One of the higher quality O'Reilly stores. Customer service has been fantastic. I ordered a few filters, but had to cancel some at the last minute. The staff was patient with me, even though I felt like such a bother. They assisted me in every way they could.

BRoke down on the hwyThese guys sent someone to the side of the road with parts i needed on a sunday afternoon doug was very helpful with that they had to. Come out 3 times with parts and stayed the course until i got back on the road againThank you Doug and if your biss reads this dont let Doug go anywhere infact he deserves a raise and promotionGreat guy and a veteranThank you Doug

Hey I sure appreciate these parts specialists doing all they can to find the right part. I work on a lot of older model vehicles and trying to get the right part sometimes requires cross referencing and patience. I'm not too good with patience but they are.

Just about the worst damn customer service you can get... For starters it 3 employees to figure out how to hook up and test a motorcycle battery "that they sell by the way" yes 3 freaking different employees. Then they proceed to sell me a battery with missing hardware, I ask them to pull the hardware from another box and the p.o.s manager "you know the guy that's supposed to take care of customers" refused to do so... Unfortunately no one else in town had the battery for my motorcycle otherwise I would have returned it on the spot...So Mr manager, I hope you see this post.

Need brake pads tell the guy that helps me all the info he needed to select the proper pads....WRONG he sold me the rong pads ...my friend that was installing them tells me they r the rong pads.so there i go back to get the right ones hopefully..
