I can see why Nix's has such a good rating! We got a flat just north of Snyder on one of our "run flat" tires. After calling BMW roadside assistance and being told they would have to have our car towed back to Lubbock, I called Nix's. I talked to Chris and he explained that the run flats can be tricky. After explaining my frustration, he calmly said I could drive it to them and he would do his best to help. I passed two other places that might have been able to help, but I went to Nix's because of the way Chris handled the conversation. We were there less than 30 minutes and our tire was patched and we were back on the road to Mineral Wells. I would have gladly paid 5 times what they charged. There's no substitute for compassion when it comes to customer service. The "I will do what I can to help you" attitude is priceless and very reassuring. From one business owner to another, I appreciate it greatly.

We had a flat tire awhile back, and Nix's got us back on the road in less than an hour for a very fair price. Most grateful!!

I love 500 miles away from this tire shop, I drove through Snyder on four very bad tires, (Not Exaggerating) I just needed someone to help a very little bit, I explained what I needed, which was four cheap tires that would cost $150 ~ 165, I was told cheapest tire Nix's Auto could do was ($235 ~ $255) a tire. Well I hope business is always that awesome, because I will always be willing to go out of my way to buy tires somewhere else.

Expensive, wanted to charge for work they did wrong. Paid $900.00 to fix my truck. It ran for a few miles then broke down same problem. They would not back their work. Find someone else they charge dealer prices.

Excellent service and very friendly. We had a minor issue while travelling from Lubbock to Houston. Even though they were busy, they were able to get my car fixed and back on the road in 20 mins. I highly recommend Nix's.

I had gone to a place down the street and was told that my flat tire wasn't fixable and there was nothing they could do to help me but for me to just drive back to Lubbock on the spare tire. So, I called Nix's and spoke to a very nice girl there who told me they would find some solution for me. When I got there, they were very helpful and extremely nice. Not long after I dropped off my car, I received a phone call that it was a simple flat repair and I was ready to go. Even if they hadn't been able to repair the tire, I'm confident they would have at least provided options for me to be able to drive the 90 miles back home safely. I highly recommend this place.

Over charge and then had my radio dvd player stolen out of truck at the shop they do not want to pay for a new one after they said they would

These are the most knowledgeable and informative guys in the business! Went in for what I thought was going to be a $150-$200 fix and they charged me $33.00 for a new serpentine belt. I was in town for my grandfathers' funeral on a Friday and was leaving on Saturday at 4am. They had me in and out in about an hour. Angels work and own this shop!!!

Go look at the pictures posted, this business is the hometown favorite for repair of any vehicle, everything is from classic Hot Rods to Flat tires on a huffy. There is on picture of the ASE certifications and free certifications all the way up to 25 year medallion. It's obvious that this important certification is merely posted with no fanfare, because they don't need it, they just know their business. 10 out of 10 would want Jimmy working on our rides

These guys are top notch. Doing great work, they keep you update on the repair of your vehicle and let you know whats going! I'll continue to take my vehicles from Midland to Snyder to use Nix shop.

So my wife and I were traveling back to Lubbock from the Dallas area pulling our utility trailer, when we unexpectedly had a blow out on one of our trailer tires. So I researched online to find a place close by on the highway to help. I call Nix tire and was greeted by a very friendly woman named Alex that was very helpful, informs me that they do have the tire, and we discuss how I can get this fixed by a mobile tech, or if I needed to nurse it to their store. After a few minutes, we agree that I can nurse it to their location 3.5 miles away. So I slowly drive it to there store and arrive at 4:00. I go inside, meet Alex, and as she tries to check me in, another gentleman, that I believe is either a manager or the owner, states to her, "well it'll be a while. We just sent him on a call," referring to the mobile technician. So Alex attempts to reach him by phone a couple times over the next 10-15 minutes, with no luck. So as I inquire to what is going on, she informs me that her technician "isn't answering, but should be back around 5:00. But he doesn't work past 5:00 unless he's on call" and doesn't know if he's on call or not. As this is being relayed to me, a young lady comes in and is greeted by Chris, and states that she has a flat tire, to which he happily greets her, grabs her keys, and immediately pulls it in to begin fixing it! All in front of me! So here we are, stranded with no tire to get home with, and he literally brings in a customer 20-30 minutes after I've been here waiting, attempting to BUY the tire from them, and I'm getting brushed away! So I, as calmly as I can, ask why she can get her tire fixed, yet my trailer tire can't be fixed? And she states to me that "well there's another trailer in the way. And if I'd prefer, I can call around and see if anyone else can help us instead! So don't waste your time trying to deal with these folks. They obviously don't care about if you're about to be stranded, or even if they have already committed to fixing your flat. The young lady behind you evidently deserves better than you. Worst service I've ever received in all my years.

My son was on his way home to Houston from Texas Tech and his alternator went out in his car. I contacted a couple of shops that said they could not assure me they could get him back on the road today Friday at 4PM. I then called Nix s Auto & Tire Services and explained the situation and they immediately said we will get your son taken care of for you and get him back on the road home. They had the alternator delivered to their shop before the car was towed in and my son back on the road in less than 30 minutes at a great price!!! They even gave him the safest route home to Houston if any other problem arose. First Class Organization!

I woke up this morning to find a nail and a slow leak in one tire. Tire was still up enough, drove to Nix's. They got the car in quick! Repaired while I waited. Back on the road in less than 30 minutes.

We broke down on the way home to Austin and found our way to Nix's. They had great customer service, very friendly people all the way around and the pricing was fair. We felt very fortunate to have come across them. Great great great

I am Sharla Wilson using my daughters google account.My husband and I were on our way to Lubbock. Our car broke down on Friday at 12 noon. Thankfully the towing company recommended Nix Automotive. I can not say enough about how awesome we were treated. They worked us in, allowed us to borrow a vehicle to go eat lunch, meet someone half way in Post to get the Alternator because unfortunately the only Altenator was located in Lubbock. They had our car fixed the same day and we were on the road before 5 pm!! Thank you to all those that made this happen: Chris, the mechanics and the great Girls that worked the counter!! Mr. Nix your employees went above and beyond!! You should be very proud of the people that our servicing your customers!! Thank you again from Tyler Tx

Use this place to get my oil changed and tires rotated on my company truck. They are always quick and professional and they work with the wheels program so pretty much all I have to do is bring the truck in park it out front and give them your keys sit on the comfortable couch that they have in the lobby and wait for my service to be done.

The girls up front are the sweetest. Chris will get you back on the road safely and go above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied. Great customer service.

They're always too busy. Don't know if i should look at that as a bad thing or a good thing. If they take your vehicle, just know they'll have it all day if not longer, no matter how big or small the job is.

This is the penultimate home town fix it shop. They are friendly and don't half donkey repairs they do did you. If you rely on your vehicle make sure you run it over to they. They will take care of you and get you rolling down the road

Got a screw taken out of my tire and got it fixed in less than 20 mins and it only cost 23.00. Now that is good service.

The staff are the best! They are fast and whatever my vehicle needs, they know what to do and do it well. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
