I usually don't do this kinda thing but this guy really deserves one I honestly feel like he will be a good manager he help me out with my battery he honestly just looked at the screws and named the number it was amazing.I call before I went to the store and the lady told me that they couldn't change my battery. He got on to the phone and he told me to come in and he'll change my battery.I believe his name is James. I will always call before I go in to make sure he is working. Best customer service I ever had going into this auto zone.

I was shopping here last week and thought it was going to be a good experience. Nope, it wasn't. I don't know why anyone hasn't reported this, but there was a gray shirt manager at 2/25/24 at 6:30. P.M., who was not professional at all. Only one at that time. No name badge, so no way knowing his name and was rude the entire time I was there. When he was checking us out for floor matts, he was sitting down on a cart. Not only me but the customers before and after me he was unprofessional to them as well. My father has told me he had the same experience with that employee and now shops at O'Reilly instead. The red shirt lady was the only one being nice and very helpful at the time. AutoZone, you guys need to do something about this.

Went there today afternoon, and the guy working was on his personal phone the whole time talking on the phone on how he gets out at 6:30 while he was taking care of a customer, thankful the other lady in shift took care of us, she was doing her job unlike the gentleman feeling it s right for him to be on his phone while there was a big line. Disappointed

I never leave a comment but today 06/03/2024 I went to buy a new battery for my car at this location store and the manager was very rude and arrogant to me, . bad experience!!

I would like to give this Autozone the highest review if possible. Ethan, who attended me, was one of the best if Not the BEST!!! Person to help me. He has excellent customer service and over all helped me with so much. I will happily come back to give my money to this Autozone. Ethan, your the man and the best rep ever!!!!

I loved the service Miss Linda had. She helped me find what I needed which was the battery and Bryan installed it for me. Actually everyone in the store was very helpful. Thank y all sooo much.

Im really upset at the moment I go to auto zone knowing that the sign on the window says they close at 10pm but yet when I get there at 9:33pm the doors are locked. Y all either need to fix the sign on the window or the website

I want to thank the employee Fernando very much for his attention and service to the customer. In this case, I went with a little problem with my air and my battery and he was very kind and helpful and solved my problem. I want to thank the employee Fernando for having 5-star customer service, always looking for a way to find what I need and helping me install my windshield wipers even though it was raining. Employees made it a pleasure to visit the store again. Nunca dejo review pero este muchacho merece uno , fui a Oreillys para comprar unas limprabrisas y como no se ponerlos les pedi que si los instalaban y me dijieron que no porque eataba lloviendo Entonces me voy a Autozone aqui en esplendora y otraves pedi los limpiabrisas y que si me los instalaban y El mucho me alludo (Ethan) no sabia mucho espa�ol pero me atendio muy bien sin problemas de ahora en adelante nomas ire a autozone y a oreillys no .

They just opened and they don't have anyone to answer the phone and the person who answers it hangs up on you or I think the employees are in a bad moodAcaban de abrir y no tienen a nadie para contestar el tel�fono y el que lo contesta te cuelga o yo creo que los empleados est�n mal de mal humor
