Ruben and his team are extraordinary! The first time I took my 335i to get a much needed tune up done. I've been back a few times and they never disappoint. Ruben is so nice and always answers my questions thoroughly. Work and customer service is above and beyond. Not to mention affordable prices on European cars compared to other shops!! Will only be bringing my car to Ruben and his team!Ask him about his two beautiful M3's that have some lovely upgrades :)

Reuben is by hands down the best car mechanic especially on BMW's.I just had camber plates and wheel studs installed on my 2021 BMW M4 and I couldn't be happier. I really like his knowledge and expertise and craftsmanship. His shop is state of the art. All my cars will be serviced there from now on. Great shop try it out, highly recommended!

Innovative MotorWerks came recommended by someone I trust and couldn t be more happy with my experience, from first call to driving off. I had very complicated work done between suspension and exhaust and they nailed it.The team treats you like an important customer, no matter how silly the question might be. There was attention to detail that you greatly appreciate a shop to have. The experience they bring to the table was obvious during conversations. They ve earned a life-long customer in me.I usually try to throw some room for improvement comment in so the review doesn t sound too fluffy but there really isn t anything I can nitpick. The team deserves 100 stars.

Ruben checked out a left rear suspension noise on my Infiniti after doing a test drive to hear the issue himself. Didn't find anything that needed repair and he wouldn't take payment for it. He also noticed that a recently installed front strut (by another shop) was leaking oil. They tinted our work van and a few weeks later my personal vehicle and both are perfect. Nice folks and very customer service oriented. I will definitely be using them on future projects too.

I'm so thrilled to have someone so close that actually knows about Minis. Ruben is super friendly and so personable. He got me in and out super fast. A much needed Belt tensioner, belt, and motor mount. I have a list of wants, Minis need proper upkeep. Thanks Ruben, see you soon.
