Came here to find a specific part I needed ASAP, over ordering it online and having to wait. They did NOT have what I needed, so I had to order it anyways. But they generally do have specific parts for many of our vehicles.

Went in today to have my battery/alternator tested and Hugo and the other employees went above and beyond to help me and my girlfriend out! If someone higher up is reading this, Hugo deserves a raise and is an amazing employee to have on your team.

They have kids working there that don t know anything about cars, they took my battery n hooked it up backwards so it would be bad when I went to pick it up the way I found out is I took the battery to auto zone n they put it on right n it came up showing that the positive was no longer positive but negative and the negative had now become the positive never go here

Called 3x, first call they answered and without saying anything then hung up within 3 seconds. Then I called back, no answer. Then the 3rd time someone answered then said please hold, then put on hold. Taking my business elsewhere.

Well stocked, CAll before to ensure stock matches online data. Very busy and the staff seems always stressed out. Only 1 or 2 persons actually know the products . There can be a wait to order and pay. Retail pricing is a bit abusive for most everything. Typical auto parts store.

They were so busy this morning & I was going in to just have a battery light test. The guy knowing he had a heck of a line (probably because of the freeze) said he could help when he gets the line down. TOTALLY understandable. He worked quickly, got the line down and helped me get on down the road knowing my alternator was shot.I say all this because I had went to a competitor because it was closer that told me they don't have time to do the test because of the lines. While that's their prerogative, O'Reilly Auto Parts made time. Thanks nice guy!

I live 2 minutes away and I would drive to Cleveland or New caney before I come here. The lack of experience and knowledge even the will to help a customer has gone down hill since jasmine left. Joe is the only person holding up this store. Every person I've talked to in the community agrees as well. This store needs serious reestablishing.

Multiple times I came in to get a part for my car, and was sold the wrong item after these clueless kids look up my car in the system and told me what part I needed down to the number and it being the wrong thing. Ask for back DRUM brake pads and you ll get front pads, just idiotic things that could have been avoided if anyone there was mechanically inclined AT ALL.

Good selection, & staff was friendly. The prices here are cheaper than local small business auto part stores & even other similar big companies like AutoZone, Casco, etc.

These people don't care about answer phone calls after I try for five times they take too long to answer a phone call and when they finally answer they put you in hold for too long because they say they so busy taking care of customers so I decide to go in person and it was no customers inside the store yeah really busy huh..

Employee said to take my mask off in mandatory form just because I looked as an previous employee, Oreilly you have to check on your workers and teach them a better costumer service.

Employees are mechanically inclined I'm impressed most you go to they don't know what the hell you talking about nor can they find it in a computer that's sad but this one y'all are awesome keep up the good work

Only problem is the counter people are trained for the computer, they can type it in and get what it tells them too, don't know themselves what the tool is you name, ext. But very nice, and respectful.

Corbin is absolutely AWESOME, he helped my husband right away with scanning our car. He immediately knew what part to purchase when my car threw a code. He is very vehicle intelligent.
