pipe which was replaced by Service King was hooked up in reverse and causing my check engine light to come on (I ended up finding the reversed hoses and fixing it myself). The new exhaust tip on my truck appears to have been dropped either in shipping or when being installed and does not look like it did before the accident. I my receiver hitch spacing on the frame rail is still not 100% square, but per Daniel he said it was within spec. Not sure what that means. I was very disappointed and wont be using Service King if that is the quality of service you receive and the accusatory remark of neglect to my vehicle.Steve J.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic

I'm extremely pleased with the service I received after I was rear-ended. They repaired the back end and it looked just like new! A couple weeks later my car flagged a code to call the stealership, but instead I called Crash Champions, they said to bring it in so they can take a look. They got it fixed and back on the road in no time. Special shout out to Chris for communicating with me during the repair process and helping me get the flagged code handled!

The staff here were extremely professional, helpful and personable. Our truck was vandalized less than one week from a planned driving trip. They were so empathetic and caring. They ordered the glass and had the window repaired, even worked late to ensure it was complete. I can t thank Daniel, Abby and Mark enough. I highly recommend this shop!Service: Auto glass repair

After I had a recent wreck, I called around to different repair companies, many of which were scheduling 6-8 weeks out to even begin! Service King scheduled my car repairs sooner than any other company I checked. They were easy to communicate with and completed the repairs quickly. They did a great job! My car looks like new! I think they even vacuumed it before returning it to me.I feel like I made a good choice and would use them again in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Service King has been absolutely amazing to work with. They were communicative throughout the repair process and actually finished ahead of schedule. They were kind enough to hold the car for me free of charge as I was gone on vacation. They have also been so kind as to take the car to the dealership for me for additional diagnostics and, once again, exceeded my expectations in regards to customer service. I have been going to this location anytime I am in need of vehicle repairs. It is a linked facility to my insurance which makes it so easy. Even while very busy they were kind and helpful. A downside is that they are so busy, my truck was brought in 2 weeks ago and is still not ready. It s not too big of a deal as my insurance covers a rental car but for someone who doesn t have that or pays out of pocket for a rental, I could see how it could be an issue.

Terrible customer service. They held my car for 2 weeks before they rudely asked me to come pick my car up, because it's wasting space in their shop (yup, that's what I was told) as they were now unwilling to do the work the agreed to do in the first place. Wasted my time and treated me very rudely. I would never use Service King again. They say they treat you like a King... that statement is laughable. More akin to a Jester. Do yourself a favor and choose elsewhere for your repair needs.

They repaired my car here the service is Excellent they finished the job in the estimated time, Paul Wild kept me informed through the entire process. They matched the paint perfectly They used all OEM parts as I requested they detailed my car and left it looking brand new. I would use them for any future work and I will recommend them to everyone we know.

Our car was in the shop over the big freeze in TX this year. Obviously it affected the delivery date of our vehicle. However, even with the unforeseen issues, Service King kept us informed throughout the repair process. The car was in excellent condition when it was returned. Clean and looking like new. They also allowed me to leave the rental car at their site relieving me of the need to drive it back to the rental agency. We are very pleased with the service we received.Service: Body & Trim

The service was great. I didn't have an appointment. Brought my car in to have several scratches and rub marks on the drivers side of door looked at. Donnie looked at the car and said he would take care of it immediately if I could wait. 20 minutes later, he brought the car back. He buffed out all the rub marks. Only one scratch is noticeable. Did a super job. I would recommend service King for any minor or major car repair. Donnie didn't even charge me for his time it took to buff out marks. Exceptionally poor customer service, which is what we've come to expect when large franchises purchase local companies. I've been trying to get my daughter's car fixed at this place for a month. Unfortunately we don't have many options out here. I've had to reschedule from the national website because their phones are usually nonoperational. Both times they've extended the wait time - just for a drop off. One time a guy denied speaking to me about my car. I would highly recommend taking your car elsewhere. This place isn't the small collision shop with great customer service it once was....UPDATE: I actually was dumb enough to try taking the car back in to these people. Even after I told them my deadline, today they can't "guarantee" it would be done in 10 days. Mind you, I waited 6 weeks for an appointment. Spend the money and drive into San Antonio. You'll get substantially better service and people who actually want to do the job.

Excellent Service and Work!! We took my fathers Lexus to the Service King in Bulverde and they did a fantastic job repairing his bumper. My father is quite picky about his car and I must say he was quite impressed. Our service tech was Charles who not only quickly worked the repair but did a great job keeping us informed. Even though we live in San Antonio we would definitely come back to this Service King in the future. Great Job Guys!!

