Ron Spell was my salesman and he was very straightforward and easy to work with! The finance woman was very nice and transparent as well! All said, a hassle free buying experience with a fair price and great service! I would definitely buy another truck from Sour Lake Motor Company in the future!

Aside from the short wait for the customer in front of us, the experience was great and the people did a wonderful job, really enjoyed talking with Jerry while signing papers and Natily finished it up with an in depth tour of the car. The staff made sure we were taken care of!

After scheduling an oil change we came in early and they got right to it. Only wish Any of their Wi-Fi options would work inside their building while we waited. We had to sit outside to get any signal, while we waited; which wasn't very long.

This was an exceptional car buying experience. I would recommend for anyone to use Sour Lake Motor Company. The sales team was world class. Drew was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. He made a very smooth transition over the finance department. Rockie was prepared and the financial piece of this buying experience was transparent and simple. The finance team introduced me to Jonathon, Customer Service Director. He was responsible for explaining all the details about the Tahoe that I purchased. He knew every operational detail about the vehicle inside and out. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and his customer service driven approach! Overall great experience at Sour Lake Motor Company.

There was no playing around during the process of working our deal out. All 3 guys we dealt with were friendly and helpful. From the salesman, Mike Martin, to the Finance Manager, Jerry Haynes, to the guy in the know about how my vehicle works, Jonathon Williams. We weren t rushed, but our time wasn t wasted. I didn t just receive a new truck, I received a look into their lives on a personal level. Thank you!

What a wonderful experience we had! Justin was our salesman and he made the process stress free! Everyone up there is so friendly and they make you feel like you re family. From here on out we will only go to sour lake for all of our vehicle needs! Such a wonderful atmosphere with honest down to earth people. The only dealership I ve been to that wasn t pushy and seriously goes above and beyond to make sure you re satisfied! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! And I m a proud new owner of a citadel Durango! Y all are such a blessing!
