Couldn't get my oil plug out.Rounded the edges on my oil plug said they couldn't get it out would have to get in some kind of an extractor to get it but what it is just didn't know what they're doing it takes a torx bit 45 to get this type of plug out this was only the second time this car has ever had the oil change .it's a 2022 GMC if they don't know how to get oil plug out they should not be changing oil on anything.

I get m oil changes at the Snyder location regardless of the 78 miles I have to drive! To me, it is so worth it knowing I m going to get the job done right, excellent customer service, and always done in a timely manner where I am not held up for long periods of time. My engine was throwing up the red oil dash light and rattling. I took it in for an oil change and that fixed my problem. They refilled my washer fluid and checked all other fluids and replaced my dirty air filter. They're always super thorough, friendly, and fast! 5 star service!Also, a couple of weeks ago, I went in and asked them to check my oil and brakes for me. I was expecting a small fee for that service but they checked everything and didn't ask for a cent. That's good business right there! Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

They gave excellent customer service! They did a great job in a short time. I live out of town and was just passing through Snyder. Even though my Yukon stalled in front of the bay for 5 minutes they were very patient and a younger man (employee) even offered to give me a jump. You have a great team! I would most definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a fast, reasonably priced oil change, and a home town atmosphere!Service: Oil change

Got turned away at 8:20am. Was told to come back at 9am. Then i see him shopping at Walmart. This is not how i would run my business. I will not return to S.B. I got fast and friendly service at Dipstix

Not really happy with service. All my fluids weren't chk, or topped off. I've worked for lube shops before. Actually managed them. And the service that was given was good customer service. To pay $75 for an oil change & not get everything with it. Not cool....

We got an oil change and an inspection. This business is always quick and competent. It is the only quick lube in the surrounding area that we know of that does the inspections,oil changes,etc and do not require the customers to stay in the vehicle, but instead offers us the comfort of a waiting room that is air conditioned,heated,has water and coffee available,has a television and restroom available. A great business with great employees and personalized service.Service: Oil change

I pulled up and was greeted asking what I wanted done. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to the guy my truck was muddy so if they couldn t perform the tire rotation no worries that I just wanted the oil change. He said the mud wasn t a problem. While performing my oil change they came out and showed me my cabin air filter and engine air filter. They were both very dirty. I then informed him that I had just bought some and they were sitting in the front seat. I had intended on installing both filters on my own. He said they could do it. (Me thinking since they already had them out and had to put them back anyway why not just put the new ones in out of courtesy) I went to pay out and it was $40 more than what I had paid the last few times I had it changed here. I questioned him about the price difference and he said it s because they had been bought out by a different company. He hands me my receipt and I start reviewing it. I noticed there was a $20 charge for installing my filters that I had planned on installing MYSELF. Since it takes all of two minutes to change both. I also noticed that they noted on the ticket that my lug nuts were damaged due to excessive mud. Now the lug nuts are stripped and have holes in the chrome caps. Never heard of mud stripping lug nuts but if that was the case I told him before they even started that if the mud was a problem I didn t have to have my tires rotated. I requested a refund or credit on my next oil change for the $20 charge that I wasn t informed about for installing my filters and both the manager and the assistant manager said they didn t know how to issue a refund. The manager didn t even finish handling the situation. He just walked back out in the shop because I guess he was afraid of the confrontation. So I had to have the assistant manager write down my info to pass along to upper managementServices: Tires, Oil change

Well ramdom internet review reader, this translates into impressive customer service and quick efficient service that's done correctly. Had no issues with any services, great crew, and are amazing at what they do.
