cheapest out of four tow companies, they're actually OPEN 24HRS, the Driver(Steve) actually cared about us. Thank u for everything! We know who to call if it happens again. Excellent towing service once the driver arrives, but expect an EXTREMELY RUDE phone operator. This lady only responded to my questions with a cutting Yes or No then she d hang up and and act like she had never spoken to you before, I would have to explain everything all over again. I felt like I was talking to a mean robot not a person. I did not get her name due to the stressful situation we were in, recovering a stolen trailer, my call was made late morning into early afternoon on 5/11/20. Still I thanked her after confirming the tow truck was sent out to the location and all I heard was a complete silence and a phone hang up. Cero manners/courtesy in regards to a client. Expect police officers presence to be required which has to be arranged by the customer before calling the wrecker service which in turn makes it at least 1 hour before police arrives and another 45 minutes for the tow truck. Not too bad if you re lucky the police isn t too busy. The rate was reasonable, and the driver on time, professional and polite. Somewhat worth putting up with that woman s attitude. Thank you Nat!

My van stalled out in a heavy storm when something under the hood got wet. I barely got off the road and there was no visibility. Cars, trucks, and big rigs were flying by shaking the hell out of my van. And I knew they couldn't see me until the last second. This was the most scared I'd been in a long time.I called this company and I wish I could remember the name of the guy I talked to, cuz he was awesome. I told him my situation and heard the urgency in his voice. He had one more tow to wrap up before me and still showed up in just 20 minutes. I was dropped off safe and sound at a hotel and my van started up no problem in the morning.Overall, he was professional, courteous, easy to talk to, and a hell of a good guy.

My car got hit by a deer at one in the morning and she came to pick us and the car up immediately. She took us to a hotel and gave us directions to the wreck yard so we could collect our things the next day. When we didn't have a ride to the yard she picked us up so we wouldn't have to walk in inclement weather and helped us bring our things to the hotel. She is the best person you could hope would help if you need it. We would give them 10 stars if we could.Service: Car towing

Would not recommend them to no one ,call them to pick up a big rig about 46 miles away charge me 700.00. My daughter had a wreck in town charge her 613.30 almost a big rig price.Service: Local haulingService: Local hauling

These people really went above and beyond for me and my girlfriend out. During the beginning of the polar storm she was traveling back and brokedown just outside Lubbock, they wasted no time helping me get her to a safe warm location I called at 11pm from Colorado!! Thanks so much!!!!

Waited over 6 hours for a tow, horrible communication, and when he showed up- the guy gave me attitude.I was polite and patient. Don't ever use then

When your headed north you need to continie to Ave E you will see the location very easy from the highway but if your at 16th street with google maps you need to go down to Ave E and cross over the bridge and you will see the location! People were great to work with!
