Serpentine belts are always a pain when you don't have the used belt bc its a hit and miss. We got what we needed and the truck is up and running. Sometimes what we need is not in the books, specially in the shop.

I have always bought my car/motorcycle batteries at O Reilly because they have always been good on the warranty, however I bought a battery for my jeep back in March/April of this year. The battery was not working so I took it back on Friday they told me they would have to charge it so I returned to pick it up on Saturday. I tried the battery Monday and it did not work so I took it back today Tuesday and the manager Mr. Moises Valdez told me they would have to charge it AGAIN. I left the store upset because obviously it was not a good battery but he refused to exchange the battery and told me it would be about an hour and a half to charge. I got a call less then 20 minutes after I left the store that the battery was a Bad battery. I have never had a problem with O Reilly until now. Not sure if management has changed but it s not good when you have the customer constantly having to go have the battery charged then have to return to have them tell you what you already knew.

Customer service agent checked battery helped me purchase a new one Hooke it up in less than 15 minutes to check, purchase and place new battery in engine Professional service this is my new family auto part store

We have a great experience here dealing with Andrea. She s a good listener. She put people first. There s a lot of places you can go for parts but I shop here because of her.

Went in and got batteries checked on my 2013 Ram 3500. Sylvia Ponce went above and beyond checking my batteries and after finding out my batteries were bad helping me replace them. Thank you Sylvia and Oreilys.

Poor service from the manager George, we just moved to Socorro and went to the O'Reilly's to exchange a part that I got from the one one in El Paso, our old neighborhood and George told me " it would be more convenient to go back to that one". Couldn't believe it coming from a manager. Next time I'm going to try the one on Horizon boulevard.

I'm just going say the employee by the name of Mario is very lazy and has an attitude like if he was being forced to work here. Not really recommended and I rather travel to AutoZone in San Elizario for better customer service and better assistance.

I go to this place when I really have to. The people don't care if you are in line for ever and when they ask you if they can help, they never have the parts that I am looking for. I was the next person in line and had to wait almost 10 minutes because everyone was on the phone or laughing with each other.

Had a problem with some misfires, I borrowed the obd scanner and bought the parts I needed, staff helped me figure out what the cause was. Extremely grateful!

Has many hard to find parts, plus you can order parts they don't carry. Only problem is the employees are not very knowledgeable.
