Mr Victor and his staff take advantage of people in critical situations. Charged me approximately $460 for a 33 mile tow. Then to compound the matter I asked him to diagnose a vehicle without any authorization they spent 7 hours on the vehicle and gave me a total bill of $1,350. They didn't fix anything they recommended I take it to a Chevy dealership to have it looked at further. We brought the vehicle back to our home City took it to a reputable mechanic that we worked with in the past within 30 minutes he found the issue it was $150 fix. I don't recommend anybody use this wrecker (towing)service nor this repair shop they're out take advantage of people because they're in the middle of nowhere and they know most people don't have very many options. The way the handle there customers is unethical.

One full week to replace radiator, they used zip ties to hold parts in place. After $2,000, it cost us that much more to fix the first repair.

Victor answered his phone for me early Saturday morning, had just gotten in from working all night towing. He gave me sound advice, sent his assistant to check on me, and even called back later to see if I'd gotten back on the road. Love's didn't even answer phone calls.

Never, ever let that person tow you.He is a rude and moody person who treats people in a condescending way by taking advantage of the misfortune of others to put himself in a position of strength.

I called Victors as a dealership representative. I had a car stranded in Senora and needed help. My service manager called and he tried to explain that he got Victors number from the shop that will be repairing our vehicle and Victor said That s too many names. What makes you think I want to work with you if they don t? And hung up. I thought there was a miscommunication so I called him, to which he said No, I m not the only one who does it. I m just the last one you ve called and I m busy too, so no. And hung up on me. We were able to get a different tow company to help, but Victor was incredibly comfortable being super rude.

I was stranded in Sonora, traveling from Del Rio to Fort Worth after my shifter cable malfunctioned and I called several places in town and Mr. Victor was the only person that responded and was nice to help me and sent his worker Jamar to check out my car. We were able to get it moved to Victor s shop and Jamar was kind and got my car up and running so I could get to my destination. These people are true angels and I would recommend them any day! Thank you again for helping me out!! God bless!Service: Auto maintenance

BUYER BEWARE! This organization sent a serviceman 23 miles one way to replace a fuel filter & water separator on our Class A Motorhome. This took him at most 30 minutes to accomplish. We then followed the serviceman back to their shop. They charged $150 for the service call PLUS an additional $184 for his "Service Vehicle" milage (the guy arrived in his pickup). The fuel filter charge was $56.94 (a NAPA filter that can be purchased at any NAPA store for $29.49); & the water separator filter was $75.15 (a NAPA filter that can be purchased at any NAPA store for $31.49). They did charge the battery on a Jeep we tow at the shop. For all this he claimed 3 hours of labor at $375. Again, they spent at most 30 minutes at the motorhome location plus the battery charge. Needless to say, no one stood around & watched the battery charing which, in any case, could not have taken more than another 30 minutes. With sales tax the the grand total: $851.72! OUTRAGEOUS!!! I offered him $500 which is what I felt the job was worth TOPS. I settled for paying $600 just to get out of there.AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE!

The absolute worse experience ever. If I could give them negative stars I would. They took my truck apart then refused to finish it, then had the nerve to send me a 600$ bill. My truck is in pieces. The owner will not talk to women, he would only talk to my husband, and when he did he talked down to me and was exasperated. We asked for a estimate on repairs and never got one, but he still took it apart. He acted like it was a bother. Please do not go there!

Accidentally hit something while blasting down the road and it bent some of the undercarriage to the point it was dragging plastic and metal. Pulled in to Victors and they saw me immediately when I explained the problem. The gentleman who did the work was very polite and worked quickly. They put my car on the jack and took off the offending panel and reattached whatever was salvageable. $45 and about thirty minutes of time and we're back on the road.

Our alternator died as we passed through town on a cross country drive, pulling our trailer. On a Friday afternoon of a 3 day weekend, their mechanics came back to work to help us. There was freezing rain and wind, and no indoor work area, but they found the parts we needed and worked in the cold for hours to get us back on the road, charged a reasonable price (the price they 1st quoted us) despite it being a difficult and time consuming job. Alternator still working and we are in Florida now.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I agree. This guy will rip you off. Road service would be a better option and you never want to have to use that! He damaged parts on the truck in the process of removing thermostats had to order them and then charged us for those parts on top of the $500.00 he had already charged for his shotty work. If you don't want to get taken avoid this place.

He took my vehicle in a told me that he would treat me right and keep the cost low. After telling me that the parts had to be ordered , he took me to a motel where he knew the owners and would get me some sort of discount (didn't happen) the motel was a complete dump. The following day he changed "broken parts" and the vehicle ran the same if not worse. He told me that I just needed to drive it down the road for a couple of hours and the check engine light would turn off. The parts cost 50 and he marked them up 150. Then charged me 400 for labor for a total of 3 hours. Grand total of 600 and the problem wasn't fixed. The vehicle broke down in houston after a couple hours of leaving. The machanic that fixed it correctly told me that Victor didn't even change the right parts and it would have only cost less than 100 normally. Crooked small town machanic should be shut down. I have read of numerous other complaints of the same behavior on google.

Beware of this place I almost got scammed in here and charged for something my SUV didn't need. The mechanic told me my water pump was broken and try to charge me for the timing belt as well, and keep me there for 2 days. So I tow my car to Katy and the mechanic there the only problem was the bracket in the engine. And I was able to drive back to California

Had an emergency with my vehicle and Victor and his team were extremely helpful. They ordered the parts and had my car fixed the next day. Great people and fair prices. They saved the day.

Terrible service they diagnosed my car wrong (after I told them multiple times that the engine seems like it sized) and put multiple parts in that it didnt need and then proceded to tell me after they put in a new starter, and a battery that the engine was seized and that they would have to put a new engine in then proceeded to tell me that I had to pay for the battery they put in that it didnt. They were rude and disrespectful a d should not have a shop at all very poor s ed service and the mechanics just dont know what they are doing

This placed helped me out a lot. I had a heater hose and the manafold go out on my van on my trip through TX. They say they open at 0800 but was already in my van by 0745! Got the hose replaced and the manafold fixed and no other BS. He even suggusted me do a flush when i get where i was going but i decuded to let him do it.They had me on the road in less then 2 hours. I believe the other reviews are fake but this is an honest review. He has been in serive for 40 yearsThey speaks on its own.5/5

The other reviews are right on. This guy is a crook who preys on interstate break-downs. He won't tell you his rate or give an estimate. His mechanic is horrible and caused more damage than he was supposed to repair. I ended up renting a UHaul and taking the truck away from him (FIRED!) and towing it home. Pay the towing bill to somewhere like San Angelo or, well, anywhere else. The wheel bearing should have cost maybe 200 bucks ended up costing way more because of this guy (400 to him even though he never even got the bearing out, plus about 350 for the UHaul and trailer). Run far away from this crook.

Worst customer service I ve expierienced. They told us they would pick up our vehicle 10 miles out of Sonora and work on it, then when I called back they said they didn t have time to fool with that car and never did bother go pick it up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Glad they didn t even work on my car they would of messed it up more. Can t TRUST SMALL TOWN business owners.

This guy is a scammer! He has been calling non stop to charge me some service fees. I haven't requested any of his services at all. To clarify, I told him that he had the wrong number. He continued calling me using different cell phone numbers (I blocked the previous one). Beaware of Victor!