Two separate deer hits and the repairs were outstanding. I have judged at car shows over the last 20+ years and am very picky. Their work is first class with gaps being better than factory and paint matching spot on. I just had the occasion to see if the lifetime warranty was for real as the paint on my mustang hood developed some issues revolving around it being made of aluminum. The problem was corrected in just 3 days and the hood looks great! And best of all NO CHARGE! They stood by their warranty no whining, no complaining, they just took care of business. It really does not get any better than how they do business!

Normally have excellent service. This time, not so much. Kept getting told we would receive a call ... 3 days in a row, never did we had to call right before closing every time for an update on my car. And on top of that no one knew what was going on and couldnt tell me when my car woule be done. Then they normaly clean and wash the car before return, instead they left it dirty including they're dirty foot prints and didnt clean it at all! Very disappointed.If only i was able to post the pictures on here...

David at Service King Collison #79 in Spring Branch, Tx, took care of my car as well as me as a customer. He was highly professional and knowledgeable.His office sent updates via text messages once or twice a week. This type of customer service made a big positive difference. As the delivery date got closer Daniel texted me that he wanted to take a good look at my car to make sure all was up to his standards. He texted me later that day to say my car was ready; 3 days ahead of schedule!When I picked up my car, he first asked me to look it over along with him. Then we took care of the bill which was much less than I had estimated.Driving home the interior of my car had the new car smell and my car had been recently washed. I told Daniel that I hoped not to have a need for a collision place ever again but if I did it would only be Service King! I bet Daniel is destined to be a big shot within the Service King business upper acholan.Service: Body & Trim

We have been there 3 times. Husband went to get a quote this last time and tells them what happened and that the company that caused the damage is paying. No comments. So I go to drop it off and talk to Carlos the night my husband is going out of town for two weeks so we don't have to get a rental and I tell them the company responsible is paying them directly. He says it's against their policy to receive 3rd party payment. Not a huge deal, very inconvenient, lacking reason, and I will be out over $1400 until I get the check, but whatever. Carlos says he will have the manager call my husband to talk to him about it and has a really "stay or go, I don't care" attitude. I had someone outside waiting to take me home so I left my car even though I really wanted to walk out at that point just because of him. I had another quote that was actually less, but we had good experiences with them before. My husband never got a call from the manager. Then, whomever estimated the work put that we didn't want the clear bra put back on. Ummm, why wouldn't we want it put back to it's original condition? So, they added cost for that and, a headlight clip (we understand they couldn't see that until they were in it), and added a "Pre and Post Scan Vehicle Diagnostics" to the quote to push the repair total up to almost $2,000! Even though I am not paying for it, that is outrageous! Not to mention we could've taken it to one of the other two places that had more complete quotes. Did they not know they were going to have to diagnose something? Then, my husband received his first text saying it would be ready 7 days after we dropped it off. And more almost every day moving the pickup date back. He flew in two weeks after we dropped it off and it still wasn't ready until this afternoon- 2 weeks, 1 day later). He got there to pick it up and it still had to be readjusted because of inconsistent gaps. He goes to pay with a check and they won't take a personal check over $1,000. Carlos tells my husband that he told me that, but he never mentioned it! We don't use credit cards so my husband had to raise his debit card daily limit to pay for it.It's hard to do business with a place that makes it so damn hard to pay them. And, in case I didn't mention it before, Carlos's attitude is horrible and he should not deal with customers if Service King wants return customers. We will not be returning to be fleeced, talked down to, wait forever, and have to point out their deficient work.*EDIT*: A manager called and did nothing but apologize.....for us not understanding what kind of a piss poor business they run. Stay away- especially if you re not dealing with insurance.

We had work done on our 2011 GMC truck, mostly cosmetic front end stuff. The quality/appearance of the work was good. Down the road, however, the hood was opened for a windshield repair, and a brand new, rubber cargo strap was found lying across the fan shield of the engine. Also, when a check engine light appeared two months later... I noticed they had altered some custom work done to my engine, that I expressly asked them not to touch at the time of drop-off. (The engine was NOT INVOLVED in the repairs.) I also had to ask them to change my headlights, as they installed an OEM on one side, and an after market on the other, which didn't match. So, overall... decent work, but like anyplace else, buyer beware, and check things VERY CAREFULLY when you pick up your vehicle. We still haven't come up with an "innocent" reason for a brand new, clean, unused cargo strap to have been left on our engine, right where it could do serious damage.
