Came to resolve my citation for a minor traffic violation (stop and go). I went inside and felt unwanted by one of the staff members. She treated me like she did not want to help me out and did not gave me the option to do defensive driving. The younger lady behind the counter is much more nicer and appreciate your kindness.

The absolute worst court office I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and seem to be functioning at a 3rd grade level of intelligence. No options to see a judge except months out and in the middle of the day (some of actually have real careers and have to work). Was charged $800 for an expired registration ticket with all kinds of fees added.

Employees are unprofessional, rude, and hateful. They act as though they are annoyed with you for having to do their jobs. I had to order a new tire for my lawn mower and it took a while to come in due to Covid 19. During that time, my grass grew tall. These brilliant city employees then threatened to call CPS on me because of it even after explaining the situation. They should all be fired!

The only time I could meet with a judge was at 4:30 PM. I had to call in late to work simply bc she couldn't meet at an earlier time. Their system is such a joke. The elderly lady I talked to over the phone was also super rude.
