Came for an oil change at 815am and was the 3rd car to arrive. I have a fleet vehicle but was not the only fleet vehicle in line. After waiting 45 minutes I finally received my vehicle. I was the 6th car to leave. Restrooms and coffee service were out of order and waiting room was dirty. My car window was left open on the cold morning when I retrieved my vehicle. I will not be returning.

Awesome service from Donovan! Had a last minute trip to Austin come up on a Friday and he got me in 15 min prior to closing time and did a terrific job. Highly recommend him and this location!

If I could leave a negative star, I would. I went in to get an oil change on my lunch break between 12:15-12:30pm today (12/27) and was told it would be 30-45 min wait (little did I know, I would be there for almost TWO HOURS). Fine, it's lunch time and they were busy. I gave them my keys and told them I was going to go next door to Panda Express to eat. My car was never pulled in the whole time I was over there. Came back and an attendant asked what I was needing, I said an oil change and he asked for my keys. I told him I left them when I dropped the car off. Finally (after an HOUR), they pulled my car in, asked about the filters being replaced, I agreed to it. They pulled my car out of the bay, the attendant came in and I paid for my oil change, and filters. I walked out the front door, thinking that they would pull my car around quickly as it was out of the bay and paid for. After 10-20 minutes of waiting, I asked what was going on. One of the filters, that I already paid for, is out of stock. They were just waiting for it to be delivered and didn't tell me. I was told I could wait, or leave it, or get a refund. I got a refund so I could leave and get back to work. Long story short, terrible customer service and communication. I understand the lunch rush, but the clear lack of organization and communication was astounding. I will not be coming back for any services at this location.

My family and I are new to the area so I ve been on the look out for a reliable place to get work done on our vehicles. Came across Kwik Kar Southlake just passing through and let me tell ya I m glad I stopped by. The friendly staff, clean waiting area, and complimentary coffee make getting work done on your car a breeze. Not to mention the honesty of the staff, something rarely experienced in today s society. Thank you Kwik Kar! Our new go-to!

Although this started as a 2 star review due to my experience this morning (shown below), I received a call from Donovan, the manager apologizing profusely for today's unfortunate experience. He then offered me 2 free oil changes as a token of their regret. Now, I understand things happen, including unforeseen circumstances, and I don't know the circumstances that happened today to cause the store to not open on time, but the way Donovan handled this was very professional and very appreciated. So I'm revising this review to reflect my current feeling about KwiKar & Lube Southlake...and Donovan specifically.================Normally good service, but not today.Arrived this morning at approximately 7:30 am to get in line for an oil change. Got here early because I have a full plate this morning and needed to get in an out quickly. However, by 8:15 am and no one around to open the store, I had to leave. This is no way to run a business.

The care team at this Kwik Kar is very courteous and efficient. They were able to get me in fairly quickly for an inspection of my vehicle. I would definitely come back again without hesitation.

Well I have an old car, and wanted to change oil, the guy Elvis (bold), gave me a really bad attitude, I asked him how much is the oil change, which is I have no idea how much, he looked the other side and try to hand me the keys slowly, like I don t want to do business with you, sir I m here to change the oil and go, why would you treat me like, smile bro it doesn t cost anything, talk to me nice with respect, if you don t like your job quite and go find something else. Treat customer good we don t want it to be quick, we want it to be a good customer service. Don t be rude Service: Oil change

I'm a long-time customer but my last visit was not great. I came in for an oil change and to have the cabin air filter replaced. The guy that first approached me called me "sir", then apologized but did it again later for a second time when I was in the lobby waiting to check out. Yep..I have short hair and am about 6 feet tall but maybe if he actually looked at me? I promise I am in fact a 63 year old woman. I couple of people came in well after me and were done & gone before me while my car sat in the bay. They did the oil change and pulled the car out front but I realized at point of payment there was not a cabin filter charge, asked if that was done. They admitted it was forgotten, pulled my car back in then searched only to realize they did not have the right filter. I was there much longer than usual. Service seemed a bit chaotic. Tech just kept telling me they were "short-handed" and it had "been a he11 of a week." I think I will shop it around in the future.

Incredible and reliable service. The manager is by far one of the kindest and most professional people I ve ever met. He definitely goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of and his techs do the same! They don t try to sell you on things you don t need and after comparing prices, they are the best! Will definitely be my go to place for my car service needs!

I have brought my car to this location for many oil changes and have recommended it to others; however, after today I will no longer be bringing my vehicle to the location nor recommending others. I made a 9AM appointment two weeks in advance to have a repair completed. The repair was quoted to take 1.5 hours. I dropped off my car at 9AM, and returned at 12PM to find that my car was not even looked at yet. I was told it would be ready by the end of the day. As a mom with a toddler, it is unfortunate to plan ahead and trust a business who showed zero regard to their scheduled repair appointments. Do not bother making an appointment at this location if you are trusting they will be reliable and on time for their customers.

They failed me on state insoection. because this 1\4 inch tear on my 8 month old wiper blade. So I had to come back the next day because I refused to pay for their $40+ wipers. I have been coming here for 5 years with 4 cars for oil changes and inspections. The old manager was great at finding a Balance between services and add on costs like oil, filters and such but now they fail the inspections just to screw you. What a scam.... Also they under filled my oil but did top it off when I brought it back.

Christian and other team members were very efficient and getting many people through safety inspections and oil changes sometimes two people working on the car to maximize their ability to turn cars over quickly. Definitely worth a less than 30 minute visit here. Appreciate the service

Went in for an oil change and they overfilled the oil enough to fail a spark plug then refused to admit it was there fault and claimed it was coincidence and that sparkplugs usually fail around this odometer time . $475 oil change because of incompetence and lack of responsibility. Wouldn t revisit if my car broke down 2 feet from their doorstepService: Oil change

Always had a good experience,normally get my oil change and inspections done here,they are friendly and polite.They tell you exactly what is needed to be done. I had an issue with my car AC and Christian took care of it..he explained the whole process to my dad and my Dad was really pleased with the transparency. Christian told us that we could bring the car back if the issue did not get resolved (he had a hunch about the condition)Turns out he was right! We brought it back and he set things right without any cost to us! Exceptional customer service and reassuring..we were having pretty bad time with the heat but thankfully things were sorted out by them..and just in time for the peak of summer !would definitely recommend Kwik kar Southlake ! 1/26/24 UpdateNick is a true leader. There were 10 clients when I visited. He prioritized the clients and resolved my car issue with in 5 minutes and noticed that the other clients were pleased as well. Thank you Nick for your leadership.Update: 1/2/24Revisited the Southlake location. They were busy and many people were waiting. Have to mention Kwik Kar Team of Southlake 10 out 5 stars, 5 being excellent. Ino, Nick, and the team members have established a process that works, to move 90% of the clientele in less than 10 minutes. Please reward Ino for his efficiency on keeping the inspections moving smoothly. Nick being the main supporter to keep the team focus and establish great rapport with clientele. They are a great team.Thank you, INO and Nick for a Job well done.Brandon Roberts and his team exceeded our expectations. They were prompt and efficient. Have gone there twice in 1 month. Had them do a state vehicle inspection two days before Christmas and it was the most efficient, customer oriented service visit I ve ever had at any service station! Got me in right away and quickly completed the work. Didn t get the name of the young lady who came out in the bitter cold parking lot to check me in, but she was so fun, professional and customer friendly that it makes me want to break something on my car so I can go back there again! Great job Kwik Kar Southlake and keep up the great work!
