What a wonderful professional and timely towing company. We slipped a trailer axle and lost a leaf spring on Easter Sunday. They were dispatched by Hernandez truck repair and had our truck and trailer at the repair shop within an hour and half. Super awesome and friendly driver.. can not recommend them more....

We broke down 50 miles from El Paso and Jorge Hernandez referred us. The guy called us right after we hung up with Jorge. He arrived in a reasonable time made sure our truck got towed properly and he also dropped us off at truck stop. Highly recommended. Needed my car towed 30 miles and they helped me out. Ray was very friendly and arrived right on time. Very affordable. I called different towing services and they were by far the cheapest.

I called to find out about my car which I knew was there because I saw the name of the tow truck. When I called and described the vehicle they stressed again that they didn't have it and I would have to file a police report for a missing vehicle. It wasn't until my boyfriend said that they were thieves that the guy finally said they did have it after all. Its like they didn't want to give me my car back. Awful place.

Alone and broken down in NM they towed my Motorhome to El Paso to a friend's shop. Superior Transmission. They were kind and put me at ease with a two hour towing trip. They made sure I was safe and called the repair shop to tell them I was there. They went above and beyond!

We are from Tennessee and unfortunately going through Texas heat the car gave out. We call several towing companies and they gave us the runaround or a long wait time. Extreme didn t answer the first time. But to my surprise Man return my call Ray was extremely courteous and polite I m very eager to help us. Didn t have to wait long I ll be exaggerating if I waited 45 minutes. He towed the suv to a shop and Drop this off at our VRBO. Would recommend this company to any El Pasoen in need of help. Or definitely a traveler like ourselves. Awesome job Ray!!!Service: Car towing

I have nothing but great things to say about Extreme Recovery and towing. I was in desperate need for someone to help me jump start my battery. Gave a call to Extreme Recovery and Towing, and in literally 10 mins they show up and was helped by a guy named Justin. Justin was very professional , an was able to jump start my truck quick and even gave some advice on my battery. Costed $60, not bad. I didn t mind. This company and among the relief police are crafty. This company steals from the city. 150 dollars per call from the police and 250 if they take him away. Don't give these crafty people a job.Son unos ma�osos esta compa�ia y entre la policia de socorro. Esta compa�ia roba ala ciudad. 150 dlls por llamada del policia y 250 si se lo llevan. No les den trabajo a estos ma�osos.
