Wasn't going to say anything until we discovered 3 issues after leaving the shop. First they had our truck for over 2 weeks. 2nd, their credit card machine was down. They said we had 1 day to get the cash or they would charge us storage fee. Text from son in below image. He didn't put our console back secure. When told, he said it was like that. The son stole all our fuel out of the truck. We barely made it to the fuel station. And we just discovered that one of our batteries was swapt out with an older one. Years didn't match on batteries. We always buy two when replacing. According to the community the son is not right. Apparently he is running the shop now. Which is sad, his dad seems like a man that has worked very hard to build his business.

This is to the guy who said we messed up his truck. You brought your truck in with the turbo shaft broke. second off you told us to do a full pm service witch includes oil filter and fuel filters. You told us that your company helper screwed up the fuel filter housing and had to force the filter on witch screwed up the housing. second off you thank us for doing our job but then you and your wife wanna bash our company sure does show what type of man you our and your wife is. Third we spent few night and days running and finding parts that the dealership doesn't carry anymore. So if you wanna talk trash your more then welcome talk with us at the shop. not only that you had a broken exaust manifold bolt that you requested us to try and remove and we was unable to do. There always two sides of things and your side was all fake and full of lies. have a nice day. and we will pray for you and that you come clean to your company about your lies.

Had my truck for 4 days, changed the turbo, which was not the problem. Serviced the truck, told them not to touch fuel filters, instead they tried to change them and messed up the housing and then charged me for the parts that they messed up. Cost me 2800 and didn t even fix the original issue with truck when I picked it up. I opened the hood and found the problem, that was plain as day and they half assed fixed it and now it s at another shop we re costing $1500 more dollars to fix.
